Geosynthetics를 이용한 지중(地中)설치형 친환경 Bio-Filter Cell 시스템 시공사례

  • 미국 캘리포니아 주 어바인 시에 위치한 피터스 캐년 샛강(Peters Canyon Creek) 수중에 과포함되어 있는 셀레늄(Dissolved Selenium)과 질산성 질소(Nitrate-N)를 제거하려는 목적으로 바이오 필터 셀 시스템을 시범 시공하였다. 바이오 필터셀 시스템은 3m(높이) ${\times}$ 65m(길이) ${\times}$ 14m(폭) 크기를 가진 상자형태의 셀을 기준으로 취수 및 전처리 시스템과 후처리 시스템으로 구성되었으며, 셀은 여러 종류의 지오신세틱스와 거친 표면을 가지고 있는 자갈을 이용하여 건설되었다. 특히, 지오신세틱스가 가지고 있는 장점인 유연성(flexibility)과 화학적 안정성으로 인한 무반응성(non reactive material)등은 성공적인 시스템 구축에 큰 영향을 주었다.

  • Recently due to the crisis of environment and resources, construction industry that effect a lot on nature than any other industries is essentially required to consider environmental element through the life cycle. Lots of advanced countries and Korea have already been running green building certification systems. However, GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria) in Korea is lack of assessment criteria that apply environmental characteristics of tall building in compared with that in advanced countries. To improve the problem, we compared GBCC with LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) through the case study. This study provides preliminary data for reflecting environmental characteristics of tall building in GBCC.

  • This paper shows construction management focused on waste management in construction project in planning stage Construction waste is given a great deal of weight on total waste. And it is issued in government policy. But it show the limit of problem.As a result of having referenced idea as describe above, this paper will be studied by this process. First, present condition of development waste, cases is researched in construction projects. Second, problems of development pattern and management system are investigated and checked in project cases. Third, maintenance and management method project are proposed by application of planning Stage.

  • New and Renewable eco-friendly energy technique can be to enable rational use of resources, as well as securing economic efficiency. Therefore, most of the public facilities must apply eco-friendly energy systems. In this study was applied the solar light energy system to the construction projects. As a result, the proposed system was implemented various effect such as the power cost savings in public facilities. In addition to, the proposed system was improved functional aspects such as improving space utilization.

  • In the current construction market usage cement and aggregate is increasing continuously. This is progressing serious environmental pollution due to the carbon dioxide generated during cement production. Further, by using a large amount of aggregate, they tend to have even reduced natural resources. As a result, the reduction of carbon dioxide through the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the energy saving has been positioned as a global trend. Therefore, in this study, instead of fine aggregate fix the cement, by the use to increase the proportion of the tidal flats, to try to reduce the amount of cement and fine aggregate. Accordingly, according to increasing the proportion of the mud flat be analyzed for properties the compressive strength, tensile strength, flow, chloride test, workability of the mortar.

  • Recently in the construction site is required various performance of mortar to deal with reliability, economy. Especially of environment-friendly, saving resources and high performance of mortar it began to require improvement of performance. Therefore, in this study, a series of tests was designed to develop a using mud flat mortar in view of the high absorption rate of tidal flats, to fix the water cement ratio to 70%. The mixing ratio were 10:0, 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, 6:4, 5:5, 4:6 of fine aggregate and mud flats. Compared the flow value, chloride content, compressive strength, tensile strength, and workability of fine aggregate the substituted mud flat mortar and basic cement mortar, present the basic data on the characteristics and effects of mud flat mortar.

  • The In the experiment on flow using sand walls, when white clay+sand was mixed with glutinous rice, traditional paper and seaweed as adherents and preventive measures for cracks, the flow was higher than other sand wall mortars. This indicates that it is effective in improving flow. Moreover, in terms of strength, a mix of white clay+sand, traditional paper and flour had a greater strength than a mix of white clay+sand, straws and flour. In the experiment to test for cracks and shrinking during drying, a composition of white clay+sand+traditional paper showed fewer cracks and less shrinking than the walls where straws were mixed in.

  • 근래 국내 해안에서도 해수면의 상승에 따른 파랑에너지의 증가로 인해 해안침식 현상에 대처하기 위한 연구를 계속해오고 있다. 본 연구는 다공성 골재 포장 재료인 투수 바이오 콘크리트를 해안의 침식사면에 적용하고 현장 모니터링을 통해 파력저감 및 세굴방지와 식생이 복원된 효과를 확인하였다. 호안 사면의 시공과 함께 생겨날 수 있는 바닷가 친수공간에 다공성 포장으로 산책로를 시공하여 오염물질의 해안 유입을 저감하여 해안 생태계를 보호하는데 기여한다. 또한, 하천에서 적용한 사례를 제시하여 해안으로 연결되는 하천을 보호하는데 다공성 포장을 적용할 수 있음을 제시하였다.

  • Environmental problems caused by air pollution have been considered as serious critical issues in global perspectives. Controlling greenhouse gases has become one of the major environmental problems in construction fields as well. However, similar studies were mainly focused on suggestion of various methodologies for measuring CO2 emissions of construction equipment and calculating emissions. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the CO2 emissions and RPMs of equipment by the construction process based on row data collected from construction equipment actually operated in job sites. This study allows site personnels to determine the amount of emitted CO2 under particular construction equipment under specific conditions during the targeted construction operations. The research findings expect to be used as fundamental informations for establishing environment-friendly construction operation planning.
