  • The Eco-performance assessment program was developed as part of Eco-performance management for buildings at the national level in developed countries. Cases of domestic Green Building Certification(GBC) system was developed but these program's destination of Eco-performance management for buildings needs systematic management by the limited GBC. Generally in the construction industry, Eco-performance management of Building Life-cycle is required. Therefore this paper develop the creation of Eco-performance information and management process, those are from design and maintenance management phases, through suggest the development of a information management for Eco-performance management of buildings. In addition, it makes to decrease the reproduction of information unnecessarily by analyzation of the related association between the information of facilities objects and Eco-performance management. Finally, study the previous reaserch and suggest the BIM by the method of information management and this paper purpose the development of web-based Eco BIM object library management system.

  • Using green construction equipment, there are some disadvantages like increasing construction costs and delaying the schedule. Despites of disadvantages, green construction equipment is necessary for decreasing environmental load in construction industry. Therefore, this study proposed checklist for green construction equipment selection. For the checklists, criteria of the checklist were drawn by literature review in the aspects of contractor and a survey was performed in order to measure weights of the criteria. When a contractor choose the green construction equipment, this checklist can support an objective decision-making.

  • Recently, environmental pollution and global warming and greenhouse gases are increasing, because Efforts to improve are continued throughout the world. As part of the resource recycling industry has become an important research area. In the field of waterproofing industry, focus on the resource recycling is growing, due to serious resource depletion and sharp price. Therefore, in this research on the resource recycling such as reclaimed rubber and rubber waste is enable and these eco-friendly materials are applied high adhesive flexible non-exposed type self adhesion compound waterproofing material was measured eco-friendly performance and field application was evaluated.

  • The indoor air quality of new apartment buildings, which is known to cause sick housing syndrome, has become a major concern among apartment residents as well as construction companies in Korea. In this study, the effects of environmentally friendly materials and ventilation system are evaluated to compare the strategies applied to improve indoor air quality at the pre-occupancy stage. Six residential units are tested under three conditions : one unit is consisted of environmentally friendly materials and ventilation system, another unit is consisted of environmentally friendly materials and non-ventilation system, and the other four units are consisted of common materials and non-ventilation system.

  • In recent years, road cutting work has been frequently performed for the repair of old road pavement and the development of underground space. However, the existing pavement cutting machine in Korea generates a lot of noise and dust. In this study, it was found out that the pavement cutting machine that cuts off noise and sucks cutting dust is used in overseas. Therefore, in this study, the concept of eco - friendly pavement cutter suitable for domestic situation is derived. The results will be used in prototype modeling and experimentation.

  • Euro forms and aluminum forms, which are currently used in formwork construction sites are limited by their heavy weight and the use of environmentally hazardous form oils. Therefore, in this study, 'eco-friendly light weight form' was developed, which does not require form oils during the removal process of form. In addition, the superiority of the developed form was verified by comparison with Euro forms and aluminum forms in terms of noise generation and weight. Application of the eco-friendly light weight form in construction sites is expected to reduce the noise level, and increase workers' convenience. The productivity of formwork is also increased.

  • The subject of this study, Eco-friendly Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane Coating of Exposed Type is manufactured by replacing environmental hazardous substance such as Toluene, Dioctyl Phthalate with Dimethyl Carbonate, waste-soybean oil. As part of existing filler is also replaced with waste-rubber chip and waste-soybean oil. As a result of environment friendly tests, in test of detection of VOCs case was contented with the Ministry of Environment standards at 5% below. Testing methods for heavy metal extracted was contented with standards for official wastes test method. So it is judged that environment friendly is secured.

  • Architecture has a large influence in the environment and human health. Therefore eco-friendly concept and sustainable development are important in Architectural field. This study aims to analyze impact of green building rating system on an apartment housing CO2 emission using multiple regression analysis. But in this result, green building rating system has no effect on CO2 emission. So, future study is required to analyze factors of green building rating system on the CO2 emission.

  • Recently, road cutting works are frequently performed to repair aging underground utilities. However, the conventional road pavement cutting equipment in Korea generates a lot of noise and dust, and the development of high performance and eco-friendly equipment is required. This study classifies road cutting work and analyzes its work characteristics before improving road cutting machine. The classification and analysis results of this study will be used for the future productivity analysis and evaluation of road cutter developed.

  • Recently, maintenance of old facilities has emerged as a major issue. In particular, the demand for road cutting and excavation is increasing due to the aging of underground facilities such as water supply, sewage and city gas. In addition, the development of eco-friendly equipment is required due to the environmental problems of noise and dust. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the performance in terms of productivity of the eco-friendly road cutter developed as part of the development of eco-friendly equipment, and to derive improvements.
