Quality and Long-tern Aged Healing Properties of Self-healing Surface Protection Materials Using Solid Capsules (고상캡슐을 활용한 자기치유 표면보호재의 품질 및 장기재령 치유특성)

  • In this study, it was reviewed that the effect of solid capsules on the quality of surface repair materials and the healing properties of long-term aging, as part of a study to utilize self-healing surface repair materials using solid capsules as repair materials. As a result of evaluation of the rheological properties of self-healing surface repair materials according to the mixing of solid capsules, plastic viscosity, yield stress, and table flow tended to decrease. In the case of compressive strength, 1MPa per 1% of the solid capsule decreased proportionally. As a result of evaluating the long-term healing properties, when 10% of solid capsules were mixed, a healing rate of 90% was shown at 28 days of healing, because the solid capsule was preserved even after 91 days of age had elapsed. after 91 days of healing, even in the case of 5% of solid capsules, a healing rate of 90% was shown.

  • In this study, self - healing microcapsules which can be mixed directly with cement composites were prepared, and the quality and crack healing performance of cement composites with self - healing microcapsules were evaluated. In the past, it has been focused on evaluating self-healing capsules and crack healing properties. Therefore, self - healing microcapsules have been studied for their effect on the quality of cement composites when mixed with cement composites. The table flow and the air flow rate of the cement composite material mixed with self-healing microcapsules were found to have no significant influence on table flow and air volume regardless of mixing ratio. Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength tended to decrease with increasing capsule mixing ratio. As a result of evaluation of crack healing properties according to water flow, initial water permeability decreased, and reaction products were generated over time and cracks were healed.

  • In this paper, it was evaluated that the effect of self-healing microcapsules on the quality and healing properties of cement composites. In the mixing of microcapsules, the plastic viscosity and yield stress of the cement composites decreased due to the particle properties of the microcapsules, and decreased in proportion to the mixing ratio. The table flow showed a tendency to decrease as the core material acted as a stimulant due to the loss of microcapsules, and the compressive strength could be supplemented through unit quantity correction. As a result of evaluating the effect of microcapsule mixing on the healing properties of cement composites, it was found that the unit water flow rate decreased by the healing reaction immediately after crack initiation. When more than 3% of microcapsules were mixed, it was found that there was a healing rate of more than 95% at 7 days of healing age.

  • 우리나라 연안해역의 해양자원과 관광자원을 연계한 해양치유산업 기반구축 모델이 2017년부터 해양수산부 R&D 사업의 일환으로 '추진되고 있다. 동 R&D 사업을 통해 울진, 태안, 고성, 완도 등 4개 지역이 시범사업 대상지로 선정되었으며, 각 지역의 특성화된 해양치유 자원을 바탕으로 의학적 임상연구와 사회경제 현황과 연계한 비즈니스모델 수립 등이 추진되고 있다. 비즈니스모델 수립의 경우 지역 특성화 해양치유자원을 활용한 세부 프로그램 도출, 수요 추정, 도입시설의 규모 및 형태 등에 대한 사항을 도출함으로써 해양치유 활동이 이루어질 지역 해양치유센터(가칭)의 설립 기본계획 기초자료를 제공하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 4개 시범지역 중 울진해양치유센터를 대상으로 지역 특성화 해양치유자원으로 설정된 해양대기, 심층안반해수, 해사 등과 연계된 아토피 등 피부질환, 만성폐쇄성폐질환 등 호흡기계통질환 치유 프로그램을 제시하고 있다. 또한 해당 특성화 프로그램의 지속가능한 수요 창출을 위해 기본적 도입시설과 함께 요구되는 연계 인프라를 제시하였으며, 동 프로그램을 통해 예상되는 사회경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하여 제시하였다.

  • In this study, self-healing hybrid capsules were prepared by mixing self-healing solid capsules and self-healing microcapsules using inorganic materials as core materials. Self-healing hybrid capsules were mixed with 3 % according to the composition ratio of 3:7, 5:5, and 7:3 based on the mass of the cement to prepare a self-healing cement composite material. The healing properties of crack self-healing hybrid capsules were evaluated through hydrostatic water permeability test and surface crack monitoring. It was found that the self-healing hybrid capsules prepared by mixing the composition ratio of the self-healing solid capsules and the self-healing microcapsules at 7:3 has a great effect on improving the crack self-healing performance.

  • 본 연구는 해양치유시설 공간계획 수립에 요구되는 기본적인 공간환경기준을 개발하기 위한 연구로서 해양치유시설계획의 기본적인 항목인 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 대상으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 해양치유시설 특성을 살펴보고 해양치유시설계획의 기초가 되는 치유자원과 치유요법을 조사하며 해양치유시설 관련 해외기준을 분석한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 해양치유시설의 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 위한 기준을 제시한다.

  • Forest healing is a natural method that utilizes various natural environmental factors of forests to enhance immunity and to heal mental and physical pathologies. The aim of this study is to suggest implications for the future development of forest healing by analyzing the characteristics of facilities and programs in 28 national and public healing forests in Korea. The concept of forest healing and programs is defined, and healing forests operating in Korea are classified by size. The facility operation and program characteristics of healing forests were analyzed according to size, and the results were used to suggest a future direction for the development of domestic forest healing. The research results are as follows. First, domestic healing forests have gradually been reduced in size since they were first opened in 2009, which is the cause of the competitive creation of local governments. Second, healing spaces, forest paths, and programs for the elderly, pregnant women and disabled should be expanded. Third, lodging programs need to be expanded, and subsidies for usage fees from local governments are required. Institutional supplementation should be provided to link program development and facilities and to clarify procedures and standards for forest healing facilities.

An Experimental Study on the Mechanical Healing Properties of Self-Healing Mortar with Solid Capsules Using Crystal Growth Type Inorganic Materials (결정성장형 무기재료 활용 고상 캡슐을 혼합한 자기치유 모르타르의 역학적 치유 특성에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • In this paper, a solid capsule was prepared using a crystal growth type inorganic material capable of hydration reaction, the quality and mechanical healing properties of self-healing mortar with solid capsules were evaluated. Solid capsules were mixed 5% by mass of cement. Reloading test results of compressive load, it was found to improve about 20% on average for the natural healing effect of Plain, in the case of the elastic range, the healing rate was about 79% at the 7 days of healing age and 98% at the 28 days of healing age. Reload test results of flexural load, in the case of the elastic range, the healing rate was about 79% at the 7 days of healing age and 98% at the 28 days of healing age. Through these results, it is judged that the healing performance of solid capsules has also an effect on mechanical healing properties such as strength in addition to the durability properties obtained by the permeability test. Since the strength tends to decrease as the solid capsules are mixed, it is considered necessary to compensate.
