Review of Patient Satisfaction with Case Management (사례관리 만족도 측정에 관한 고찰)

  • 연구 목적: 사례 관리(CM) 환자 만족도 측정에 관한 연구 결과를 고찰하여 사례관리 실무에서 활용할 수 있는 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 방법: MedLine, CINAHL에서 주요용어로 case management, care management, 주제어로 patient satisfaction, client satisfaction을 이용해 문헌 검색을 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 만족도에 대한 개념은 관련 연구가 매우 부족하며, 서로 다른 이론적 접근을 하고 있으므로 그 측정에 어려움이 있다. 신뢰할 만한 만족도 측정을 위해서는 설문 문항을 서술하는 여러 가지 방법들, 측정 척도의 종류, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 혼란변수들을 주의 깊게 고려하여야 한다. 만족도는 사례관리 연구에서 흔히 측정되는 성과이지만 대부분의 관련 연구에서 사례관리의 특징이 반영된 측정 도구를 사용하지 않고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 다섯 개의 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구를 제시하고 그 특징을 소개하였다. 또한, 간호성과분류체계(The Nursing Outcomes Classification)에 제시된 만족도 측정항목들 중 사례관리와 관련이 높은 약 40%의 항목들을 발견하였다. 결론: 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구가 매우 부족하므로 표준 사례관리 측정도구 개발이 시급하다. 한편 사례관리사들은 만족도 측정에 대한 이해를 높이고 기존 연구 결과를 활용함으로써 보다 정확한 사례관리 만족도 평가가 이뤄지도록 노력해야 한다.

Analyzing the Instruments on core competencies of the 2015 Revised Informatics Curriculum (2015 개정 교육과정의 정보과 핵심역량에 관한 검사도구 분석)

  • Competency is an extended concept rather than knowledge and skill, which means the ability to efficiently and rationally solve various problems. This study focuses on the core competencies presented in the 2015 Revised Informatics Curriculum and aims to analyze the constitution method and composition of domestic and overseas Instruments that can measure core competencies. As a result of analyzing 12 Instruments developed by the countries and organizations, nine Instruments measure two or more competencies based on computing thinking, information culture literacy, and cooperative problem solving ability. Three Instruments have one competency were measured. Ten instruments were computer based tests, and 50% of the items were developed by two or more of multiple choice item, subjective item, and descriptive item. It is important to note that this study provided a crucial step in the development of Instruments to diagnose competencies to be developed into informatics science education.

The Development of Instruments for the Measuring Science State Curiosity and Anxiety in Science Learning (과학 상태호기심 및 과학 상태불안 측정도구 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for the measuring students' state curiosity and anxiety by dividing science learning context into three stages: when confronting scientific task, checking the results, learning science concepts, and verify the validity and reliability of the measurement tools developed. For this purpose, based on the theoretical background of various prior studies, science state curiosity and science state anxiety were defined in three stages of the learning context, and preliminary items were developed according to these definitions. The preliminary items were developed with the same number and the basic framework for each stage to identify changes in state curiosity and anxiety. Some preliminary items were refined during the confirming face validity and content validity. As a result of the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the measurement tool consisted of five items of state curiosity and five items of state anxiety (two factors, ten items) at each stage, and confirmed the construct validity of the measurement tool. The Cronbach alpha was 0.8 or higher for each factor or for all items. This measurement tool is meaningful in that it can measure the state curiosity and anxiety applicable in three stages of science learning context and identify the changes.

  • The goal of this research is to develop and validate test items to measure Information and Communication Ethics(ICE) based on scenario. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of adolescents on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this research, we identified and validated major indices that consist of the ICE. Finally, For attaining the objective of the research, we developed test items based on scenario with including ICE dilemmas and applied to high school students. Thus, the results of this research indicate that test items can be used as valid and reliable scale to measure ICE level of students.

  • 본 논문은 임베디드 시스템의 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 임베디드 소프트웨어의 개발을 위한 성능 측정 도구를 제안한다. 제안하는 성능 측정 도구는 편리한 GUI를 제공하는 호스트-타겟(host-target) 기반의 테스팅 환경이다. 제안하는 테스팅 도구는 타겟 머신에 맞는 테스팅 코드 생성을 위한 파싱 엔진과 호스트-타겟간 소스 코드와 결과의 전송 및 테스팅 수행을 위한 에이젼트 모듈로 구성된다. 또한, 문자 스트링 형태의 저수준 테스팅 결과를 API 형태로 변경하는 데이터 처리기와 API 형태의 결과 정보를 그래픽 형태로 출력하는 레포트 생성기를 포함한다. 본 테스팅 도구는 개발자에게 레포트 뷰(view)를 제공하여 빠른 성능 분석과 코드 수정을 지원하며, 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 임베디드 기반 소프트웨어 개발의 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Development and Validation of Mathematics Self Efficacy Scale for Elementary Students (초등학생의 수학 자기 효능감 검사 도구 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a mathematics self-efficacy test tool for elementary school students based on the sub-factors of mathematical self-efficacy derived from current studies. In this study, I verified the validity and reliability of the test tool by statistically evaluating the results of applying the test tool to the 3rd-6th grade students. In this study, Principal Component Analysis was performed on the tool for measuring the self efficacy of mathematics for elementary school students. For the validity test, the mathematics anxiety status of the participants was measured. The mathematics anxiety who were known to have a negative correlation with the mathematical self efficacy. The mathematics self efficacy tool developed in this study consists of 16 items with three subcategories: master experience, social persuasions, and emotional and physiological state. The mathematical self efficacy test tool developed in this study is expected to provide grounds for diagnosing the mathematics self-efficacy status of elementary school students and looking for ways to improve it.

Development of an Instrument Measuring Elementary Pre-service Teachers' Beliefs on Teaching and Learning Mathematics (초등 예비교사의 수학 교수·학습에 대한 신념 측정을 위한 도구 개발)

  • It is critical to examine changes in teachers' beliefs on how to teach and learn mathematics through teacher education programs. This study aims to develop an instrument measuring elementary pre-service teachers' beliefs on student- and teacher-centered instruction. After developing questionnaires with mathematics education experts, the structural validity of the instrument was evaluated by collecting and analyzing data from 166 pre-service teachers. Parallel analysis and exploratory factor analysis were applied sequentially to collect validity and reliability evidence. The results showed that this instrument can be used to examine changes in pre-service teachers' two different types of belief: student- and teacher-centered instruction. We also suggested how to interpret scores appropriately.

Development of the Disaster Nursing Competency Scale for Nursing students (간호대학생을 위한 재난간호역량 측정도구 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a disaster nursing competency scale for nursing students. 23 preliminary items were selected by classifying 44 disaster nursing core concepts extracted via literature review. Content validity was done by expert panel. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the preliminary instrument, data were collected from 270 nursing students in 2 colleges of nursing in Korea. One factor 11 items in disaster nursing skills and one factor 11 items in disaster nursing knowledges were extracted by factor analysis. This instrument may be useful to identity a disaster nursing competency and its related factors for nursing students.

  • 본 연구에서는 지식경영을 실시하기 전에 자사의 현 상태를 진단할 수 있는 조직의 지식경영 준비도 측정 도구를 개발하였다. 조직 내 지식활동을 총체적으로 분석하기 위해 '지식고도화 모형'을 기반으로 해서, 각 영역에 사회적 요인과 기술적 요인으로 구분된 틀을 적용하여 연역하였다. 연역한 결과, 사람, 문화, 제도, 프로세스, 기술의 5차원에서 총 22개의 측정항목이 도출되었고, 도출된 요인의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 최종적으로 5차원에서 총 21 개의 측정항목이 도출되었다.(중략)

  • For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, learning processes are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to develop the measures for learning processes. Prior to setup the learning processes, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research mode and develop survey questionnaires.
