In this paper, we present a literature review of the mechanisms and methodology for technology spillover, in order to provide a theoretical and practical foundation for estimating the technology spillover effect of public funded R&D programs. Our research consists of four parts. First, we investigate what technology spillover is and how it works. Second, we review the methodology used to empirically measure technology spillover, with a view to understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Third, we identify the gap between the spillover phenomenon and its estimated results, caused by the limitations of the methodology, and discuss the challenges in measuring technology spillover. Finally, we present several considerations to improve the measurement of technology spillover in the context of public funded R&D programs. Our paper provides policy makers and researchers with basic knowledge about technology spillover and helps them suitably evaluate the results obtained from the literature review. In addition, it contributes towards improving the existing methodology by recognizing the gap between the spillover phenomenon and the methodology.

정부는 중소기업 정보화가 기업 업무효율성을 제고하고 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심동인임을 인지하고 있다. 이에 정부차원의 많은 지원정책이 있었지만, 소기의 성과를 달성하지 못했다. 이런 환경하에서 중소기업의 IT솔루션 도입성과를 측정 하기 위해 기존의 성과측정 방법론과 달리, IT 성과측정에 집중하지 않고 개선방향 제시에 중점을 둔 중소기업 정보화생산성 향상 컨설팅 방법론을 개발하였다. 본 방법론의 각 중소 기업의 시스템 구성평가, 운영 평가, 경영개선 기여도평가를 통해 IT솔루션이 중소기업 경영에 어떻게 기여하고, 어떤 측면을 개선하는 것이 좋은지를 판단할 수 있는 잣대가 되는 방법론이다.

This study proposes a method to measure the positional accuracy of the implemented GIS polygon data. Also, it aims to present a possibility to analyze the occurrence types of positional errors by improving the measuring methods of positional accuracy based on the existing individual methods and by linking individual methods. As a result of the actual application of the methodology to the test area, it was possible to measure the positional accuracy in target test areas and to analyze the occurrence causes (types) of positional errors through each index linking (linking methodologies). Also, research results allowed confirming the applicability of the methodology. However, complementary research for each standard numerical value is recommended in order to ensure the validity of methodology.

Measures of exploration and exploitation fall into three categories, patent-based measures, survey-based measures, and press-based measures. Such variety stems from the lack of consensus on definitions of exploration and exploitation. Given a dynamic nature of exploration and exploitation, I suggested how to improve existing press-based measures by suggesting strategies and procedures for constructing valid and reliable press-based measures in a single industry context. I illustrate my arguments through a study of the worldwide optical disk industry.

본 논문에서는 이더넷 장비의 단대단(End-to-end) 성능시험에 기반한 시험 방법론을 기술하고 이것을 이용하여 실제로 이더넷 허브를 시험한 결과를 제시한다. 시험대상장비에 입력과 출력을 통해 장비만의 성능을 측정하는 방법과 달리 클라이언트-서버모델 기반의 단대단 성능시험은 시험대상장비에 연결된 사용자의 입장에서 장비의 성능을 측정하므로 사용자 관점에서 객관적이고 직관적인 비교 데이터를 제시해줄수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 단일 네트워크 장비, 특히 이더넷 장비의 성능시험에 이러한 클라이언트-서버 모델을 적용하기 위해 여러 가지 사용자 응용. 예를 들면 파일 업로드(File Upload), 파일 다운로드(File Download), 질의(Inquiry), 신용 확인(Credit Check) 등을 수행할 때 처리율(Throughput)이나 응답시간(Response Time)을 측정하여 결과를 분석한다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 단대단 성능평가 방법론과 함께 시험대상 장비만의 처리율을 측정하여 단대단 성능평가의 단점을 보완하는 방법도 제시한다.

SSE-CMM for security engineering, engineering, assurance, risk is divided into three elements of the process maturity assessment model and the level of information security presented. Maturity measurement of privacy, vulnerability diagnosis and risk analysis methodologies is used in practical field for present a comprehensive conclusion. The common cyber services are internet banking, mobile banking, telephone banking and the like. Transaction structure, a kind of cyber-banking system, information security maturity of the existing measurement methodologies for research purposes, vulnerability diagnosis and risk analysis methodologies to be used in practical field present a comprehensive conclusion. To ensure safety and convenience for the user, convenient to deal with cyber environment is the key to the activation of cyber trading. Particularly by measuring the maturity of cyber banking system to ensure the safety of the practice field much effects are expected as a result.

1990년대 후반까지 줄곧 광고 시장 점유율 1위를 차지하던 신문광고가 2001년을 기점으로 광고 시장 점유율의 지속적인 하락세를 보이고 있다. 이는 인터넷과 같은 경쟁적인 뉴미디어가 급격히 성장하는 데 그 원인이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 신문의 광고효과를 산출하는 과학적 방법론이 부족하다는 데에도 그 원인이 있다. 이러한 문제의식에서 출발하여, 본 연구에서는 안구운동 추적(eyetracking)을 활용하여 신문광고의 노출효과를 측정했다. 이를 위하여, 기존 신문 구독자의 인구통계학적 분포에 따라 추출된 50명의 표본을 대상으로, 신문의 면내 광고별 체류시간을 헤드 마운트형 안구운동 추적기(head-mounted eyetracker)를 활용하여 측정했다. 실험 결과, 데이터의 95%가 기존의 주의-기억 단계를 따르는 순차적인 정보처리모델과 스타치 구독률 조사(starch readership reports) 결과와 안구운동 추적 결과와 일치했다. 하지만, 5%의 데이터가 주의와 기억 단계의 차이에 기인한 이월 효과(carry-out)로 순차적인 정보처리모델과 일치하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 5%가량이 광고를 보지 않았음에도 봤다고 표시했다. 또한, 기존에 스타치 구독률 조사와 같은 재인 측정 방법을 통하여 간접적으로 측정하였던 기존의 신문 광고 노출율(보통 30%)에 비하여, 직접 측정한 결과 60%에 달하는 광고 노출율을 보였다. 이는 기존의 인식과 달리, 스타치 구독률 조사가 단순 노출 정도가 아니라, 응답자의 선택적인 기억 결과를 측정한 것임을 보여준다. 이로써, 안구운동 추적을 활용한 노출효과측정은 기존에 스타치 구독률 조사에서 놓치고 있는 부분을 보완할 수 있는 기법임을 보여준다. 또한 이 기법에 의하여 도출된 노출율은 60%에 달하여 기존의 약30%로 제시된 연구결과들이 실제로 측정기법의 한계로 인하여, 기억이 가지고 있는 왜곡을 그대로 반영한 노출율에 관한 자료를 쓰는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제안된 노출효과 측정방법론은 기존의 왜곡된 데이터를 보완하고, 신문 광고 시장의 과학적인 측정기법을 발전시키는 데 의미 있는 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 감성공학적 분석 방법론을 고안하여 직물 디자인 분야에 적용하고 그 효용성을 규명하였다. 방법론을 개발하기 위한 기초자료로서 직물 디자인요소와 이와 관련된 감성어휘를 수집하고 직물디자인요소계층도를 구축하였다. 수립된 직물디자인요소계층도상의 디자인요소에 관한 상대적인 중요도를 조사하여 디자인 요소별 가중치를 산출하고, 특정 디자인에 대하여 총체적인 감성수준과 디자인 요소별 감성수준을 측정한다. 측정된 요소별 감성수준을 Analytic Hierarchy Process 기법으로 종합한 감성수준을 비교한 결과 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 이 분석 방법론은 사전정보와 기술요소정보를 유기적으로 결합한 기반이 될 수 있는 합리적, 과학적인 개발 방법론을 제시하였다는데 큰 의의를 갖는다.

E-participation is the term referring to the use of information and communication technologies to political participation by enabling citizens to connect with one another. Because e-participation systems are already constructed and operated, continuous usage is regarded as a major concern for successful e-participation. E-participation systems should guarantee ease of use, user satisfaction, and high quality. In addition, measuring the quality of e-participation systems will provide a useful strategy. This paper suggests a methodology for measuring quality of experience of the e-participation system and computing the quality score. We apply two concepts of usability measurement method and quality of experience that are most suitable. We provide the target of measurement,, the construct of quality of experience, the method of experiment and analysis of data, and the scoring method of quality of experience.

본 논문은 절차지향 소프트웨어로부터 클래스와 상속성을 추출하기 위한 방법론을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법론은 모든 경우의 클래스 후보군과 그들의 상속성을 생성하여 클래스 후보군과 영역 모델 사이의 관계성과 유사 정도를 가지고 최고 또는 최적의 클래스 후보군을 선택하는데 초점을 둔다. 클래스와 상속성 추출 방법론은 다음과 같은 두드러진 특징을 가지고 있다: 정적(속성)과 동적(메소드)인 클러스터링 방법을 사용하고, 클래스 후보군의 경우는 추상화에 초점을 두며, m개의 클래스 후보와 n개의 클래스 후보 사이의 상속 관계의 유사도 측정 즉, 2차원적 유사도 측정은 m개의 클래스 후보와 n개의 클래스 후보 사이의 전체 그룹에 대한 유사도를 구하는 수평적 측정과 클래스 후보군들에서 상속성을 가진 클래스의 집합과 영역 모델에서 같은 클래스 상송성을 가진 클래스 집합사이의 유사도를 위한 수직적 측정방법이 있다. 이러한 방법론은 최고 또는 최적의 클래스 후보군을 선택하기 위해 제공학 전문가에게 광범위하고 통합적인 환경을 제시하고 있다.
