The Development of a Mental Disorder Recovery Scale (정신장애인의 회복측정도구 개발)

  • This paper is a methodological research aimed at developing a mental disorder recovery scale (MDRS) and testing its validity and reliability. After three sessions of factor analysis, a total of three factors using an Eigen value of 1.0 or more were drawn. The explanatory power was found to be 58.1%. All the items met the criteria for communality and factor loading with no item removed, and, ultimately, 25 items were selected. Criterion-related validity test showed that Pearson's correlation coefficient was significant at .71 (p<.01) with significant correlation with each factor (p<.01). The reliability test showed that Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient was .95 and that Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient for each factor ranged from .87 to .93. MDRS, which was developed in this study and possessing 3 factors and 25 items, had both its validity and reliability confirmed; therefore, the developed scale would be useful to evaluate the recovery of individuals with mental disorder.

  • In order to ensure that the 2015 revised curriculum is successfully settled at the field of school, there are 68 national SW schools operated by 2015 and 2016 at national level, and an inspection tool was developed to measure the effectiveness of SW education. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the computing thinking inspection tool which can verify the effectiveness of the curriculum from 2018 through the analysis of the previously developed computing thinking inspection tool. As a result of the analysis, the validity of the ability factors to measure the problem solving process based on computing thinking was not enough. In the analysis of the item characteristics, the degree of discrimination was good, but difficulty was not enough to accurately measure the competence of students because of the high percentage of easy questions. Based on the results, this study suggested the development of the items considering the problem solving process based on the computing thinking, the application of the students' empirical knowledge, and the constitution that can confirm the flow of the thinking power with materials in the real life.

  • 초등학교 5학년 학생들을 대상으로 독서부진요인을 알아보기 위한 측정도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 질적 양적 연구를 모두 실행하는 혼합연구방법을 선택하였으며, 연구 대상자는 5학년 학생 1,320명으로, 1단계 질적 연구에서는 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 2단계 양적 연구에서는 질적 연구에서 도출된 내용을 근거로 예비문항을 개발하여 구조화된 질문지를 제작하였다. 3단계 양적 연구에서는 측정도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 소수의 학생을 대상으로 2회의 예비조사를 실시하였다. 결과로는 4개 평가영역, 12개 평가항목, 44개 평가내용으로 구성하였다.

Validity of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale in Occupational Therapists (한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구의 타당도: 작업치료사를 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the reliability and the validity of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS) in occupational therapists. The data were collected from 214 occupational therapists by using the Korean Occupational Stress Scale. The gathered data were conducted the factor analyses and validation process to ascertain the validity. The results of this study suggested that to estimate occupational stress of occupational therapist, modified version of the KOSS which was consist of eight subscales might be more an appropriate measurement scale than the original version of the KOSS which was composed of seven subscales. Eight subscales of the scale were occupational climate, organizational system, insufficient job control, lack of reward, job demand, interpersonal conflict, job ability and job insecurity, and out of these, job ability was newly added for occupational therapist. Also the results indicated that Cronbach's alpha score of this measurement tool was 0.84, and it means that internal consistency of this scale has good reliability, and the number of questions are also valid. This study has significance to suggest necessary psychometric characteristics of the occupational stress scale for job stress study in occupational therapist.

  • This paper looks into the measurement of modeling ability in different fields like science, mathematics, operations research and management science and emulates the ideas to system analysis and design where modeling is a very useful skill. An assessment tool was designed to measure the graphical modeling ability in systems analysis and design. It was administered to 92 students and submitted to 10 MIS experts and tested statistically for its reliability and validity.

  • In order for education to be effective, it is necessary to properly evaluate the subjects. In order to increase the effectiveness of SW education, it is necessary to reconstruct the curriculum by analyzing the students' satisfaction with education and refluxing the results. Therefore, this study designed and developed the SW education satisfaction measurement tool to accurately measure students' satisfaction with SW education. The categories and items of satisfaction measurement tools were developed, validity was verified through expert verification and AHP analysis, and final items were selected through preliminary examination. Through this study, we developed a tool to measure the satisfaction of SW education, and it is expected that it can be helpful for meaningful education design.

  • Recently, IT Governance has emerged as the new keyword in the IT world. However, the multiple definitions and concepts that exist for this word are causing confusion among observers. Thus, in order to clarify the conceptual meaning behind the term 'IT Governance' once and for all, this study reviews previous literature and defines the sub construct of IT Governance. Then, we develop the measurement instrument for IT Governance, which results in three domains: IT resource and performance management. IT project management, and IT service management.

  • 안전문화가 우리 산업현장에 정착되고, 조직구성원에게 내재화될 때 비로소 안전한 환경에서 근무할 수 있다. 아울러 올해 「중대재해처벌법」이 시행되면서 조직은 더욱 안전문화에 관심을 두게 되었고, 안전문화 측정의 필요성을 인지하게 되었다. 안전문화 수준을 진단하는 것은 조직구성원의 안전에 대한 인식과 태도의 수준을 알 수 있고, 조직의 문제점과 개선이 요구되는 사항을 확인할 수 있어 작업환경개선의 출발점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 연구·개발된 안전문화 진단도구를 고찰하여 연구 동향을 파악한 후 안전문화 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 BCMS 분야에 적합한 진단도구 개발에 관한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

A Literature Review of Tongue Movement and Measurement Tools for Dysphagia (연하장애 환자의 혀 운동 및 측정 도구에 대한 고찰)

  • Objective : This review aimed to provide information for clinical application by confirming the principles and characteristics of the tool through a review of tongue movement and measurement tools for patients with swallowing disorders. Results : We identified 15 tools used as tongue exercises and measurement tools in the field of dysphagia. According to principle, the tools were classified as either a bulb sensor, resistive sensor sheet, mouthpiece with sensor, or other techniques. The bulb sensor was easy to use but had limitations in fixing the position when measuring tongue pressure. The resistive sensor sheet could be measured at a more stable position than the bulb sensor. A mouthpiece with a sensor could be used in an individual's oral cavity such that the position was fixed when measuring the tongue pressure. Other techniques had the advantage of being wireless and capable of sensing light. Conclusion : Based on this literature review, it is necessary to facilitate the selection of the best tool for quantitative tongue measurement in dysphagia. The review can also be used to develop a Korean tongue movement tool model that can be used in hospitals and community centers.

Review of Patient Satisfaction with Case Management (사례관리 만족도 측정에 관한 고찰)

  • 연구 목적: 사례 관리(CM) 환자 만족도 측정에 관한 연구 결과를 고찰하여 사례관리 실무에서 활용할 수 있는 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 방법: MedLine, CINAHL에서 주요용어로 case management, care management, 주제어로 patient satisfaction, client satisfaction을 이용해 문헌 검색을 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 만족도에 대한 개념은 관련 연구가 매우 부족하며, 서로 다른 이론적 접근을 하고 있으므로 그 측정에 어려움이 있다. 신뢰할 만한 만족도 측정을 위해서는 설문 문항을 서술하는 여러 가지 방법들, 측정 척도의 종류, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 혼란변수들을 주의 깊게 고려하여야 한다. 만족도는 사례관리 연구에서 흔히 측정되는 성과이지만 대부분의 관련 연구에서 사례관리의 특징이 반영된 측정 도구를 사용하지 않고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 다섯 개의 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구를 제시하고 그 특징을 소개하였다. 또한, 간호성과분류체계(The Nursing Outcomes Classification)에 제시된 만족도 측정항목들 중 사례관리와 관련이 높은 약 40%의 항목들을 발견하였다. 결론: 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구가 매우 부족하므로 표준 사례관리 측정도구 개발이 시급하다. 한편 사례관리사들은 만족도 측정에 대한 이해를 높이고 기존 연구 결과를 활용함으로써 보다 정확한 사례관리 만족도 평가가 이뤄지도록 노력해야 한다.
