In this study, the effectiveness of the employment support program provided by the university employment support center was evaluated. To this end, the 17 employment support programs operated by K University were divided into six dimensions, including corporate linkage, counseling, certification, employment support, and special lectures. As a result, all employment support programs were found to have more than average usefulness. By dimension, the usefulness was counted in the order of certification, employment support, overseas, special lectures, counseling, and business-related programs. Among them, programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling were analyzed as factors that increased the overall usefulness of the employment support program. Therefore, when planning a new program for the employment support center, it would be a desirable direction to plan programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling first.

And the participation of employment supporting program influenced positively on the job satisfaction and the job suitability while in work. Besides we found that the job suitability has a positive impact on the job satisfaction. These confirmed that the vocational value while in school is very important and plays an important role in the job suitability and the job satisfaction with their jobs while in work. Also those who have a higher vocational value take part in the various employment supporting programs and experience the job satisfaction and the job suitability while in work. Therefore we found that the various employment supporting programs play an important role for the graduates. Accordingly, the school authorities and job centers have to strengthen the value education for the enrolled student to plant a vocational value and improve and reinforce the employment supporting program in university.

With regard to gaining employment for specialized high school graduates, what are the significant factors? Along with specialized high school's employment support, facility and subject support, vocational ability support, career guidance, and employment support are implemented at school. At the same time, individuals are learning career preparation behavior and job search behavior. Those factors influence the career maturity. Therefore, a question is, "Do they finally affect employment?" The independent variables were composed of satisfaction on school support, such as facility and subject support, career preparation behavior at home, pre-job search behavior, and career maturity. A structural equation was created and an analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction on school support has significant impacts on career maturity and career preparation behavior at home and influences on employment directly or indirectly. The career preparation behavior at home not only has a direct impact on employment, but also increases the pre- job search behavior and career maturity. In particular, it was confirmed that the career preparation behavior at home is the main factor to increase employment via the pre-job search behavior. Considering the effects among the factors in gender, the satisfaction on school support directly increases employment, particularly for women. Therefore, high-quality school support programs should be enhanced, focusing on employment support programs for women. In addition, as satisfaction on school support increases, women are more likely to undergo career preparation behavior at home. This suggests that the career preparation behavior for females, such as conversation about career, is a critical factor to increasing employment unlike males. Therefore, support programs for women that is aimed at parents should be developed.

Second, difference between participants and non-participants in the job support program. In other words, extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness among the five personality traits showed that participants in the job support program were higher than non-participants, while neurology and openness were not significant. The findings of this study indicated that personality traits may affect that participants can influence whether or not they participate in job support programs, indicating the need to come up with measures to encourage non-participating groups in the job support program to participate.

Due to the economic recession and corporation's growth without more jobs, college graduates unemployment issue has been emerged as a serious social problem. Since the employment rate of each college became an important factor of college evaluation by the government, each college is trying to increase the employment rate of students. Therefore universities are supporting student employment through various policies and programs. However there have been perception differences in intention of employment supporting activities, final results, preparedness, student satisfaction level and overall effectiveness level of program between students and university career center staff members. The perception differences may lead not only to the waste of budget but also ineffectiveness of various programs to promote student employment. Therefore this research proposed new revised efficient employment supporting programs of universities and desirable attitude of students to increase the effectiveness of student employment based on the analysis of perception level on the several issues such as degree of usefulness of program and satisfaction level of students.
This article aims to analyze main features of activation policy and compare major programmes in terms of their impact on employment performances in Korea. Since the introduction of National Basic Living Security Act in 2000, a series of activation policies have been in place for social assistance recipients, low-income employees, and youth unemployed by means of providing tailored employment and social services via in-depth counselling and case management. These activation policies carry both enabling and demanding elements: requiring programme participation in exchange for public assistance benefit receipts on the one hand, and providing various social services to remove barriers to employment through case management on the other hand. Therefore, it merits attention to analyze how various features of activation programmes affect employment outcomes, the effectiveness of delivery system and policy instruments as well. In analyzing employment outcomes of activation policy of which main characteristics lie in provision of employment and social services, this article points out the features and policy instruments of the activation policy that contribute to labor market entry of public assistance recipients and low income employees. In addition, it also delineates the determinants of exit from benefit receipts. Results from statistical analysis show that activation policy with intense employment service helps both benefit recipients and low income employees enter into the labor market at a faster rate. However, tailored social service provision enables social assistance recipients to exit from benefit receipts. These results suggest theoretical and policy relevant implication in regards to redesigning the delivery mechanisms and service instruments of activation policy.
