Today, one of the important factors that determine the university rating is the employment rate. The jobseekers are using online or offline recruiting services in order to get the desired job information. There are lots of employment supporting systems as like web-based employment agencies and University's job centers, but they are focusing more on providing job information rather than on managing the employment support. In addition, those are insufficient to support business process associated with MOU companies, industry field training, mentoring processors, etc., and to continue to manage and to update the information (resume, personal statement, etc.) about the students which the companies want, and the information about the companies which jobseekers want. Therefore, it is required that the employment supporting system which not only storages the initial data (student and corporate information), but also assist the career placement. In this paper, we considered the specific employment rights management features of the existing employment support system, it could receive real-time job information in the smart phone, we presented the design and construction of the system linked to the Bachelor Information System.

In this essay, we hoped to see how the operational university job database systems perform badly, since there are a lot of signs that they fall short of data design fundamentals. Fortunately, we are able to choose a university employment support database(UESD) application as a candidate for our study. We have taken UESD system as it is and we have developed an enhanced version of the UESD system, which strictly followed the basic fundamentals in data modeling and named it as NewUESD system. Then, we have conducted a comparison to see how much UESD system is deviated from the standard balancedness found in NewUESD. From the perspective of data obesity, we computed how much UESD contains unnecessary data. The NewUESD contained no unnecessary data at all, which implies that it has only data that is necessary to form a data model. But the data obesity of UESD system is found to be more than 50%. Therefore, it is significantly higher, 37% higher in this case, than the obesity judged to be normal, which is 19% in NewUESD system.

While many scholars and practitioners have studied the effectiveness and utilization of CRM, studies and cases which apply CRM to university operation are not enough in Korea. Therefore, this study focuses on the theoretical background and efforts of university CRM program through a D University case. Also, this study investigates the components of CRM application framework and recommends the segmentation process which can help university officers find a relevant student required from a company.

크라우드 펀딩 방식을 통한, 해양 산업/교육 분야, 특화된 사업을 위한 플랫폼으로써 해양분야에서 특화된 사업 개척하기 위한 시스템이다. RND 공동 개발, 투자자 유치를 공동 목표하고 (연결/소통)제안자와 참여자간의 연결 및 소통 플랫폼, (발굴/지원) 아이디어 발굴과 사업화를 위한 지원 플랫폼, (교육/협력) 창업을 위한 교육 및 기술개발 협력 플랫폼이용하여 스마트취업·창업을 위한 해양크라우드 펀딩 플랫폼을 활용할수 있게 시스템을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the achievements of employment support by the government support specialization project. The data used in this study are based on the comparison of 5 - year employment support field and the operation results of the program until 2014-2018. The results of the study are as follows. First, the overall employment rate of the university has been continuously increased. Especially, the employment rate of the specialization department has been higher than the employment rate of the non - specialization department. Second, as a result of the analysis of the employment capacity strengthening index and the learning capacity strengthening index, it showed a steady increase in each year and contributed to the cultivation of customized talents required by the local society and the national industry. Third, as a result of analyzing the satisfaction of students who are business users, it was confirmed that the business reflecting the demands of the consumers was realized. Fourth, the continuous improvement of the business and the reflux have made the infrastructure of the employment support project more advanced and the system of supporting employment of the university systematically established. In conclusion, the result of the employment support project according to the specialization program showed excellent results and it is necessary to complement theses results when establishing related business plan in the future.

정보 폭증으로 인한 정보 필터링 어려움을 해결하기 위한 추천 시스템의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히 취업 구직자가 어떤 기업에 지원해야 하는지 혼란스러워하는 문제가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 기관에 등록된 학생 데이터를 활용하여 각 개인에게 적합한 기업을 추천해주는 맞춤형 기업 추천 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 다양한 유사도 함수를 적용하여 비교한 결과, 코사인 유사도(Cosine similarity)를 활용한 추천 시스템이 가장 높은 정확도를 보였으며, 이러한 연구는 취업 관련 결정을 지원하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

소셜 네트워크는 인적 네트워크을 통하여 정보를 공유하거나 커뮤니티를 구성하는 시스템이다. 소셜 네트워크가 많이 활성화 되고 있지만 구성원간의 연관성 파악, 직접적 관계가 없던 구성원간의 연결 등을 통하여 관계를 확대해 나가는 것을 돕는 시스템은 아직 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학의 취업 네트워크를 2차원 화면에 시각화를 통하여 취업 멘토 네트워크 시스템을 개발하였다. 취업 멘토 네트워크 시스템은 취업 졸업생 멘토의 출신학교, 취업회사, 동아리, 학과, 출신고등학교에 대한 정보 네트워크를 구축하고, 재학생 멘티가 이를 활용하기 위한 관심있는 멘토 필터링, 카테고리 검색 등의 기능을 제공한다. 또한 자바 애플릿을 이용해 웹상에서 가능함으로써 시공간적인 검색제약을 없앴다. 완성된 시스템은 졸업생 멘토와 재학생 멘티의 관계 형성을 효과적으로 지원한다.
