The Effects of Work·family Balance of Working Moms on their Psychological Well-being - Focused on the Moderating Effects of Care Service Satisfaction, Sharing Housework, Gender Equality Consciousness, and Gender Role Attitude - (일·가정양립이 취업모의 심리적 복지에 미치는 영향 -돌봄서비스만족, 가사분담, 양성평등의식, 성역할태도의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of care service satisfaction, housework sharing, gender equality consciousness, and gender role attitude on the relationship between work family balance and the psychological well-being of working mothers. This study was conducted from March 20, 2013 to March 26, 2019, with a total of 163 questionnaires for working moms having elementary school children. The results demonstrating the positive effect of care service satisfaction provide policy implications for extending the care service system. Notably, it was confirmed that psychological well-being increased in cases of work-family conflict as housework sharing, egalitarian sex role attitude, and gender equality consciousness increased. Therefore, subsequent study will be necessary to discuss further about sharing the spouse 's housework and raising the gender equality consciousness.

Analysis of the Convergent Relationship between Stress Factors and Depression Levels in a College Students (일개 대학생의 스트레스 요인 및 우울 수준의 융복합적 관련성 분석)

  • This study examined the convergent relationship of stress factors related to the depression level(CES-D) of a college student. The questionnaire was used using an unregistered self-administered questionnaire for 304 students from a college located in J area from Nov. 12, 2018 to Dec. 14, 2018. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis results are as follows: The depression level of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which job seeking stress(CMI) is higher, a group in which academic burnout(MBI-SS) is higher, a group in which anxiety(BAI) are higher. The results show explanatory power of 60.7%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to decrease job seeking stress, to decrease academic burnout and, to decrease anxiety, are required to decrease the depression level among college students. These results can be utilized in various interventional efforts for academic counseling and guidance, job counseling, and psychological and emotional stability that lowers the depression level in college students. Following studies requires the presentation and analysis of structural models for the structural model that effects the depression levels of college students.

  • Using methods for the analysis of non-stationary series and error correction models, this study estimates the elasticity of employment with regard to growth rate and its variability. The authors could not find any significant evidence that elasticity has reduced during the last 25 years, which implies that the slow-down of the employment growth did not result from a reduction of the elasticity but from the GDP growth slow-down. Therefore, policy efforts to enhance the capacity of job creation should be made in a manner that can extend the long-term growth potential.

  • This study takes of youth panel data(2002-2003), there is the purpose to know to youth employed's labor mobility conditions of employment status conversion and examine on factors affecting conversion of employment status. Main analysis result and policy imply, is as following. First, although youth employed's non-standard employment shows some decrease, employment youth hierarchy was construed that youth of our country is consisting very changefully because appear great turnover that is converted by unemployment or Not economically activity population same period. Specially, non-standard employment phenomenon of woman or low in scholarship person appeared notedly, and because phenomenon that is converted by unemployment or Not economically activity population is expose that is deepened, discriminating policy of government dimension is required for employment stabilization of these class. Second, show result that danger to escape to non-standard job risk trap which seeking employment activity of youth class is arranged case or company which is formed by official path is suitable becomes low, must formulate path of employment about youth class and improve qualitative level of employment through suitable job placement education of youth class or function (technology) level. Third, when was construed, but take into account that the although large enterprise have low risk in non-standard job, recently employment of youth class consists very limited, rather small scale business or smaller enterprise's competitive power preferably need to be plan. Finally, danger to non-standard job youth employed's company form is government connection wonder was expose that high, Such result can do that it is difficult by limited research period, but reflect actuality that youth unemployment policy of our country is enforced laying stress on public labor or unregular job employment such as internship system. Therefore, current youth unemployment policy may have to change by employment policy that can secure stable work record by youth class or act as bridge-building that promote conversion by full-time job.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의류학 관련 전공에 대한 학생들의 전공 만족도에 영향을 주는 결정변인을 조사하는데 있다. 조사대상은 의류학 관련학과를 전공으로 하는 국내 2년제 및 4년제 10개 대학의 재학생으로, 총 690부의 설문자료가 최종 통계분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 Lisrel을 이용하여, 학생들의 전공 만족도의 결정 변인과 구조적 모형을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 학문적 경쟁력과 전공에 대 한 적성 및 흥미가 가장 중요한 전공 만족도의 결정 변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 기타 만족도 변인인 시설 및 장비, 취업, 학생활동 관여도, 사회적 유대감등은 전공 만족도에 직접 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라, 학교 만족도를 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근에 외국어로서의 한국어 학습 수요가 증가하고 있는 현실을 반영하여, 한국어를 외국어로 사용하는 한국어 수요자의 접근성을 고려한 초보적인 한국어 읽기 학습을 지원하는 학습지원 시스템을 설계하여 제시한다. 우리나라는 경제개발에 성공하고 주요 기간산업에서 세계적인 기업이 탄생하여 세계적으로 관심을 끌고 있다. 이런 현상에 따라서 결혼 이민자는 물론 국내 산업체에 취업하기 위해 입국하는 동남아시아를 중심으로 하는 근로자는 물론 첨단산업에 종사하기 위해 고학력의 외국인들이 많이 입국하고 있으며, k-pop을 비롯한 '한류'에 대한 관심이 고조되어, 다양한 국가의 다양한 계층에서 한국어에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 현실에 비하여 특히 경제력과 학습수준이 낮은 외국인들은 정규적인 교육의 기회를 갖지 못하게 되어 여러 가지의 문제를 야기하고 있다. 이런 현실을 반영하여 초보적인 한국어 학습, 특히 읽기 학습을 지원하는 한국어 이러닝 시스템을 설계하여 제시하였다.

Structural Vector Error Correction Model for Korean Labor Market Data (구조적 오차수정모형을 이용한 한국노동시장 자료분석)

  • We use a structural vector error correction model of the labor market to investigate the effect of shocks to Korean unemployment. We associate technology, labor demand, labor supply, and wage-setting shocks with equations for productivity, employment, unemployment, and real wages, respectively. Subsequently, labor demand and supply shocks have significant long-run and contemporaneous effects on unemployment, respectively.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of wives' demographic variables, the family cohesion and adaptability perceived by dual-career wives on household task performance. The subject of this study were 391 employed professional wives working in seoul. Using the questionnary, the data was obtained and the data was analysed by percentile, frequency, ANOVA, multiple regression. The results were as follows. 1) the family cohesion and adaptability scores showed a little higher than those of previous research. Number of children, age of the youngest child and family pattern were statistically significant in the family cohesion, number of children and family pattern were statistically significantly in the family adaptability. 2) The division of housework by family members was influenced by the family adaptability and family pattern. The family cohesion was a significant determinant of the division of housework by husband. The standard of housework was influenced by wives' age, the family cohesion and a housework time.

  • 중국에서 고등 교육이 보편화되고 취업 경쟁이 나날이 치열해지면서, 쉴 새 없이 갈고 닦은 개인의 지식 시스템이 경쟁력의 주요 원동력이 되었고 직장에서도 '공부'가 점차 새로운 키워드로 부상하고 있다. 그러한 까닭에 문화형 1인미디어의 발전 전략에 점점 더 많은 이들의 이목이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문은 뤄지쓰웨이의 사례 분석을 통해 중국의 문화형 1인미디어 시청자의 수요와 발전 추세를 관찰했다. 또한 뤄지쓰웨이가 브랜드 구축 시 어떠한 브랜드 디자인 전략을 펼쳤는지에 대해서도 알아보았다. 지불방식, 지식 커뮤니티 형성, 신용 시스템 구축 등을 통해 시장의 경쟁 속에서 양호하고 신뢰할 수 있는 브랜드 이미지를 형성한다.

  • This study was designed to examine the effect of emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability on children's interpersonal relationship formative. The subjects were 133 boys and girls who were day care center in G metropolitan city. Data analysed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences in the children's interpersonal relationship formative according to children' sex. There were significant differences in the emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability according to their sibling and mother occupation. Second, there were significant correlations between the children's interpersonal relationship formative, emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability. Third, the children's interpersonal relationship formative was affected by emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability.
