In learning the conic session, there is a gap between the curricula of the high school and the university level for the pre-service math teachers. So through the art of problem posing, 38 number of pre-service teachers worked in a pair to find fidelities in the environment of hand-held graphing calculator. We concluded that the cognitive fidelity showed three different properties using "what if not" strategy which the mathematical fidelity between the representations supported. Also, the exploration using a calculator in the pedagogical fidelity strongly helped them to apply and to expand their learning.

In this paper, we surveyed students of M university in DaeJeon to analyze the satisfaction and fidelity to class. Based on survey data from 1,045 participants, we verified descriptive differences in satisfaction and perceived fidelity to class among the major, non-major and online classes. Also, we verified statistical differences in satisfaction and fidelity to class according to sex, academic year grade, attending college.

This paper presents multi-fidelity modeling and simulation (M&S) methodology to enhance simulation performance of engineering-level defense models. In this approach, a set of models with varying degrees of fidelity is exercised to reduce computational expense maintaining a similar level of system effectiveness. For multi-fidelity M&S principles, this paper defines model fidelity from two perspectives (i.e., model behavior and execution), and suggests the Fidelity Change Point (FCP) to specify the fidelity conversion. With these concepts, this paper centers on three ideas: 1) two models' structure which are the Behavioral-Fidelity Interchangeable Model (B-FIM) and the Executional-Fidelity Interchangeable Model (E-FIM), 2) modeling formalism, and 3) a simulation algorithm to support them. From an abstract case study regarding a target tracking scenario with the utilization of the proposed method, we can gain interesting experimental results regarding the enhancement of simulation performance. Finally, we expect that this work will serve various M&S-based analysis areas for enhancing simulation performance.

Background: Examining the fidelity of intervention using music for pain alleviation is crucial in developing effective music intervention for pain management. Purposes: This study aims to examine the fidelity of music intervention studies purported to alleviate post-surgery pain. Methods: Thirteen studies from 2000 to 2023 were searched and reviewed for their intervention providers, music protocol, session management, duration, music selection, and implementation rationale. Results: Four studies (30.77%) provided interventions based on therapeutic principles for music on pain management; reporting 4 intervention components out of 7. Intervention design and evidence varied, indicating low fidelity. Conclusion: Enhancing fidelity in music interventions for post-joint replacement pain alleviation is vital for further use of music for pain management. Researchers should develop systematic interventions based therapeutic mechanism of music.

Purpose: The purpose of this case study is to analyze of the training fidelity of vision training trainee. Mehtods: The vision training observation group included 75 clients (male=40, female=35) who had binocular vision disorders without opthalmic diseases or vertical phoria. Results: A high degree of visiting rate and training fidelity showed improvement of binocular vision function, sensation and symptoms. It had a high degree of success rate and preference rate. Conclusions: We suggest that high training fidelity is an effective and alternative method for binocular vision disorder therapy.

Assessment in the school should be done consistently in accordance with the national curriculum. This study analyzed the process that preservice teachers developed the question items. The preservice teachers already equipped with the knowledge about the curriculum, didn't reflect it to items at first. However, in the review and modification process with colleague discussions, they get the curriculum coherence faithfully. And the item completeness gets higher such as to conform to the item intent, to help the students easily understand the item and to have the consistency between items.

문제: 전자의무기록(EMR) 시행 후 의무기록 정리율의 저하와 질적인 측면에서의 충실성과 정확성에 대한 문제점이 제기되었다. 목적: 전자의무기록의 정리율과 충실성 검토를 통하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선점 찾아 의무기록 정리율을 향상시키고 충실성을 높이고자 하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한 대학병원 의무기록과 질 향상 활동: 전자의무기록의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 사용자 편의를 위한 EMR 프로그램 수정 및 보완, 진단 수술 관련 작업, 업무개선, 교육, 홍보 등의 활동을 실시하였다. 개선효과: 의무기록 정리율, 전자인증미비, 경과기록 기재일수, 퇴원요약 주진단 적합률, 기록지별 필수항목 기재율, 충실성에서 향상이 이루어졌다.
