  • 구조물의 동적부하에 대한 동적변형 응답을 정확히 예측하고, Over Design이나 Under Design이 아닌 합리적인 설계방안의 개발은 중요한 과제이다. 동적강도해석이나 소음 승차감과 같은 진동 및 충격에 기인하는 제반 문제를 복잡한 구조물을 대상으로 합리적으로 처리하기 위한 Dynamic Design Analysis는 높은 신뢰성의 추구와 더불어 필요불가결한 기술이 되고 있다. 동적해석 방법으로는 현재 유한요소법이 널리 사용되고 있으며 여러 종류의 범용 프로그램들이 보급되어 있는 실정이다. 그러나 특히 동적문제에 있어서는 형상이나 거동이 복잡한 구조물의 경우, 또는 차량의 차체와 같이 많은 장착물이 부착된 경우에는 유한요소법의 적용이 곤란하여, 지금까지 대처할 수 있는 유용한 방법이 없었다. 따라서 비교적 용이하고 간단하게 적용가능한 진동실험을 기초로 한 구조물의 동적 응답해석 및 설계 방안의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 진동시험으로 얻어진 부분구조물의 응답특성과 결합특성으로부터 결합 후의 응답특성을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 전달함수합성이론을 기초로하여 프로그래밍 package화 한다. 그리고 평판구조물에 대하여 진동시험과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 개발된 방법의 타당성을 검증한다. 또한 실제 차량에서 차체만의 진동시험과 엔진의 자유진동시험에 의한 시험데이터로부터 차체와 엔진이 마운트 결합된 후의 진동특성을 예측한다. 진동시험시에 입력과 출력에 노이즈가 필연적으로 혼입되어 주파수응답함수의 크기(magnitude)와 위상(phase)을 왜곡시킨다. 특히 위상의 왜곡은 복소수연산을 하는 전달함수합성법의 결과에 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 데이타 획득시 입력과 출력의 시간지연으로 생기는 위상왜곡을 보정하는 방법을 제시하고, 그 개선 정도를 조사한다.는 소견의 확실도로서 가능성을 표현한 것이다. 예를 들면, 진동진폭 스펙트럼상에 2X 성분이 상당히 크게 나타나 정렬불량의 가능성이 0.7 정도라고 판정하는 것 등은 이러한 수치적진리치를 이용하는 방법이다. 그러나 상기의 수치적 표현만으로는 확실도를 한개의 수치로서 대표하게 하는 것은 진단의 정밀도에 문제가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 언어적진리치가 도입되어 [상당히 확실], [확실], [약간 확실] 등의 언어적인 표현을 이용하여 애매성을 표현하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 간이진단 결과로부터 추출된 애매한 진단결과중에서 가장 가능성이 높은 이상원인을 복수로 선정하고, 여러 종류의 수치화할 수 없는 언어적(linguistic)인 정보ㄷㄹ을 if-then 형식의 퍼지추론으로 종합하는 회전기계의 이상진단을 위한 정밀진단 알고리즘을 제안하고 그 유용성을 검토한다. 존재하여도 모우드 변수들을 항상 정확하게 구할 수 있으며, 또한 알고리즘의 안정성이 보장된 것이다.. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS.   • When the train enters into a tunnel a high speed, pressure waves are generated inside the tunnel. The pressure waves at propagate in a form of compression wave toward the tunnel exit and a fraction of the compression waves that arrives at the exit of the tunnel are discharged to outside of the tunnel and the remainder is reflected into the tunnel as expansion waves. The compression waves emitted from the tunnel does not radiate in a specific direction but in all directions. If the amplitude of the compression wave is great, it causes noise and vibration, and it is called "Micro-Pressure Wave." "Micro-Pressure Wave" must be considered as a decision for the optimum tunnel cross-section as the amplitude of the compression wave depends on train speed, tunnel length, area of tunnel and train. Therefore, this paper introduces the case study of Micro-Pressure Wave characteristics for determination of tunnel cross section in Honam high speed railway, the pressure inside the tunnel and the micro-pressure waves at tunnel exit were measured at Hwashin 5 tunnel in Kyungbu HSR line. At the same time. a test of train operation model was performed and then the measurement results and test results were compared to verify that the various parameters used as input conditions for the numerical simulations, which were appropriate. Also a model test was performed, in order to analysis of the Micro-Pressure Wave Mitigation Performance by Type of Hood at Entrance Portal.

  • As a gas explosion is the most fatal accident in shipbuilding and offshore plant industries, all safety critical elements on the topside of offshore platforms should retain their integrity against blast pressure. Even though many efforts have been devoted to develop blast-resistant design methods in the offshore engineering field, there still remain several issues needed to be carefully investigated. From a procedure for calculation of explosion design pressure, impulse of a design pressure model having completely positive side only is determined by the absolute area of each obtained transient pressure response through the CFD analysis. The negative pressure phase in a general gas explosion, however, is often quite considerable unlike gaseous detonation or TNT explosion. The main objective of this study is to thoroughly examine the effect of the negative pressure phase on structural behavior. A blast wall for specific FPSO topside is selected to analyze structural response under the blast pressure. Because the blast wall is considered an essential structure for blast-resistant design. Pressure time history data were obtained by explosion simulations using FLACS, and the nonlinear transient finite element analyses were performed using LS-DYNA.

Fabrication of Piezoresistive Silicon Acceleration Sensor Using Selectively Porous Silicon Etching Method (선택적인 다공질 실리콘 에칭법을 이용한 압저항형 실리콘 가속도센서의 제조)

  • A piezoresistive silicon acceleration sensor with 8 beams, utilized by an unique silicon micromachining technique using porous silicon etching method which was fabricated on the selectively diffused (111)-oriented $n/n^{+}/n$ silicon subtrates. The width, length, and thickness of the beam was $100\;{\mu}m$, $500\;{\mu}m$, and $7\;{\mu}m$, respectively, and the diameter of the mass paddle (the region suspended by the eight beams) was 1.4 mm. The seismic mass on the mass paddle was formed about 2 mg so as to measure accelerations of the range of 50g for automotive applications. For the formation of the mass, the solder mass was loaded on the mass paddle by dispensing Pb/Sn/Ag solder paste. After the solder paste is deposited, Heat treatment was carried out on the 3-zone reflow equipment. The decay time of the output signal to impulse excitation of the fabricated sensor was observed for approximately 30 ms. The sensitivity measured through summing circuit was 2.9 mV/g and the nonlinearity of the sensor was less than 2% of the full scale output. The output deviation of each bridge was ${\pm}4%$. The cross-axis sensitivity was within 4% and the resonant frequency was found to be 2.15 KHz from the FEM simulation results.

  • The automatic drawer is used to absorb the movement shock and adjust its velocity when it opens and closes. The tube in shock-absorber is the cylindrical case which surrounds its parts and is made of acetal. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality stability of the tube in the shock-absorber in injection molding process. The tube which had been manufactured in the process with 4 cavity cooling unit was used. In this study, the analysis and test are carried out to determine its quality stability. Which are the quality analysis with numerical simulation and performance tests of the tube compared with one of foreign make. It is calculated that the injection press is 87.6 MPa and the deflections in X, Y, Z directions are ranged in 0.07~1.00 mm. When the researched tube is compared with the foreign made tube, the maximum bending compressive load is 231 kgf higher, average axial compressive load is 0.05 kgf higher, and the roughness(Ra) on the inner surface is $0.02\;{\mu}m$. lower. In the result, it is known that the quality of researched tube in injection mold process is stable and its performance is superior.

  • 수소화된 비정질 실리콘(a-Si:H)과 미세결정질 실리콘 ($\mu$c-Si:H)은 저온.건식 공정인 PECVD로 값싼 유리 기판을 사용하여 넓은 면적에 증착이 가능하다는 큰 장점으로 인해 광전소자(photovoltaic device)와 박막 트랜지스터(TFTs)등에 폭넓게 응용되어 왔으며 최근에는 nm 크기의 실리콘 결정(nc-Si)에서 가시광선 영역의 발광 현상이 발견됨에 따라 광소자로서의 특성을 제어하기 위해서는 성장 조건과 공정 변수에 따른 구조 변화에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 UHV-ECR-PECVD 법을 이용하여 H2로 희석된 SiH4로부터 a-Si:H과 $\mu$c-Si:H를 증착하였다. 그림 1은 SiH4 20sccm/H2 50sccm/25$0^{\circ}C$에서 기판의 DC bias를 변화시키면서 박막을 증착시킬 때 나타나는 박막의 구조 변화를 raman spectrum의 To phonon peak의 위치와 반가폭의 변화로 나타낸 것이다. 비정질 실리콘 박막은 DC bias를 증가시킴에 따라 무질서도가 증가하다가 어떤 critical DC bias에서 최대치를 이룬후 다시 질서도가 증가한다. 이온의 충격력에 의해 박막내에 응력이 축적되면 박막의 에너지 상태가 높아지고 이 축적된 응력이 ordering에 대한 에너지 장벽을 넘을 수 있을 만큼 커지게 되면 응력이 풀리면서 ordering이 가능해지는 것으로 생각된다. 그림 2는 수소 결합 형태의 변화이다. 박막의 무질서도가 증가할 경우 알려진 바와 같이 2000cm-1근처의 peak은 감소하고 2100cm-1 부근이 peak이 증가하는 현상을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 여러 공정 변수, 특히 DC bias에 따르는 박막의 구조 변화와 다른 성장 조건(온도, 유량비)이 critical DC bias나 결정화, 결정성 등에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과를 보고하고자 한다.등을 이용하여 광학적 밴드갭, 광흡수 계수, Tauc Plot, 그리고 파장대별 빛의 투과도의 변화를 분석하였으며 각 변수가 변화함에 따라 광학적 밴드갭의 변화를 정량적으로 조사함으로써 분자결합상태와 밴드갭과 광 흡수 계수간의상관관계를 규명하였고, 각 변수에 따른 표면의 조도를 확인하였다. 비정질 Si1-xCx 박막을 증착하여 특성을 분석한 결과 성장된 박막의 성장률은 Carbonfid의 증가에 따라 다른 성장특성을 보였고, Silcne(SiH4) 가스량의 감소와 함께 박막의 성장률이 둔화됨을 볼 수 있다. 또한 Silane 가스량이 적어지는 영역에서는 가스량의 감소에 의해 성장속도가 둔화됨을 볼 수 있다. 또한 Silane 가스량이 적어지는 영역에서는 가스량의 감소에 의해 성장속도가 줄어들어 성장률이 Silane가스량에 의해 지배됨을 볼 수 있다. UV-VIS spectrophotometer에 의한 비정질 SiC 박막의 투과도와 파장과의 관계에 있어 유리를 기판으로 사용했으므로 유리의투과도를 감안했으며, 유리에 대한 상대적인 비율 관계로 투과도를 나타냈었다. 또한 비저질 SiC 박막의 흡수계수는 Ellipsometry에 의해 측정된 Δ과 Ψ값을 이용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과로 비정질 SiC 박막의 두께를 이용하여 구하였다. 또한 Tauc Plot을 통해 박막의 optical band gap을 2.6~3.7eV로 조절할 수 있었다. 20$0^{\circ}C$이상으로 증가시켜도 광투과율은 큰 변화를 나타내지 않았다.부터 전분-지질복합제의 형성 촉진이 시사되었다.이것으로 인하여 호화억제에 의한 노화 방지효과가 기대되었지만 실제로 빵의 노화는 현저히 진행되었다. 이것은 quinua 대체량 증가에 따른 반죽의 안정성이 저하되어 버린 것으로 생각되어진다. 더욱이 lipase를 첨가하면 반죽이 분화하는 경향이 보여졌지만 첨가량 75ppm에 있어서 상당히 비용적의 증대가 보였다. 이것은 lipase의 가수분해에 의해

Whiplash Injury Conditions of Rear-End Collisions at Low-Speed (저속 추돌사고에서 목 상해 조건에 대한 연구)

  • As the number of reported injuries has tended to increase over time, large hospitalization expenditure from excessive medical treatments and hospitalization, and insurance frauds associated with moral hazard in minor collisions have caused a global societal problem. Many occupants of rear-ended vehicles involved in rear-end collisions complain of whiplash injury, which is also known as neck injury, without any anatomical and radiological evidence. With only clinical symptoms, stating that a whiplash injury is a type of injury defined by the Abbreviated Injury Scale would be difficult. Therefore, this study focuses on minor rear-end collisions, where the rear-ender vehicle collides with the rear-ended vehicle at rest. The mathematics dynamic model is employed to simulate a total of 100 rear-end collision scenarios based on various weights and collision speeds and identify how the weights and speeds of both vehicles influence the risk of whiplash injury in occupants involved in minor rear-end collisions. The possibility of an injury is very high when the same-weight vehicles are involved in accidents at collision speeds of 15 km/h or higher. The possibilities are 36% and 84% with collision speeds of 15 km/h and 20 km/h, respectively, if weights are disregarded.

Study on Stable Gait Generation of Quadruped Walking Robot Using Minimum-Jerk Trajectory and Body X-axis Sway (최소저크궤적과 X축-스웨이를 이용한 4족 보행로봇의 안정적 걸음새 연구)

  • In this paper, three theories for improving the stability of quadruped robot are presented. First, the Minimum-Jerk Trajectory is used to optimize the leg trajectory. Second, we compare the newly proposed sine wave and the conventional LSM in this paper based on the Jerk value. Third, we calculate the optimum stride of the sway through repetitive robot simulation using ADAMS-MATLAB cosimulation. Through the above process, the improvement of the robot walking is compared with the existing theory. First, the average gradient of the point where the leg trajectory changes rapidly was reduced from at least 1.2 to 2.9 by using the Minimum-Jerk targetory for the movement of the body and the end of the leg during the first walk, thereby increasing the walking stability. Second, the average Jerk was reduced by 0.019 on the Z-axis, 0.457 on the X-axis, and 0.02, 3D on the Y-axis by 0.479 using the Sin wave type sways presented in this paper, rather than the LSM(Longitude Stability Margin) method. Third, the length of the optimal stride for walking at least the Jerk value was derived from the above analysis, and the 20cm width length was the most stable.

A Study on the Dynamic Effect Influencing to Urban Railway Structures by Vibration from Near-field Excavating Work (근접장 굴착진동이 도시철도 구조물에 미치는 동적영향 연구)

  • In the excavation work like blasting/excavator work bordering on the urban railway, the dynamic safety of railway structures like tunnel, open-cut box structure and elevated bridge was investigated by numerical analysis in this study. The practically presented criteria on influential zones at the blasting work in the construction industry was numerically checked in cases of the precise vibration-controlled blasting (type II) and the small scale vibration-controlled blasting (type III) and it was shown that the criteria on blasting work methods needed to be supplemented through continuous field tests and numerical analyses. The influence of excavation vibration by mechanical excavators was especially investigated in case of earth auger and breaker. The numerical analysis of tunnel shows that the criteria on vibration velocities from the regression analysis of field test values was conservative. The amplification phenomenon of excavating vibration velocity was shown passing through the backfilling soil between the earth auger and the open-cut box structure. It was shown that the added-vibration on the superstructure of elevated bridge was occurred at the bottom of pile like earthquake when the excavator vibration was arriving at the pile toe. The systematic and continuous research on the vibration effect from excavating works was needed for the safety of urban railway structures and nearby facilities.

The Characteristics and the Effects of Pollutant Loadings from Nonpoint Sources on Water Quality in Suyeong Bay (수영만 수질에 미치는 비점원 오염부하의 특성과 영향)

  • The most obvious and easily recognizable sources of potential water pollution are point sources such as domestic and industrial wastes. But recently, the potential effects of nonpoint sources on water quality have been increased apparently. In order to evaluate the characteristics and the effects of nonpoint sources on water quality, this study was performed in Suyeong Bay from May, 1992 to July, 1992. The depth-averaged 2-dimensional numerical model, which consists of the hydrodynamic model and the diffusion model was applied to simulate the water quality in Suyeong Bay. When flowrate was $65.736m^3/s,$ the concentration of pollutants (COD, TSS and VSS) at Oncheon stream (Sebeong bridge) during second flush were very high as much as 121.4mg/l of COD, 1148.0mg/l of TSS and 262.0mg/1 of VSS. When flowrate was 4.686m^3/s, the concentration of pollutants $(TIN,\;NH_4\;^+-\;N,\;NO_2\;^--N\;and\;PO_4\;^{3-}-P)$ during the first flush were very high as much as 20.306mg/1 of TIN, 14.154mg/1 of $NH_4\;^+-N$, 9.571mg/l of $NO_2\;^--N$ and l.785mg/l of $PO_2\;^{3-}-P$ As results of the hydrodynamic model simulation, the computed maximum velocity of tidal currents in Suyeong Bay was 0.3m/s and their direction was clockwise flow for ebb tide and counter clockwise flow for Hood tide. Four different methods were applied for the diffusion simulation in Suyeong Bay. There were the effects for the water quality due to point loads, annual nonpoint loads and nonpoint loads during the wet weather and the investigation period, respectively. The efforts of annual nonpoint loads and nonpoint loads during the wet weather seem to be slightly deteriorated in comparison with the effects of point loads. However, the bay was significantly polluted by the nonpoint loads during the investigation period. In this case, COD and SS concentrations ranged 2.0-30.0mg/l, 7.0- 200.0mg/l in ebb tide, respectively. From these results, it can be emphasized that the large amount of pollutants caused by nonpoint sources during the wet weather were discharged into the bay, and affected significantly to both the water quality and the marine ecosystem. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the loadings of nonpoint pollutants to plan wastewater treatment plant.
