This study was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of CBT for perinatal depression through systematic literature review and meta-analysis. The following databases were used to search the literature: CINAHL, PubMed, EMBASE, Koreamed, Library of Korean Congress, KISS, and Korean Academic Publication Database. Keywords included 'perinatal depression,' 'pregnant women,' and 'cognitive behavioral therapy,' and the evaluated articles were published up to May 2016. Using the R program, the effect size of perinatal depression and anxiety were calculated by random-effects model. The heterogeneity of the effect size was analyzed by data moderator analysis using the meta-ANOVA. Furthermore, the funnel plot, Egger's regression test, fail-safe N, trim-and-fill test, and publication bias analysis were conducted and used to verify the results. Out of the 180 selected articles, 16 clinical trial studies were meta-analyzed. Each articles were evaluated for the risk of bias by the checklist of SIGN; the overall risk of bias was low. The effect size of CBT for perinatal depression was Hedges' g=-0.55 (95% CI: -0.76~-0.33), which was a moderate level, while for anxiety reduction, Hedges' g=-0.20 (95% CI: -0.48~-0.08) and it was not statistically significant. Heterogeneity or risk of publication bias were low. This meta-analytic study found that CBT is moderately effective in reducing perinatal depression in pregnant women.

The purpose of this meta-analysis was to address two questions: (1) To what extent are types of child abuse related to psycho-social maladjustment of the abused? (2) Do relations found in this study vary by the gender, sample size, year of publication, types of publication, and respondents' age? The materials of this study were based on 14 variables obtained from 104 published and unpublished (doctoral disserations and master's theses) research papers over a span of 26 years(1990-2016). Child abuse related variables were categorized into physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and abuse while psycho-social maladjustment grouped as internal (anxiety, depression, withdrawal, and anxiety/depression) and external problem behaviors(aggression, problem behavior, and delinquency). Major findings were: Medium effect size of emotional abuse, abuse, physical abuse, neglect on psycho-social maladjustment among the abused were calculated. Emotional abuse was highly related to every internal and external problem behaviors. Neglect was found to have higher effect size in external problem behaviors than internal problem behaviors. Publication types moderated the association between types of child abuse and internalization while year of publication, number of samples and publication types showed moderation effects on the relation between types of child abuse and externalization. Finding suggest that future studies on child sexual abuse and those on intervention outcome are required and use of well validated instruments are essential.

This study examines the economic use value of Discover, an access service of research papers and a subsystem of the National Open Access Platform (AccessON). Based on previous literature on scholarly communications and in-depth interviews with 14 academic and industrial researchers, the service value of Discover was identified as the value of time savings. Administering a survey with 1,313 researchers, the following empirical data required for estimation were obtained: for an average Korean researcher, s/he publishes 2.84 papers per year and takes 30.13 minutes in searching and using one relevant research paper. Discover was found to save 5.64 minutes per paper, saving a total of 225 minutes and KRW 99,384 per researcher per year. Finally, a total economic value of Discover was estimated as KRW 82 billion for the entire 8-year business period. An additional value of KRW 11.3 billion was estimated with the legalization of mandatory deposit of OA research papers. The study demonstrates a sufficient economic value of the national OA platform project, and positive economic impact of the OA legalization, futher offering important domestic data for future research on economic value of scholarly communications.

This study aims to improve the accessibility of websites that can search for online e-journals and check the original text, and the accessibility of web contents in the form of article papers. In order to publish online e-journals in Korea, article contribution management system is used, and services are provided through public or private academic DB companies. There was no content related to accessibility in the publishing and editing stage of online e-journals. In the case of foreign countries, objective to comply with Level AA of WCAG 2.1 to improve accessibility of websites and web content. In addition, the level of accessibility of academic journals is guided through VPAT. In order to improve access to web content in online journals, Accessibility matters are added to the academic society's editorial and publication regulations. Accessibility education should be provided to journal editors. Accessibility checklists should be developed and researchers should verify themselves. To improve the accessibility of online e-journals to websites, For equal use, various convenience functions should be provided when using the website. It guides the accessibility function to the article contribution management system. Each academic and academic DB company should be required to submit a Korean VPAT.

This study aimed to find the problems of evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine and seek the future development direction by evaluating the quality of oriental medicine related systematic review(SR) studies using AMSTAR tool. The 26 SR studies related to oriental medicine were searched from the database of DBPIA, OASIS, and KISS, and they were evaluated on the basis of AMSTAR. The average of AMSTAR for the quality assessment of SR studies was 6.0 point, and the 26 studies included 2 high quality studies (7.7 %), 21 normal quality studies (80.8 %), and 3 low quality studies (11.5 %). The quality of studies was not correlated with the publication years. The quality of oriental medicine related SR studies need to be improved steadily. Furthermore, continued efforts to promote the evidence-based practice in the field of Oriental Medicine will help to establish foundation for the convergence approach in the healthcare sector.

This study aims to analyze Korea's trend of 'pattern identification(PI)' research using network analysis. We selected 368 papers from OASIS (Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System) by review of two Korean medicine experts. Network analysis between keyword of PI studies were performed. As a result, number of PI studies has increased over the last 10 years. 'Korean journal of oriental physiology and pathology' and 'Journal of Korean oriental internal medicine' have published most papers related to PI. As research category, there are 144 papers in the cross-sectional study, and 71 papers in case report study. In the case of randomized clinical trials, there are only 3 papers. In studies for PI, stroke, pattern analysis, and blood stasis were the keywords make up the main network.

The purpose of this study is to understand the current status and trends of the research studies published by the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics which is a leader in the field of industrial mathematics around the world. To perform this purpose, titles and abstracts were collected from 6,255 research articles between 2016 and 2019, and the R program was used to analyze the topic modeling model with LDA techniques and a regression model. As the results of analyses, first, a variety of studies have been studied in the fields of industrial mathematics, such as algebra, discrete mathematics, geometry, topological mathematics, probability and statistics. Second, it was found that the ascending research subjects were fluid mechanics, graph theory, and stochastic differential equations, and the descending research subjects were computational theory and classical geometry. The results of the study, based on the understanding of the overall flows and changes of the intellectual structure in the fields of industrial mathematics, are expected to provide researchers in the field with implications of the future direction of research and how to build an industrial mathematics curriculum that reflects the zeitgeist in the field of education.

There have been researches into digital Watermarking technology or Fingerprinting vigorously to safeguard Protective rights for knowledge and poverty for digital contents. DRM(Digital Rights Management) is not only Protective rights for knowledge and poverty, but also management and systems that are necessary to put out, circulate and use for contents. This paper proposes two kinds of ideas. One is protecting contents from illegal acts such as illegal copies when the contents are in the process of circulation. The other is the protocol that can give users convenience. Hidden Agents are used so that contents are protected from illegal copies and illegal use in the contents and cuts off those illegal acts. The Agent will be installed without any special setup. In addition, it can replace roles of Watermarking as a protection. Therefore, this paper shows the solution of illegal copies that happens frequently.

Using mobile bookstore application is increasing in accordance with the proliferation of internet and mobile devices. In this circumstances, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors regarding to mobile bookstore application quality evaluation are effecting to customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Thus information, transaction, design, communication, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety are set as a quality evaluation factor. And it is analyzed the effect of these factors to customer satisfaction and reuse intention with path analysis method. As the result, transaction, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety factors effected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction effected reuse intention. These results show that user mainly access mobile bookstore application for purchasing book. Thus it is important for mobile bookstore operator to keep the application accessed anytime, and serve personalized information, and simplify transaction process, and intensify security for protecting personal or transaction information.

This research analyzes the actual condition and trend in 119 research papers about sadness mediation program for senior citizens, which were published from 1990 to 2014, to find an expansive way for seniors. And the result is as in the following: publish year of subjects is 2010 to 2014, research plan was done by experimental-control group plan, and we quoted the most of the yardstick from foreign research, in the case of the seniors stays in their own house. Art therapy is the most common way of mediation, and most programs were done less than 10 times, once in a week, and less than 60 minutes in once. And variable of efficacy is verified in the order of physical ability, self-worth, and cognitive function. As the first research that analyzes the trend of sadness mediation program for senior citizens, this research is expected to help setting the direction of future research. that is related to convergence.
