이원혼합모형에서 고정효과의 추정가능한 함수에 대한 신뢰구간을 구하는 경우에 어떤 분산성분추정량을 선택하는 것이 가장 바람직한가를 모의실험을 통하여 살펴본다 혼합모형에서는 t-분포와 일반화최소제곱추정량을 사용하여 신뢰구간을 구할 수 있는데, 일반적으로 분산성분을 알 수 없기 때문에 분산성분을 반드시 추정하여야만 한다. 이 경우 분산성분의 추정량으로 가장 많이 사용되는 추정량들인 Henderson의 방법 III 추정량, 사전추측값이 1인 MINQUE 추정량, MLE(최우추정량), REMLE(제한최우추정량)를 이용하여 분산행렬을 추정하고, 신뢰구간의 포함범위확률과 평균길이를 모의실험을 통하여 살펴본다. 모의실험의 결과는 4가지 추정량 모두 비슷한 신뢰구간의 포함범위확률과 평균길이를 갖는 것으로 판명되었다.

급속한 산업의 발전과 생활수준의 향상에 의하여 전력수요가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전력계통에서 발전기의 효율적 추가 계획을 제시하기 위하여 정확하고 효율적인 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 발전소 추가 건설시 모선 계통의 선정을 사례연구를 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 원자력 안전조치 용어를 미세조정(fine tuning) 알고리즘을 활용해 추가 학습한 공개 거대 언어모델(Large Language Model, LLM)이 안전조치 관련 질문에 대해 답변한 결과를 정성적으로 평가하였다. 평가 결과, 학습 데이터 범위 내 질문에 대해 학습 모델은 기반 모델 답변에 추가 학습 데이터를 활용한 낮은 수준의 추론을 수행한 답변을 출력하였다. 평가 결과를 통해 추가 학습 개선 방향을 도출하였으며 저비용 전문 분야 언어 모델 구축에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

In this paper, various methods for finding confidence intervals for the p of binomial parameter are reviewed. We compare the performance of several confidence interval estimates in terms of actual coverage probability by small sample Monte Carlo simulation.

초거대 언어모델를 활용한 퓨샷(few shot) 학습법은 여러 자연어 처리 문제에서 좋은 성능을 보였다. 하지만 데이터를 활용한 추가 학습으로 문제를 추론하는 것이 아니라, 이산적인 공간에서 퓨샷 구성을 통해 문제를 정의하는 방식은 성능 향상에 한계가 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 초거대 언어모델의 모수 전체가 아닌 일부를 추가 학습하거나 다른 신경망을 덧붙여 연속적인 공간에서 추론하는 P-tuning과 같은 데이터 기반 추가 학습 방법들이 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 문맥에 따른 질의 정규화 문제를 대화형 음성 검색 서비스에 맞게 직접 정의하였고, 초거대 언어모델을 P-tuning으로 추가 학습한 경우 퓨샷 학습법 대비 정확도가 상승함을 보였다.

수정란 속의 난황은 계태아가 자랄 때에 영양소 공급을 담당하며, 또한 초생추 부화후 몇일간 영양공급원이 된다. 초생추에서는 부화후 4-5일이면 난황내용물은 모두 병아리 몸속으로 흡수된다. 초생추때에 난황이 흡수되지 못하면 병아리는 약추가 되어 폐사가 증가한다.

Various methods for accurate parameter estimation have been developed in a sample survey and it is also common to use a ratio estimator or the regression estimator using auxiliary information. The ratio-type estimator has been used in many recent studies and is known to improve the accuracy of estimation by adjusting the ratio estimator. However, various studies are under way to solve it since the ratio-type estimator is biased. In this study, we propose a generalized ratio-type estimator with a new parameter added to the ratio-type estimator to remove the bias. We suggested a method to apply this result to the parameter estimation under the error assumption of heteroscedasticity. Through simulation, we confirmed that the suggested generalized ratio-type estimator gives good results compared to conventional ratio-type estimators.
