Analysis and extraction method of noise parameters for short channel MOSFET thermal noise modeling (단채널 MOSFET의 열잡음 모델링을 위한 잡음 파라메터의 분석과 추출방법)

  • In this paper, an accurate noise parameters for thermal noise modeling of short channel MOSFET is derived and extracted. Fukui model for calculating the noise parameters of a MOSFET is modified by considering effects of parasitic elements in short channel, and it is compared with conventional noise model equation. In addition, for obtaining the intrinsic noise sources of devices, noise parameters(minimum noise figure $F_{min}$, equivalent noise resistance $R_n$ optimized source admittance $Y_{opt}=G_{opt}+B_{opt}$) in submicron MOSFETs is extracted. With this extraction method, the intrinsic noise parameters of MOSFET without effects of probe pad and extrinsic parasitic elements from RF noise measurements can be directly obtained.

  • 본 논문은 SVM(support vector machine)을 이용한 음성인식기에 대해 효과적인 특징 파라메터를 제안한다. SVM은 특징 공간에서 비선형 경계를 찾아 분류하는 방법으로 적은 학습 데이터에서도 좋은 분류 성능을 나타낸다고 알려져 있으며 최적의 특징 파라메터를 선택하기 위해 본 논문에서는 SVM을 이용한 음성인식기를 사용하여 PCA(principal component analysis), ICA(independent component analysis) 알고리즘을 적용하여 MFCC(met frequency cepstrum coefficient)의 특징 공간을 변화시키면서 각각의 인식 성능을 비교 검토하였다. 실험 결과 ICA에 의한 특징 파라메터가 가장 우수한 성능을 나타내었으며 특징 공간에서 각 클래스의 분포도 또한 ICA가 가장 높은 선형 분별성을 나타내었다.

  • In this paper, a fuzzy measure and integral-based model fnr interactive systems is proposed. The processes of model identification consists of the following three steps : (i) structure identification (ii) parameter identification and (iii) selection of an optimal model. An algorithm for the model structure identification using the well-known genetic algorithm ((;A) with a modified selection operator is proposed. A method for the identification of par;imetcrs corresponding to fuzzy measures is presented. A statistical model selection criterion is used for the selection of an optimal model among the candidates. Finally, experimental results obtained hy applying the proposed model to the subjective evaluation data set and the well-known time series data are presented to show the validity of the proposed model.

  • This Paper is about how to deside the best parameter of PID controller, using Genetic Algorithms and Neural Networks. Control by Genetic Algorithms, which is off-line pass, has weakness for disturbance. So we want to improve like followings by adding Neural Network to controller and putting it on line. First we find PID parameter by Genetic Algorithms in forward pass of Neural Network and set the best output condition according to the increasing number of generation. Second, we explain the adaptability for disturbance with simulation by correcting parameter by backpropagation learning rule by using the learning ability of Neural Network.

  • Electric power facilities must have effective grounding to provide means to carry electric current into the earth under fault conditions and to prevent damage of equipment, ignition, and electrocution of personnel. This paper resent an algorithm called the Pattern Search method for the optimal parameters selection of the grounding system Simulation results using these parameters obtained from the PS method verify that the grounding systems are adequately designed.

  • 본 논문에서는 PID제어기를 이용해 외란이 존재하는 2차시스템 특성을 갖는 전동기를 제어하는 경우 외란제거와 최적제어가 동시에 될 수 있는 PIB파라메터를 면역알고리즘을 통해 구하였다. 외란제거를 위해 $H{\infty}-norm$을 응용하여 제어시스템의 외란제거 조건들을 제시하고 이 조건들을 만족하는 전동기 제어용 PID제어기를 설계하였다. 설계된 PID제어기의 최적 파라메터를 구하기 위해 면역 알고리즘을 적용하였고 최적 파라메터를 평가하기 위하여 ITSE(Integral of time weighted squared error)성능지수를 이용하여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다.

  • AVR parameter tuning for voltage control of power system generators has generally been done with the open-circuit model of the synchronous generator. When the generator is connected on-line and operating at rated load conditions, the AVR operates in an entirely different environment from the open-circuit conditions. This paper describes a new method for AVR parameter tuning using optimization technique with on-line linearized system model. As this method considers not only the on-line models but also the off-line open-circuit models, AVR parameters tuned by this method can give the sufficiently stable performance at the open-circuit commissioning phase and give the desired performance at the operating conditions. Also this method estimates the optimum parameters for desired performance indices that are chosen for satisfying requirements in some practical applications, the performance of the AVR can satisfy the various requirements.

  • 곡선부가 많은 국내 기존선의 속도향상을 위한 틸팅차량의 개발은 기존선의 전철화에 따른 고속화를 위해 그 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 일반 고속차량과 다른 주행 메카니즘을 가지고 있는 틸팅차량의 주요 기술을 확보하기 위한 틸팅대차와 틸팅시스템의 개발과 연구는 한국철도의 기술력 향상에 큰 역할을 할 것이다. 180km/h급 한국형 틸팅차량의 틸팅 메카니즘 기구동역학 해석을 통하여 틸팅 대차를 형성하는 주요 파라메터들의 변화에 따른 틸팅 메카니즘의 특성과 영향력을 검토한다. 이를 통하여 최적의 틸팅운동을 수행할 수 있는 주요 파라메터의 값을 제시함으로서 틸팅차량이 요구하는 최적의 틸팅 메카니즘을 구현하고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해서 얻어지는 결과들은 팅팅 대차용 엑츄에이터의 성능 설계와 해석의 기반 자료로 사용되어진다.

Position Sensorless Cotrol of SRM using Evolutionary Sliding (진화 슬라이딩 모드 관측기를 사용한 SRM의 위치 센서리스 제어)

  • This paper introduces a indirect rotor position and speed estimation algorithm for the SRM(switched reluctance motor) sensorless control based on the sliding mode observer and evolutionary programming The information of position and speed is generally provided by encoder or resolve. However, the position sensor not only adds complexity, cost and size to the whole drive system, but also causes limitation for industrial applications. In this paper, in order to eliminate the position sensor, indirect position sensing, indirect position sensing method using sliding mode observer is used for SRM drives. But if sliding mode observer parameters are selected to be large, the corresponding rapid changes of estimated position and velocity result in chattering phenomenon. Therefore in order to reduce the chattering, this observer parameters are optimized by evolutionary programming. And PID controller is also optimized to track precisely for the SRM using evolutionary programming.
