Relationship among User's Security Need Sufficiency, Customer Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction in Electronic Security System (기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구충족과 이용만족 및 생활만족의 관계)

  • This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20$^{th}$, 2008 to July 15$^{th}$, 2008, segmented. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

Differences in Factors of Subjective Well-Being between Children who are raised at their own homes and those raised at the residential institutions (시설아동과 일반아동의 행복요인 차이)

  • This study focused on differences in factors of subjective well-being between children who are raised at their own homes and those raised at the residential institutions. This study used two kinds of data sets, one from survey on subjective well-being of children in residential care supported by National Research Foundation of Korea, the other from survey on children's subjective well-being in Korea conducted by Social welfare research center in Seoul National University and Save the Children Korea. The results are as follows; There are no significant difference statistically between children raised at their own homes and children raised at residential institutions in children's subjective well-being, satisfaction with him/herself, and satisfaction with school. However, there is higher satisfaction with family in children raised at their own homes. On the other hand, there is higher satisfaction with community in children raised at residential institutions. There are difference factors effect on children's subjective well-being between the two groups. Most of all, satisfaction with him/herself is very important factor to improve children's subjective well-being in residential care.

  • 본회는 지난 4월 16~17일 양일에 걸쳐 전북 남원 소재 지리산유스호스텔에서 '2010 전국육계인대회'를 개최하였다. 이날 참석한 농가를 대상으로 최근 '육계 계열화사업'에 대한 생산농가 만족도 및 개선해야 할 부분을 짚어보고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본고에서는 총 759명이 참여한 설문을 통해 내용을 분석 정리하였다.

  • 지난해 말까지 전국에 보급된 CTP 장비는 총 105대. 사용자들은 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 그리고 개선점은 무엇인지에 대해 창간 2주년 특집으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 설문조사 방식은 전화와 팩스, 그리고 직접 방문을 통해 실시했으며, 대상은 지난해 말까지 CTP 장비를 도입한 업체를 기준으로 했다. 이 중에서 국가기관에 보급된 8대와 신문사 및 기타 업체에 보급된 5대는 이번 설문조사에서 제외되고 85개 업체(회수80개 업체) 92대에 대해 설문조사를 실시했다.

Relation between Leisure Satisfaction of Line Dance Participating Middle-Aged and Old Women and Self-Respect, Quality of Life (라인댄스 참여 중·노년 여성의 여가만족과 자아존중감 및 삶의 질 관계)

  • This research focuses on analyzing how leisure satisfaction of line dance participating middle-aged and old women impacts on self esteem and quality of life. By identifying the relationship between these factors, benefit of line dancing by middle-aged and old women will be confirmed. The result of this study are as follows. First, group participating in 2 hour class of line dancing had highest leisure satisfaction. Secondly, in analyzing the effect of leisure satisfaction on self-esteem, health factor was the only sub-factor of leisure satisfaction to impact self-esteem. Thirdly, in analyzing the effect of leisure satisfaction on quality of life, health factor was the only sub-factor of leisure satisfaction to have effect on quality of life sub-factors, such as daily life satisfaction, emotional satisfaction, and environmental satisfaction. Fourthly, self-esteem also directly affects quality of life. Since health factor of leisure satisfaction directly affected self-esteem and quality of life, a causal relationship can be seen between the three variables: leisure satisfaction, self-esteem, and life quality.

Structure Model for Job Satisfaction and Service Quality of Staff of Geriatric Hospital (요양병원 직원들의 직무만족도, 서비스 질에 대한 구조모형)

  • This study has been implemented to explore the method to improve job satisfaction and service quality of its staff by figuring out the effect of job satisfaction of geriatric hospital staff on service quality. For this reason, we conducted a questionnaire survey on April 2 to May 22, 2013 to target 300 people ten geriatric hospital workers in Busan Metropolitan City area, was utilized to study the final total of 276 parts. Firstly, It was found that work satisfaction, wage satisfaction and colleague satisfaction have an effect on job satisfaction, and Secondly, satisfaction and fellow satisfaction of business, were analyzed to affect, but had no effect conservative satisfaction Thirdly, for the effect of job satisfaction on the service quality, it was found that job satisfaction has an effect on service quality. Therefore, it can be concluded that service quality for patients can be improved only if job satisfaction of staff is improved, and by reducing stress caused by overwork of staff and boosting their morale through reasonable wage and compensation.

The Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention among Fire Protection System Management Workers (소방시설관리업 종사자의 직무만족과 이직의도와의 관계)

  • This study examined job satisfaction among fire protection system management workers in the fire industry and analyzed how job satisfaction affects turnover intention. The results revealed that, among the control variables, including age, rank, academic background, payment, total career, license, and tasks, significant differences in job satisfaction were found in the tasks between groups, while no significant differences in turnover were found in any control variable between groups. Additionally, the results revealed that, among the lower variables of job satisfaction, increased satisfaction with payment and organizational system affected the degree of turnover intention, while work and promotion did not. These results are to be used as data for human management of technicians and for creating alternatives. Future studies are required to establish a reasonable task rotation cycle for raising job satisfaction, to examine the current status of low-cost orders and countermeasures, and to analyze the direction of development of fire protection system management business.

The Effect of Adhocracy Culture on Job Satisfaction : The Moderating Effect of Locus of Control Focusing on Mongolia Enterprises (혁신지향문화가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 몽골기업을 대상으로 한 통제소재의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction and to explore the moderating effect of locus of control. The study examined adhocracy culture among organizational cultures and divided into internals and externals for moderating effect of locus of control. The data analysis was used to SAS Ver 9.4 and PLS Ver 3.0. The test was conducted by 283 employees working at large, small-medium company and public enterprise in Mongolia. The results indicate that the positive adhocracy culture and job satisfaction were statistically supported. And this study found that internals moderating roles in the relationship between adhocracy culture and job satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, the study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

The Relationship Between Emotional Labor, Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction in Fitness Center Instructors (휘트니스센터 지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진 및 직무만족의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout and job satisfaction in instructors. The data were collected from 323 fitness center instructors using multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. With the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, model fit tested, and structural equation model were performed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. The result of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional labor(inner behavior) impacts negative influence on job burnout of fitness center instructors. Second, the emotional labor(surface behavior) impacts positive influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Third, the job burnout impacts negative influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Fourth, the emotional labor(inner behavior) impacts positive influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Fifth, the emotional labor(surface behavior) does not influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors.

A Study on the Formation of Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention and Word-of-Mouth for the Korean Restaurants in Jeonju City using DINESERV (DINESERV를 이용한 전주한식당의 고객 만족, 재방문 의도, 구전 의도 형성과정에 관한 연구)

  • This study focused on the relationships of the effects of DINESERV quality upon customer satisfaction, revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention. In addition, it examined the potential mediation effects of customer satisfaction between DINESERV quality and revisit intention and between DINESERV quality and word-of-mouth intention. To meet the above goals, customers who visited 27 Korean restaurants in Jeonju city were surveyed. Total 428 valid copies of questionnaire were then obtained and used for the data analysis using SPSS and AMOS 16.0 for 2-stage analysis. As a result, it was found that some potential factors of DINESERV, such as service encounter, atmosphere and food quality had significant effects on customer satisfaction, but there was no significant effect in the relationship between DINESERV quality and revisit intention; convenience, a potential factor of DINESERV, had a significant effect on word-of-mouth intention; customer satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention; service encounter, atmosphere and food quality had indirect effects on revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention by way of mediation effects of customer satisfaction.
