Recently, to satisfy the customer's requirements for glasses such as rating of glasses or choosing, glasses industry is supporting various types and tools for making one's appearance good. Among various forms of online shopping with the development of online shopping and the rapid growth of IT technology, the intense competition also more deepen. The strategies for differentiated marketing and features for competitiveness of businesses in the online and offline shopping areas are required that our marketing target be settled the glasses marketing by analyzing. In this research, we study the strategy for implementing a site for glasses to customizing a person not to distinguish whether the customer is older or younger etc. For the purpose of implementing a site for glasses, first, we suggest a differentiated methodology through analysis of glasses industry service and features of existential representative glasses sites. Through the activation of the marketing strategies, marketing in a glasses market is expected to be competitive.

비디오 프레임 내의 오버레이 텍스트는 음성과 시각적 내용에 부가적인 정보를 제공한다. 특히, 뉴스 비디오에서 이 텍스트는 비디오 영상 내용을 압축적이고 직접적인 설명을 한다. 그러므로 뉴스 비디오 색인 시스템을 만드는데 있어서 가장 신뢰할 수 있는 실마리이다. 텔레비전 뉴스 프로그램의 색인 시스템을 만들기 위해서는 텍스트를 검출하고 인식하는 것이 중요하다. 이 논문은 뉴스 비디오에서 오버레이 텍스트를 검출하고 인식하는데 도움이 되는 오버레이 텍스트 시작 프레임 식별을 제안한다. 비디오 시퀀스의 모든 프레임이 오버레이 텍스트를 포함하는 것이 아니기 때문에, 모든 프레임에서 오버레이 텍스트의 추출은 불필요하고 시간 낭비다. 그러므로 오버레이 텍스트를 포함하고 있는 프레임에만 초점을 맞춤으로써 오버레이 텍스트 검출의 정확도를 개선할 수 있다. 텍스트 시작 프레임 식별 방법에 대한 비교 실험을 뉴스 비디오에 대해서 실시하고, 적절한 처리 방법을 제안한다.

This study revisits issues for Big data. Three research questions, understanding the concept of Big data, important issues of Big data research and utilization methods for library information services, are explored by the literature and practice reviews. Study results revealed several important issues of Big data including the concept in the context of real world situation, the problems with the accuracy and reliability of the data, privacy and ethical issues, and issues of intellectual property rights. With understanding these issues, a few utilization methods were introduced for Library and Information services. It was included using its analysis for developing vision, adopting Library management, supporting community services, and providing customized information services for various users. The study concluded Big data analysis would effectively provide valid evidences for all those services.

Game bot playing is one of the main risks in Massively Multi-Online Role Playing Games(MMORPG) because it damages overall game playing environment, especially the balance of the in-game economy. There have been many studies to detect game bot. However, the previous detection models require continuous maintenance efforts to train and learn the game bots' patterns whenever the game contents change. In this work, we have proposed a machine learning technique using the self-similarity property that is an intrinsic attribute in game bots and automated maintenance system. We have tested our method and implemented a system to major three commercial games in South Korea. As a result, our proposed system can detect and classify game bots with high accuracy.

This study is influenced by the artificial intelligence based IOT which is emerging in the fourth industrial age. Also, at the time when the elderly population is soaring in the age of aging, the new knowledge and information literacy ability of the elderly population will be focused on the adaptation of the elderly people due to the ICT education effect. The purpose is to find out. The results of this study are as follows. First, it can be concluded that IT education has positive effects on digital capacity and quality of life of elderly generations and on actual IOT - based web mobile use. However, there were differences in competency depending on the existence and duration of information education and the division according to various criteria such as occupation and education, and accordingly, the provision of customized education in the fourth industrial age and quality of life, It also provides a comprehensive discussion and course presentation in the direction.

This paper is aimed to introduce the practical case about the operation system consisted of academic curriculum and portal system for the IPP implementation. After benchmarking the preceding universities system, the academic program is renewed for our student's participation without difficulty with semi-quater semester system. The portal system is designed to focus on the studentindustry matching and the adaptation to disparate databases of the university. The IPP operation system have been constructed to fulfill the 1st-year-plan as a participating university in 4th period support of Korean government. The first year project performance with constructed system indicated that in many categories of the survey conducted by the IPP management institution, the satisfaction level in that system exceeded the average value of the IPP participating universities nationwide. The improvement direction was set after analyzing the results of the survey.

Enhancement of computing education became an international phenominon including South Korea's revised national curriculum 2015. As the enhancement begins to focus on universal computing education, researches to investigate long-term effect of the enhancement is needed. To explore whether the reinforced computing education will bring which long-term impacts, this study investigated university students' experience on computer subject in their secondary schools, and major selection and achievement in a college computing course. As results, there was no statistically significant relation of taking the computer subject per se and major selection and achievement, but significant relation between contents of the subject, and major selection and achievement. This study has limitation on design and results lacking longitudinal data but contributes emphasizing need of longitudinal study to measure long-term effect of enhancement of computing education and providing clues of what impact it would bring.

Since 2010, SNS was holding the explosive spread of smartphones has created a place of public advertising platform, and it entered the Internet of Things (IoT) is born gradually countdown of the era came to us already. In utilizing a variety of location-based services IoT services (beacon, O2O) The focus of this paper to analyze the differences in satisfaction with the oil layer by experienced users of what is being used. We consider the type and overall utilization of the concepts typical IoT service in the current service is made to expand the contents of the paper. Hypothesis was reconstructed ease, attractiveness, a survey reliability, value four kinds of models, called Honeycomb UX, User Experience Honeycomp Peter Mobil. Company that provides the service IoT in this study are expected to be used as basic data to help provide a more accurate personalized service according to the user's satisfaction difference.

Today, the curtain wall is used in many construction projects because of excellent economical efficiency and constructability. The life-cycle process of curtain wall construction consists of the architectural design, curtain wall design, manufacturing, const겨ction, and maintenance phase which has become one of the most important objects that have to be managed. Since the general management method focused on each separated phase, it has accompanied many problems such as increases of the cost and duration, and loss of productivity. To solve these problems, it is necessa교 to have a new management method based on supply chain management. Thus this research analysed the processes of stick system, semi-unit system, unit system, and panel system classified by the type of the curtain wall, and suggested proper methods of application of SCM concept to each type of curtain wall construction.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate landscape characteristics of watersheds in the Nakdong River Basin for identifying the groups of watershed with similar landcover patterns by using Geographic Information System and statistical technique. According to the results based on the cluster analysis using cluster analysis tool in the ArcGIS 8.3 program, 22 sub-watersheds were classified into three types; "Forest watershed", "Agriculture watershed", and "Urban watershed". In the forest watershed that has the least potential of ecological disturbances by human, a forest management approach based on geographic conditions and coverage types, etc., should be developed to sustain the ecological and environmental functions of forest. For the agriculture watershed, environmental-friendly agricultural techniques should be performed in the particular enhancement of riparian buffer zone to the prevent direct inflow of soils, fertilizers, and other chemicals into the stream network. Finally, in the urban watershed, an environmental-friendly plan that may increase the ratio of pervious surface and amount of green-space to should be reserved.
