A Study on method to construct system for u-Safe fire management support (u-Safe 소방대응지원 시스템 구축방안에 관한 연구)

  • In Seoul, there are lots of skyscrapers that have above 60 stories and buildings that have more than 8 basement levels, as well as massive distribution complex region which is connected to subways, departments, malls, hotels, and exhibition halls. When an accident, such as fire and explosion, happens in these areas or structures, if we can't find where fire-fighters are, who go into the building to suppress the fire, we couldn't be sure of their safety as well as effective command. Actually, it may cause much more damage itself and restrict either fire suppression or lifesaving. To protect people's life and properties as much as possible, this study will show the method to construct system of disaster-management supports with effective operation of fire force and scientific fire strategy in the scene by using Ubiquitous technique to enormous disasters.

A Study on Inelastic Behavior of an Asymmetric Tall Building (비대칭 초고층건물의 비탄성거동에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the inelastic behavior of an asymmetric tall building is investigated. The asymmetry in rigidity caused by the structural asymmetry induces torsional as well as lateral deformation. The inelastic analysis of such an asymmetric structure is difficult to carry out with a planar model and thus requires a full three dimensional model. In this paper a 102 story unsymmetric tall building is analized by static push-over procedure and its behavior is investigated. The analysis are performed with and without floor rotation to compare the results. According to the results the static behavior of the model building, as expected, turned out to be dependent heavily an the asymmetry of the plan shapes of the building.

  • 최근 환경오염 문제에 대한 관심이 고조되며 건설분야를 비롯한 각 산업분야에서는 $CO_2$저감 대책에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 건설분야에서의 기존 연구는 대부분 시공 후 사용 및 유지관리 단계에 집중되어 있으며, 설계단계에서 구조재료 및 비구조 재료의 적절한 사용에 관련한 연구는 초기단계이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 초고층건물 구조설계에서 사용되는 매입형 합성기둥 부재의 구조비용과 $CO_2$발생량을 동시에 최소화할 수 있는 다목적 최적설계기법을 제안하였다. 알고리즘의 검증을 위해 35층 건물의 기둥 설계에 적용하였으며, 적용결과 초기설계안보다 경제적이며 친환경적인 최적 설계안을 제시할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 대공간 구조물과 초고층 빌딩에 있어 건축물의 자중 감소에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있으며 이에 대한 가장 효과적인 방법 중 하나는 경량 콘크리트를 사용하는 것이다. 본 연구는 최외단 철근의 순인장 변형률에 따른 경량콘크리트 보의 휨 거동 및 휨 성능을 평가하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 크기와 형상이 동일한 보통중량 콘크리트 보 1개와 경량 콘크리트 보 4개의 총 5개 시험체를 제작하여 최외단 철근의 순인장 변형률을 변수로 실험을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 순인장 변형률에 따른 경량콘크리트 보의 강도와 연성의 변화를 분석하였다. 실험 결과 최외단 철근의 순인장 변형률이 증가할수록 시험체의 연성비는 증가하였으며 최대하중과 강성은 감소하였다. 특히 순인장 변형률 0.005 이상에서 연성지수 2 이상을 확보할 수 있었다.

  • The need of high-rise building is increased, because population is concentrated and the building site is limited in the city. Owing to this request buildings in downtown become more high rise. Therefore, we must develop the design, structure, high technology and materials. The core wall construction is one of the method of construction preferred because it cut down the cost and decrease the schedule. According to research in this study, we found that the selection process of core wall system form is focused on the schedule and cost. the construability is relatively failed to notice. As a result, the problem of construability is happened under the construction, it lead to delay the schedule and increase the cost. The purpose of this study is suggest to decision making process of core wall system form considered improving construction productivity.

  • Recently increasing interest in high-rise building around the world for more than 100 floor, the trend is the increasing use of high-strength and high-flowable concrete so as of productivity improvements and cost savings to improve the performance of the early strength development. This study is to reach the optimal combination by reviewing the performance of high-rise building which is required. The results show that $30.0{\sim}32.5%$ of W/B, $155㎏/m^3$ of unit water and FA10+SP10 is best properties for early strength of concrete.

  • 탄소 탄소 복합재료(C/C Composites)는 초고온 구조재료로서 모재의 성분이 탄소로 구성되어 있어 약 $500^{\circ}C$이상의 산화분위기에서는 쉽게 산화된다. 본 연구에서는 내산화성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로서 SiC코팅층으로 내산화성코팅 층을 형성시킨 후 $1600^{\circ}C$에서 6시간동안 산화시험을 하였다.

  • Recently, according to the increasement of high-rise building construction and domestic situation, requirements of rapid cycle construction are increasing. For more economical and rapid cycle construction, it is required to reduce formwork cost. So formwork have to be stripped as soon as possible. But as fresh concrete is loaded with construction load, it is likely that the structure will have problems with safety and serviceability. To reduce construction cycle economically, safety and serviceability of structure against construction load have to be considered. But as behavior of structure under construction is so complicated, behavior of structure has to be investigated according to construction stage. Therefore, through field instrumentation of apartment, behavior of structure under construction was analyzed.

  • 최근 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 고층건물의 규모가 점점 커짐에 따라 고층 건물은 초기단계에서부터 막대한 자원과 비용이 발생하고 도중에 설계변경이 어렵거나 불가능한 경우가 많아졌다. 때문에 초기구조설계과정과 실시설계, 시공과정에서의 차이를 최대한 줄이는 것이 사업의 경제성을 좌우할 만큼 중요한 비중을 차지한다. 이러한 정보를 제대로 관리할 초고층 BIM 정보환경이 구축된다면 발주자 설계자 시공자가 얻게 될 이익은 결코 적지 않을 것이다. S-BIM 프로세스 상에서 철골조를 형성하기 위해서는 세 단계의 프로세스를 거치는데 구조 해석 및 설계 단계, 구조 해석 및 설계 결과 데이터베이스 구축, 철골구조설계 및 형상화 모듈에 의한 부재 생성이다. 본 연구에서는 구조해석 및 설계(Analysis and Design, A&D) 데이터베이스를 C#코딩을 통해 형상, 길이 및 위치 정보를 결정하는 데 필요한 정보를 모듈 상에 불러오고, 이를 이용한 부재의 치수, 길이, 좌표 값을 산정하였다. 모듈 결과 생성된 정보를 BIM 플랫폼 상에 모델링함으로써 사용자 입력 값을 최소로 하여 기존 BIM 플랫폼의 모델링 방법 대비, 생산성이 향상된 철골구조설계의 자동화를 구현해 보고자 하였다.

An Structural Design for Cyclone Tower's Connections Using Diagrid System (다이아그리드 구조시스템의 접합부개발과 성능평가)

  • Recently, High-rise building are irregular-shaped to be city landmarks and function as vertical cities to enable the efficient use of land. 3T (Twisted, Tilted & Tapered) designs are being suggested for irregular buildings and studies to develop new structural system have been actively made to satisfy slender shape ratio. In diagrid system, not only gravity load but also lateral load is delivered based on the triangular shape of diagrid, so most of columns are eliminated. Because shearing force is delivered by the axial behavior (tensile/compressive) of diagrid to minimize shearing deformation, the system is more applicable to irregular buildings than existing system where shearing force is delivered by the columns. In this study, the process of selecting connection details and the structural safety of the selected details are verified using the finite element analysis with focus given to the construction overview of the Cyclone Tower. However, the relersed methods of stress concentration are suggested and the performance of stress concentration relieves that it's suggested for the appropriate cap plate thickness and extended length.
