A Study on the Emergency Stairway Evacuation of Skyscraper (초고층 건물의 비상계단 대피실험에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the construction trend of skyscraper was summarized chirologically to examine the characteristics and current, and the issue in evacuation was examined through the case of fire breakout in skyscraper. Based on this, the type of evacuation using the emergency stairway during the fire breakout in skyscraper was decided on six types and empirical experiment was conducted for each type. The issues on the participants that participated in the emergency stairway evacuation experiment from the fire breakout in skyscraper and the difficulties in the evacuation were qualitatively evaluated to summarize each element of hindrance to summarize basic information on emergency stairway evacuation.

  • There are many plans of the high-rise buildings these days in domestic and will be constructed from now on. It is required to develop energy saving techniques immediately because the high-rise buildings consume a lot of energy. The most effective energy savings method is the application of the efficient lighting designs and fixtures. The purpose of this study is to analyze a trend of lighting design, fixture and control system between overseas and domestic. It can be used the guide line for the high-rise buildings in domestic application.

  • The planning process of complex projects in tall building is characterized by the cooperation of many involved specialists and by a high degree of information exchange. In order to improve the quality of the structural design of tall buildings, information of different involved partners in the planning process has to be integrated. This paper aims to introduce a concept of the integrated structural design for the tall building using STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data). In this study, the entities of mass, column shortening, and serviceability evaluation for structural design in tall buildings are proposed.

Knowledge Acquisition and Application for Scheduling Expert System of Highrise Buildings (HRB Expert 구축을 위한 지식의 획득과 활용)

  • The duration of highrise building projects is more shorter than its increasing of the numbers of floors. The project is liable to overrun of the time in which the project must be complete. AS highrise buildings are increased, time management has been reorganized as critical success factor. To improve time management, time management softwares are introduced and the software's education is made lively in construction company. However a large amount of time management works still have been based on not the software but scheduler's experience. We often can find the time overrun risk of highrise building because of the shortage of scheduler's experience. To diminish the mistake of the scheduler who does not have much experience, we suggested HRB Expert which uses expert's knowledge to make the time plan of highrise building. We made an example of knowledge acquiring and knowledge usage which cased on reinforced concrete work of highrise building by literature review and interview with scheduling expert. The precision of time plan will be enhanced and time overrun will be prevented on condition that HRB Expert is constructed and used

  • 건축 기술의 발달과 도시토지 이용의 효율성을 강화하기 위하여 최근에는 초고층 건물이 많이 건설되고 있다. 이러한 초고층 건물은 에너지 절약적인 설계로 높은 기밀성을 가질 뿐 아니라, 외주부 또한 개폐할 수 없는 유리벽에 의하여 구획되므로 자연 환기에 열악한 특성을 지니고 있다. 초고층 건물의 경우 배기시스템으로 중앙집중배기방식을 채택하고 있으며, 중앙배기시스템은 배기입상덕트의 형상 및 규격, 흡출기의 성능, 그리고 기상조건 등 여러 변수들에 의해 영향을 받는다. (중략)
