Due to the development of information technology, IT industry has become the core factor of a country competence. So we recognized the importance of information network technology as a basis of IT industry. The infrastructure and service in domestic super-highway information networks show the rapid growth both in quantity and quality because of the government programs. However, foreign information network equipment companies have most of the domestic market-share and have controlled core part of the industry, thus national companies are having a difficulty in penetrating the industry market. In this paper, we will analyze domestic super-highway information network equipment industry and make its activating plan using competitive strategy model.

This paper develops a framework for analyzing the effectiveness of broadband network from the value chain view. The value chain of broadband network is composed of activities such as broadband network building, application/equipments development, information systems utilization. The effectiveness from the interaction between these activities are defined as the effectiveness of informatization(private and public sector) and the effectiveness of IT Industry(effects on production on inducement of broadband carriers, IT equipments and service market creation, online digital contents market creation). For testing its real-world applicability, a case study is performed on the broadband network of Korea and the effectiveness of the framework for analyzing the effectiveness of broadband network is demonstrated.

본 논문은 2012년도 12월 31일 새벽 4시를 기하여 아날로그 지상파텔레비전이 디지털 지상파텔레비전으로 완전 전환되어짐에 따라 초고속정보통신건물인증에서 "특등급"건물도 필수적으로 광장비(광수신기)가 댁내의 세대단자함에 들어가야 함으로서 현재의 산업적 보급 현황에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 방송공동수신설비에서 가장 중요한 설비로서 세대단자함에 광수신기가 들어가야 하지만, 최근의 경기침체로 인하여 건설경기도 침체됨으로서 구내통신설비에도 영향이 있는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 2009년 11월에 개정된 "방송공동수신설비의 설치기준에 관한 고시"와 초고속정보통신건물인증업무 처리지침 개정에 따라 특등급의 공동주택은 광선로 및 광 장비가 도입되어야 하나 초기 품질의 안정화나 장비의 활성화가 안되는 상황에서 고가의 장비가 일반적이었으나, 현재는 일부 대단히 단지가 조성됨으로서 추가적인 인하요건이 발생하고, 향후 1~2년 안에 점진적으로 가격과 품질이 안정화가 이루질 것으로 예상된다.

방송통신융합의 핵심으로 자리잡은 IPTV는 통신서비스와 방송산업의 경계를 허무는 동시에 새로운 시장을 형성하고 있다. 세계최고의 초고속 인터넷 망을 보유하고 있는 우리나라는 방송통신 융합규제에 묶여 IPTV분야가 상당기간 답보상태에 있었다. 반면 해외시장은 2008년에 2,500만 가입자를 넘어설 정도로 커지고 있는데 국내 IPTV공급업자들의 해외시장 진출 전략에 대한 국내 연구가 부족한 것이 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 IPTV시장 답보상태에서도 IPTV의 필수 구성요소인 셋톱박스, CA/DRM, 미들웨어, 네트워크장비, 요금청구 플랫폼 등을 개발한 국내 IPTV공급업체들이 성공적으로 해외에 진출하기 위한 전략을 세우고 최적의 비즈니스를 펼칠 수 있도록 하는 요인을 발굴하여 글로벌전략 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

위성을 이용한 통신 및 방송은 양방향 서비스 시대를 맞이하고 있으며, 위성 인프라는 통신망 back-up 개념을 벗어나 이동 휴대 그리고 지상 인프라 구축 및 운영이 어려운 지역 및 시설을 중심으로 광역 통신 및 방송의 근간 망 구성으로 나아가고 있다. 또한, 위성 통신 및 방송은 재난 방재 및 긴급 복구, 산업 시설 감시 및 측정데이터 모니터링 등 지상 인프라와 상호 보완적인 2 중망 또는 기간 망으로 활용되고 있다. 한국수자원공사에도 수문관측망 및 감시제어를 포함한 원격 데이터 취득 및 정보제공 등 많은 부분에 위성통신망이 적용되고 있으며, 수문관측망에 사용중인 위성통신망의 주파수 임대기간과 위성통신장비의 내용년수 도래에 따른 시스템 개선 및 대체방안 모색이 필요한 실정으로이다. 또한 수위, 우량과 같은 기존의 저속 위성망에 비하여 기술발전 및 데이터의 다양화에 따른 화상, 동영상과 같은 멀티미디어 데이터 등 초고속, 광대역 위성통신망을 구축할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 정보통신산업의 급격한 발달로 대용량의 멀티미디어 정보를 초고속으로 전달해야 할 필요성으로 인해 광전송시스템의 개발에서 수십 Gbps급 이상의 기술이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 특히 광통신 시스템이나 광계측 장비들과 결합이 쉽다는 잇점 때문에, 모드록킹된 광섬유 레이저에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 레이저의 제작에 있어서는 능동형 모드잠금 방식이 적합한데, 능동형 모드잠금 방식의 레이저는 수동형에 비해 안정되고 고반복률을 가진 펄스를 얻을 수 있으나 펄스폭은 상대적으로 길다. (중략)

최근 빠른 정보산업의 발달로 대용량의 정보를 초고속으로 전달해야 할 필요성으로 인해 광전송 시스템의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 광통신 시스템이나 주변의 계측장비들과의 결합이 쉽다는 잇점 때문에 모드록킹된 광섬유 레이저는 이 분야의 광원으로서 매우 중요하게 쓰이고 있으며, 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 실험에 사용된 광섬유 레이저는 파장 1.55 $mu extrm{m}$대역에서 이득을 얻을 수 있는 어븀(Er$^{3+}$ )이 첨가된 광섬유를 사용하여 4.5 MHz의 빠른 반복률로 모드록킹 되도록 제작된 (Newgrid, (FFL-1550-PML-0) 것이며 펄스 폭은 320 fs, 중심파장은 1.566 $\mu\textrm{m}$, 펄스의 첨두 출력은 6.3 kW이다. IT communication industries of current society are developed in enormous growth, our country leading the world in the number of super high speed internet equipments in use. In the pride oneself on communication network of those, mobile terminal technology and wireless phone production hold a high rank. Data communication and networking may be the fastest growing technologies in our culture today. In this way, IT fields conjugated in the daily quick, the fact that department of radiological science didn't discharged one's duties on current IT education. The curriculum of radiological technologists that play an important part between skill and occupation's education as major and personality didn't performed one's part most effectively on current IT environments and digital radiological equipments interface. Therefore, in this paper current curriculum of radiological science are catched hold of trend and problems on digital radiology environments, on fact the present state of problems, for radiological engineering and HIS manager, new curriculum course are suggested a reform measure of culture and major education curriculum introduction.

In order to reduce marine accidents using advanced information and communication technology, various research and development projects are conducted globally on e-Navigation related technologies and services. Existing studies do not provide policy measures for LTE-M. In order for these technologies and services to be installed on vessels and to contribute to the prevention of accidents at sea, the law should be expand operational organizations and systems. In particular, communication equipment and related technical standards should be prepared, and its digital communication technology (LTE-M, VDES, Digital-MF / HF, etc.) In this study, we conducted short, medium, and long term performance assessment of the identification system and the policy for effective implementation of Korean e-Navigation. We presented a visible plan of the relevant policy. For example, e-Navigation core services, e-Navigation communication networks and operating systems, e-Navigation international standard leading technologies and e-navigation services activated in the field. To do this, we conducted research based on the progress data of the Korean e-Navigation project, which was led by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and conducted research discussions with practitioners and experts in related fields. As a result of this study, it is expected that the proposed policies will contribute to the reduction of marine accidents, the promotion of the maritime industry and the development of additional government policies for national security.
