This study aimed to find the problems of evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine and seek the future development direction by evaluating the quality of oriental medicine related systematic review(SR) studies using AMSTAR tool. The 26 SR studies related to oriental medicine were searched from the database of DBPIA, OASIS, and KISS, and they were evaluated on the basis of AMSTAR. The average of AMSTAR for the quality assessment of SR studies was 6.0 point, and the 26 studies included 2 high quality studies (7.7 %), 21 normal quality studies (80.8 %), and 3 low quality studies (11.5 %). The quality of studies was not correlated with the publication years. The quality of oriental medicine related SR studies need to be improved steadily. Furthermore, continued efforts to promote the evidence-based practice in the field of Oriental Medicine will help to establish foundation for the convergence approach in the healthcare sector.

최근 메이커 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지며 민 관차원에서의 투자와 연구도 늘고 있다. 그러나 메이커 교육은 비교적 최근에 다루어지기 시작한 연구 주제로 국내 연구 동향에 대한 체계적인 분석이 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 체계적 문헌고찰 방법을 이용하여 메이커 교육의 국내 연구 동향을 분석하기 위해 기초연구로서 논문 선정 프로토콜을 설정하고 최종 검토 논문을 선별하였으며 분석의 틀을 제시하였다. 후속 연구로 메이커 교육에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 두 가지이다. 첫째, 정부주도의 지속가능경영 정책 맥락에서 문화예술분야의 한국기업들의 사회적 책임활동(CSR)을 체계적 문헌고찰을 통하여 분석하는 것이다. 둘째, 체계적 문헌고찰의 결과를 바탕으로 문화예술분야 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구의 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 실시하고 각 연구의 요소가 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 사회적 책임활동에 대한 기업과 소비자의 인식 개선, 소비자의 경험, 발전 방향이 도출되었다.

In order to examine the educational effects and future directions of unplugged activities, we conducted a systematic review of Korean journals and theses from 2007 to 2016. Three kinds of database were used for systematic review: RISS, KISS, and E-article, and were performed searches using options such as 'unplugged' and 'play-centered'. Based on the protocol selected in the framework of the systematic review, 37 articles were selected analyzed in terms of research status, research subjects, research methods, research hubs, study mechanisms, educational methods, and research effects. Unplugged activities were the most popular among elementary school students. Educational effects were found to have significant effects on academic achievement, problem solving ability, and logical thinking ability. In the affirmative domain, there was a significant effect on interest, curiosity, and motivation. Based on the results of the analysis, the characteristics and implications of Unplugged activities and present the direction of future education were discussed.

Following the protocols for meta-analysis process, this study aims to determine the current state and effectiveness of stress reduction programs for young children. A population, intervention, comparisons, outcomes, study design strategy was established, and 2,322 pieces of literature from 3 electronic databases of RISS, KISS and DBpia using the key words such as"young children stress"were reviewed. Twenty-seven of these references met inclusion and exclusion criteria for systematic review and 19 references were selected for meta-analysis. Analysis results are as follows. (1) Most of the literature was published around 2010. Many types of stress reduction programs were related to physical activity for 5-year-old children. (2) Stress reduction programs were found to have positive effects on young children's stress reduction and especially, psychological therapy activity programs are more effective than others. The implications of the systematic review findings are discussed in the article.

본 연구는 최근 10년간 발표된 국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 대상으로 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 인공지능교육에 대한 연구 활동 추이를 살펴보고, 향후 연구 방향성을 위한 기초자료를 확보하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구방법으로는 학술연구정보서비스 데이터베이스를 활용하였고, '인공지능교육', '인공지능교육프로그램', 'AI교육' 등을 키워드로 검색하였다. 최종적으로 선정된 문헌은 51편이었으며 선정된 문헌의 연도별 발표 현황, 연구대상, 연구주제어에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 인공지능교육 연구 활동은 2020년부터 많은 연구가 시작되었으며 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 키워드로는 인공지능, 인공지능교육, 초등학교, 소프트웨어교육, 언플러그드컴퓨팅 순으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 향후 중·고등학교에 인공지능 적용 연구를 하고자 한다.

This study was systematic review to confirm the effects of the yoga on dysmenorrhea. Seven articles were extracted from the CINAHL, the Cochrane library, Embase, PsycINFO, PubMed, and Koreamed electronic databases. Menstrual pain intensity and duration, menstrual distress, QOL, anxiety, anger, and depression levels, homocysteine, TSH, FSH, LH, and prolactin levels were decreased significantly in the yoga group, compared with control group. These findings imply that yoga are a favorable intervention for dysmenorrhea.

목적 : 체계적 문헌고찰(Systematic Review)은 Protocol 개발과 Review로 구분되며, 본 연구는 국내외 의학논문 검색엔진에 등재된 이명증의 RCT 문헌들을 대상으로 평가지표를 추출하는 Systematic Review를 진행하기 위한 Protocol의 개발을 목적으로 함. 방법 : 문헌고찰을 위한 각 과정들 및 연구에 필요한 사전 결정 인자 들을 연구자 회의와 체계적 문헌고찰 protocol 개발 방식에 근거하여 개발함. 결과 : Outcome measurement의 추출을 위한 Systermatic Review의 진행에 적합한 database의 선정, 각 database에 적합한 검색식, 검색기간, 논문의 선정 및 제외기준, PICO(patient, intervention, comparator, outcome) form의 개발, 질 평가의 근거기준, 각 연구자의 역할, data의 취합 및 분석 방법 등의 결과를 개발하고 결정하였음. 결론 : 이상에서 과정에서 도출된 결과에 근거하여, 향후 Outcome measurement 추출을 위한 Review를 진행하고 차후 Review논문으로 발표할 예정임.

체계적 고찰은 명확히 정의된 문헌검색에 기반하고, 결정된 기준(criteria)을 이용하여 선택된 문헌의 질을 평가하며, 타당성이 입증된 방법으로 분석을 시행하는 리뷰의 한 형태이다. 체계적 고찰은 (1)답을 얻고자 하는 질문을 공식화 하고 이에 대한 프로토콜을 작성하고, (2)해당 질문에 대한 일차 연구를 찾아서 포함시키고 (3)자료의 질을 평가하고, (4)자료를 추출하여 뽑고, (5)자료를 분석하며, (6)결과를 해석하고 보고서를 작성하는 순서로 이루어진다 하지만 체계적 고찰 혹은 메타분석이 모든 문제에 대한 해결책은 아니다. 메타분석이 수행되었다고 하더라도 질이 나쁜 연구가 포함되거나 질 문제를 무시한 경우, 이질성에 대해 적절한 주의를 기울이지 못할 때, 무차별적인 자료 병합으로 결론이 정확하지 않은 경우, 출판 비뚤림, 시간 지체 비뚤림, 이중 출판 비뚤림, 언어 비뚤림, 결과 보고 비뚤림과 같은 보고 비뚤림이 문제가 되는 경우에는 메타분석 혹은 체계적 고찰이 잘못된 결론으로 도달하도록 할 수 있다. 따라서 올바른 방법론에 기초한 체계적 고찰만이 현존하는 모든 근거를 결합하여 올바른 결론으로 이끌 수 있다.

The objectives of this study is to Systematic literature review of internationalization of SMEs. Due to the economic characteristics of Korea, which depends on economic growth by exports, internationalization has become an essential management activity, not an option for SMEs. As a result, more than 400 studies related to the overseas expansion and internationalization of SMEs have been published in the past 20 years, focusing on major academic journals (such as KCI). Accordingly, the research trends used as advance research in internationalization research were analyzed of SMEs. Research targets were defined as the internationalization of SMEs and searched through 'RISS' (Research Information Sharing Service) as 'internationalization', 'global ', 'export', 'overseas expansion' and 'theory'. The analysis was carried out using a Systematic literature review. It was selected as the 76 studies and According to international research subjects and characteristics, the four areas of internationalization motive, process, outcomes, and support were analyzed. The results of the study confirmed that the most active research is focused on internationalization outcomes. This study could provide a support and the parties concerned in the ecosystem of SMEs in Korea with implications for the SMEs overseas market.
