The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among body image attitudes and their correlates in early adolescence. The participants were 614 adolescents. The results were as follows: 1) There were significant correlations among adolescents' body image evaluation, body image investment, body mass index, depression, perceptions of parental and peer influence, and awareness of media messages regarding physical appearance, 2) There were significant differences in depression, parents' influence, peer influence, and awareness of media messages regarding physical appearance between adolescents with higher body image investment and those with lower body image investment, and 3) Awareness of media messages regarding physical appearance was the most influential predictor of adolescents' body image investment.

이 연구의 목적은 독서 동기 유발 매체인 학습만화의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 도서 및 비도서 자료와 학습 만화를 연계하여 독서지도 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 충남 천안의 3개 중학교, 6개 반 학생 182명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 독서의 동기 유발요인을 분석하였다. 학습만화와 연계한 도서 및 비도서 목록을 이용한 효율적인 독서지도 방안을 제시하여 청소년들의 올바른 독서 문화를 형성하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of the study are to investigate the effects of the bond between grandmother and grandchild and the degree of cohesion between child in adolescence and their parents on adolescent's ego identity. The major findings are as follows. First, a level of adolesent's ego identity is moderate on the whole. Not only the degree of the cohesion between children in adolescence and parent is high, but also the bond between children in adolescence and grandmother is high. Second, adolescent's ego identity is associated with cohesion with their parent. The research also shows that adolescent's ego identity is influenced by the relationship between grandchild and grandmother. Finally, the important factors on ego identity of the adolescent who are living with their grandmothers are the degree of the cohesion with father, grandmother-parent relationships, the degree of the cohesion with mother, and occupational status of mother. Those who are not living with grandmothers, the degree of the cohesion with their mothers and the bonds with grandmothers have significant influences on adolescent's ego identity.

한국천문학회는 한국천문올림피아드를 통해 영재를 발굴하고, 교육을 통해 천문학의 의미있는 성장을 기대하고 있다. 천문학은 우리 문명의 중요한 문화의 한 부분이며, 우리의 삶과 사고를 형성케하는 근본적인 학문으로 인식되고 있어, 천문올림피아드를 통한 영재 교육은 청소년들의 천문학과 천체물리학의 학교 교육 분야는 물론, 서로 다른 나라간의 국제 교류의 증진을 통해 괄목한 성장을 이루고 있다. 또한, 이를 통한 영재 교육은 우리 삶의 모든 부분과 관련된 주제와 특히 과학기술의 발달이 국가 경쟁력의 원천이 될 것 이라는 신념 때문에, 국내는 물론 국제적인 관심이 되었다. 천문올림피아드 3개의 국제대회, 국제천문올림피아드, 아시아 태평양 천문올림피아드, 국제 천문 및 천체물리올림피아드 참가자 24명을 대상으로 추적연구를 실시하였다. 천문올림피아드 참가 학생들의 개인변인, 가정변인, 학교변인을 알아보고, 천문올림피아드가 학생들에게 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지, 그들의 진로에 어떤 영향을 주었는지, 한국천문올림피아드가 과학영재 교육에 기여하고 있는지 추적연구를 수행하였다.

This study examined the relations of acculturation and parenting behaviors of 279 Korean-Chinese mothers living in Yanbian Area in China to Adjustment of their eighth- and ninth-grade children. The mothers completed a questionnaire consisted of items regarding daily eating habits(food life) and language use, the acculturation scale, and the parenting scale, and their children completed the depression, self-esteem, and social competence scale. While most of mothers preferred Korean food to Chinese food, they preferred Chinese to Korean in daily language use. The mothers'ethnic identity was negatively related to depression of their children, whereas their out-group orientation was positively related to social competence of their children. In general, the relation between mothers'acculturation and adjustment of their children was not mediated by their parenting behaviors. But maternal warmth and acceptance partly mediated the relation between their out-group orientation and social competence of their children. These results imply that their acculturation tends to have direct effects on adjustment of their children.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate factors affecting multicultural acceptability of adolescents at individual and environmental levels. Methods : Participants were 2,032 first-year high school students who participated in the 4th-year Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey in 2013. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multilevel analysis. Results : Individual factors affecting multicultural acceptability of adolescents were health status, ego-resilience, and experience of visiting foreign countries. Learning activity, school regulation, relationship with teachers, and community spirit were significant factors at environmental level. Conclusions : Findings suggest that it is necessary to consider health status, improve positive resilience, activate a multicultural experience program, establish friendly relations with teachers, adhere to social norms, and strengthen community spirit for multicultural acceptability.

국립청소년우주센터는 전라남도 과학문화확산활동사업으로 하이브리드방식의 천문우주과학교실을 운영하고 있다. 사업은 '소통하는 천체관측 플랫폼'과 '내가 만든 천체사진' 프로그램 두 가지로 운영 중이다. '소통하는 천체관측 플랫폼'은 날씨가 맑은 날 시민이 있는 곳을 찾아가서 천체를 보여주며 인터뷰와 생중계를 하는 것이다. '내가 만든 천체사진 프로그램'은 하이브리드 방식으로 프로그램을 운영하며 기존에 촬영된 천체사진과 원격관측을 이용해서 날씨에 상관없이 천체사진을 제작 할 수 있게 운영된다. 밤하늘의 천체를 안시관측으로만 만족하지 않고 사진관측의 매력을 알려 천문관측의 패러다임을 변화 시킬 수 있도록 운영한다. 또한 천문관측을 값비싼 장비가 있는 곳에서만 가능 한 것이 아니고 장비공유를 통해 천문관측을 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축했다.

관광지 주민들이 갖는 태도는 관광지의 전체적인 이미지 형성에 커다란 영향을 끼치고, 관광객의 견인에 있어서도 관광지의 자연 환경이나 기후, 그리고 관광지 시설과 함께 매우 중요한 요인의 하나가 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 광주 전남 지역의 4 사례 지역 관광지 주민들을 대상으로 관광 개발 이후 나타나는 경제적 사회적 문화적 및 환경적 영향 등에 관한 관광지 주민들의 태도를 구명해 보고 자 한다. 본 연구 결과에서 나타난 주요 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광의 경제적 효과에 대해서는 대체로 긍정적 반응을 보이지만 사회적 영향에 대한 결과는 청소년 관련 교육 문제와 범죄율 증가에 영향을 끼친다는 부정적 입장을, 그리고 문화적 영향에 대해서는 긍정적 측면과 미래 지향적 바램을 동시에 나타내었고, 환경적 영향에 대해서는 환경 보호에 큰 관심을 보였다. 둘째, 관광 개발과 관련한 우선 순위로는 관광 개발로 인한 수입 증대를 가장 중시하였고, 다음으로 긍정적인 이미지 부여를 위한 역사적 문화적 전시(람)회 필요, 스레기 투기자에 대한 처벌 강화, 지역 발전을 위한 관광 개발과 투지 필요 등의 순으로 나타났다.

<심슨 가족> 에 대한 관심은 미국 문화의 함축, 깊이 있는 풍자, 흥행에 대한 벤치마킹이 대부분이다. 서사적 특성과 캐릭터의 특징을 기반으로 한 흥행 원인 분석이 부족한 상황이다. 이 작품의 장르적 특성을 가족 애니메이션이라 규정하고, 이에 따른 전략적 캐릭터 서사 분석을 목적으로 한다. 캐릭터의 개별적 특징을 확인하고 타 애니메이션, 드라마, 시트콤의 캐릭터와 비교 분석해보았다. 또한 캐릭터들이 서사에 참여하는 비중, 특정 에피소드에서 웃음의 시점과 향유자층의 관계를 분석하였다. 1) 캐릭터의 이상적인 모습을 탈피해 대중 매체가 지향하던 고정된 시선을 풍자하고 대중이 가진 욕망을 자극한다. 2) 또한 등장하는 모든 캐릭터가 주인공이 되고 때로는 조력자, 안타고니스트가 되는 순환적 서사를 통해 향유층을 확장하고 문화적 할인율은 절감했다. 3) 서사의 층위를 달리해 유아, 청소년, 성인들이 즐길 수 있는 깊이가 각각 달라지고 이 역시 타겟의 확장에 기여한다. 한국 애니메이션이 가진 타겟과 주제에 대한 한계를 감안했을 때, <심슨 가족>이 가진 위의 특징을 활용한다면 보다 가치 있고 지속적인 향유를 가능하게 할 것이다. 이후 한국의 가족 애니메이션에서 나타나는 캐릭터 특징을 확인하고 이를 통해 향유의 확장성과 지속 가능성을 검토하고자 한다.

본 연구는 반려동물이 인간에 미치는 영향을 홍성의견 설화를 중심으로 분석한 연구이다. 이를 위해 논문과 홍성의견 설화를 대상으로 질적연구 방법 가운데 문화기술지 분석과 초점면접집단을 사용하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 반려동물이 인간에 미치는 영향은 정서적, 경제적, 문화 환경적 영향으로 분석되었다. 정서적 영향의 경우, 반려동물을 키우는 사람이 사회정서면에서 더 건강하다는 반려동물효과는 아동청소년을 비롯한 노년층, 사회 취약계층에 이르기까지 다양한 계층에서 긍정적 효과를 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 경제적 측면에서는 펫코노미 시장이 대변하듯 급격한 반려동물산업의 확장과 연관을 지어 SWOT 분석을 시도하였고, 문화 환경적 영향으로는 다양하게 등장하는 문화 캠페인이나 설화 등을 중심으로 분석을 시도하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 본 연구는 반려동물의 문화 기술분석을 처음 시도하였다는 점과 반려동물과 인간과의 공생관계를 특정 지역을 중심으로 분석하여 지역사회 발전의 기여를 촉발한 점, 나아가 개인주의가 극대화될 4차산업혁명 시대에 인간의 삶에 반려동물이 정서적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 점에 깊이를 더한 연구라는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.
