Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the related factors of scaling experience of multi-cultural adolescents in Korea. Methods: The subjects were 698 multi-cultural adolescents from web-based survey of the 11th(2015) Korean Youth Risk Behavior. Multi-cultural adolescents are defined as the children of marriage migrant women. The study instruments included demographical characteristics of the subjects, oral health behaviors, daily tooth brushing times, health behaviors, and experience of smoking and alcohol consumption. Data were analyzed using PASW statistics 18.0. Results: The experience rate of scaling was 18.8%. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that experience of scaling were related with experiences of sealant and fruit consumption. Conclusions: It is very important to provide the continuing oral health prevention program for the adolescents and investigate the cost-benefit effectiveness of oral health care program.

The purpose of the present study was to analyze clothing shopping orientation and impulsive purchase behavior for clothing by using adolescents. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey from 680 middle and high school students living in Gangrung area from July 2 to July 6, 2001; 582 were used for the data analysis. Data were analyzed by chi-square analysis, 1-test, ANOVA, descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and Duncan's multiple range test. The results showed significant differences in clothing shopping orientation and in the impulsive shopping factors for clothing among the groups determined by demographic characteristics and, in the impulsive shopping factors for clothing among groups determined by the shopping orientation. Female students and high school students showed higher tendencies of recent experiences of impulsive buying for clothing. More thin half of the subjects tended to spend less than 30,000 won and to buy two items each time when purchasing clothing impulsively. Most students used discount shops or specialized stores fur impulsive purchase.

This study examined. the acculturation type and adjustment of 914 Korean-Chinese adolescents living in Shenyang and Harbin, China. Adolescents completed a questionnaire consisted of items regarding acculturation, school adjustment, expectation of education, and internal locus of control: The results are summarized as follows: 1) Adolescents in Shenyang spoke more chinese and showed lower internal locus of control than adolescents in Harbin. 2) Adolescents in Shenyang showed more integration and assimilation types, while adoelscents in Harbin showed more separation type. 3) Adolescents in Shenyang showed difference in their adjustment across acculturation types, while adolescents in Harbin did not. In Shenyang, adolescents of integration and assimilation showed higher expectation of education, and adolescents of separation revealed higher internal locus of control.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Adolescents spending habits and examine it. The data was collected from 1125 high school students and their parents nationwide. The resets are as follows. 1. About seventy eight percent of the responded students own relatively high-priced goods such as brand-name jeans (59.1%), a mobile phone (31.9%), perfume with a price of 50,000 won or more (26.5%), CD Player (24.4%) or electronic pocket diary (17.1%). The percentage varies according to region. 2. The Adolescents tendency for conspicuous consumption is reflected by 2.92 points out of a total 5 points, while their mothers'marks 2.18 points. By region, conspicuous consumption behavior is more common in Seoul than in other small and medium-sized cities and towns. Also, the more mother attribute children's behavior internally, the lower the childeren's competence is.

본 연구에서는 다문화가정 자녀가 지각한 어머니 고부갈등과 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계를 문화적응 스트레스와 학교생활적응이 이중으로 매개하는지를 검증하였다. 참여자는 강원도 J군에 거주하는 다문화가정 자녀인 남녀 청소년 205명이다. 이중 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모델 6으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화가정 자녀가 지각한 어머니의 고부갈등은 문화적응 스트레스와 정적 상관이, 학교생활적응이나 주관적 웰빙과는 부적 상관이 있었다. 다문화가정 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스는 학교생활적응과 주관적 웰빙과는 부적 상관이 있었으며, 학교생활적응은 주관적 웰빙과 정적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 다문화가정 자녀의 지각된 어머니 고부갈등과 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계를 문화적응 스트레스와 학교생활적응이 직렬로 이중매개 하는 것이 발견되었다. 이런 결과는 다문화가정 자녀의 지각된 어머니의 고부갈등이 문화적응 스트레스를 경험하게 하고 그 결과 학교에 적응하지 못하여 주관적 웰빙 수준이 낮아질 수 있음을 시사한다.

경제위기 이후 노숙인 증가와 글로벌 시대에 따른 다문화 가정 및 외국인 근로자와 핵가족화로 인한 독거노인, 청소년 쉼터 등 의료취약 계층 및 장애인 복지시설, 중증노인 복지시설 등 취약계층에 대한 결핵관리가 필요하다.
