The present study was conducted to investigate the relation of eating behavior and food intake to 534 adolescents' obesity indices. Group means of relative body weight (RBW) were 93.66 for males and 97.12 for females. Body mass index(BMI) were 20.39 for males and 20.41 for females. Respondents were divided into 3 groups on the basis of RBW as an obesity index. Astonishingly, 44.76% of total respondents were underweight and 12.92% overweight and obese. 64.54% of respondents usually skipped their breakfasts and 24.23% their dinners. More males did not have their breakfasts than females. In contrast, more females skipped their dinners than males. A significant difference was found between males and females in their eating habits(p<.001) that should be changed. As their undesirable eating habits, males pointed out 'skipping meals', while females stressed 'overeating'. There were more overeating respondents in the overweight group, while more respondents skipping their meals were found in the underweight group. Many females(72.79%) and males(52.78%) tended to alternate consistently overeating and fasting to lose weight. The most important reason for losing weight was to improve their appearance(61.12%). In addition, nutrient score indices of respondents were very low with a mean of 33.39. Only 42.13% of total respondents showed good nutrient score indices. More males ate meat, bean, white vegetables, potato and fat than females(p<.05), whereas more females ate bread, rice cake and fruit than males(p<.01). Among the 3 groups -overweight, normal weight and underweight groups, overweight group was the most eaters of meat, fish, egg and milk; underweight group was the least eaters of them.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the value evaluation of food in urban Korean adolescents. The conclusions drawn from the analysis of values of foods are as follows: 1. There are five factors drawn from the analysis of values of foods, that is, subjective evaluational factor. Objective factors are social factor, economic factor, quality attribute factor, and freguency of food intake factor. And it has been revealed that there is some relationship between these factors. The subjective evaluational variable depends most strongly on the sensory variable, especially taste, flavor, color and shape of food, described in the order of influence. It also depends on the experiential frequency of intake. 2. With regard to the attitude of evaluation of food, there is a considerable difference between junior high school students and high school students, and between male and female students, This difference can be noticed in almost all the variables dealt with in this study, especially in the subjective evaluational aspect, experiential aspect, and social aspect, A significant difference was found between junior high school students and high school students and between male and female students on both subjective and objective values of foods. Male students valued food which brought about a 'Satiety' more so than female. And consequently, they take such kinds of foods more frequently. More female students than male students and more junior high school students than high school students have a strong conception of the socio-cultural value of foods, that is, the spatial and temporal symbol of foods.
Fortified foods are consumed widely in modem society according to increased concern on health oriented foods. This study investigated the patterns of vitamin-and/or mineral-fortified food use among 677 teenage students(13-18 years of age) in Chungnam province and Daejeon city in Korea using questionnaire. More than 63.7% of total subjects consumed more than one package of fortified foods belonged to more than three categories of five categories including sweets/biscuits, ramyons, beverages, milk and dairy products, and breads as a frequency of more than 1-2 times/week during previous three months prior to present survey. Consumption of fortified foods was higher in middle school students than in high school students(p<0.05), and in females than in females(p<0.001). Users of fortified foods took the snacks more often(p<0.001), and they tended to believe more positively that fortification can be helpful in health maintenance than did non-users. Users preferred vitamin C and Ca(calcium) as a fortified nutrient. Major fortified nutrients in fortified foods taken by users were various; vitamin B-complex and Ca from sweets/biscuits, Ca from ramyons, vitamin C and Ca from beverages, Ca and iron from milk and dairy products and breads. These results suggest that fortified foods are used commonly and are influenced by several factors among teenagers. Types of fortified nutrient, in fortified foods taken by subjects, are various and fortification is performed unspecifically. As a consequence both nutrition education and government regulation on fortified foods should be enforced to maximize the benefits and minimize the hazard of their use.
The purpose of this paper was to grasp some aspects of use of imported foods at the rural homes with the growing generation. So we put some questions to the 399 middle school and high school students. The results were as follows: (1) The number of the homes using the imported foods, which marks 56.9% of the whole, was higher than the number of the homes not using the ones. (2) Even though the use of imported foods had no relation with the occupations of the student's mothers, the degree of living quality, the situations of food consumption, and so on, however the use ratio was high at the homes of middle class. (3) The students of the home of using imported foods favored the traditional diets, and marked 63% of the objective students of investigation. The students who like the western style of diets marked the high frequency of the use of the imported foods. On the other hand, the students who like the Chinese foods used the meat and fishes and processed foodstuffs among the imported foods. (4) The frequency of instant foods for the carried lunches showed the meaningful relation with frequency of use of imported foods. (5) In the view of use of instant foods for the lunches, the group of people who carried the lunches 3 or 5 times per week used the imported meat foods, the other group who carried the lunches 1 or 2 times per week marked the high frequency of having coffee and tea.
The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of instant noodle's selection attribution on satisfaction and to empirically analyze whether or not grade (elementary schoolchildren, middle school students, high school students) plays a moderating role in the relationship between selection attribution and satisfaction. Further, this study examined the differences in demographic characteristics among two groups of subjects divided by instant noodle's selection attribution. Based on a total of 1021 samples, this study verified a total of 3 hypotheses using the SPSS program. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, chi-square, t-test, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results of the study were as follows. There were three different instant noodle's selection attributions among the children and adolescents investigated: internal element, external element, and company reliability. The multiple regression results show that internal element (=.391), external element (=.239), and company reliability (=.063) among customers' selection attributions had significant positive effects on satisfaction. In addition, the effect of selection attribution upon satisfaction was partially moderated according to grade. Further, cluster analysis divided subjects into two groups according to instant noodle's selection attribution: high-selection group vs. low-selection group. The wo groups of subjects classified by instant noodle's selection attribution were also different from each other in demographic characteristics. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

The purpose of this study is to draw the factors that makes the visitors decide to visit the art-museum and verifying the influence of visit determinants on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Visitors to Gwangju Museum of Art and Gwangju Biennale in Gwang-ju city were chosen for this study. Data were collected for 30 days from September 15 to October 14, 2018. A total of 350 visitors were attended in this research and finally 315 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The result of this study showed that 4 determinant factors(Escape from the ordinary, self-development, novelty, culture experience) of visiting art-museum were identified which all influences on behavioral intention(recommendation intention, revisit intention). Particularly, 'novelity' is the major factor influences on recommendation intention followed by 'escape from the ordinary' factor. Moreover, 'escape from the ordinary' factor influences the most on revisit intention among all determinants of visiting art-museum.
This study aimed to assess the nutritional quality of breakfast among Korean school-aged children and adolescents depending on eating together as a family, based on the 2013-2014 Korea National Health and Nutrition Survey. One day 24-hour recall data of 1,831 children and adolescents aged from 6 to 17 years were collected. The nutritional quality of breakfast was analyzed and compared between Family Breakfast Group (FBG, n=1,410) and Eating-alone Breakfast Group (EBG, n=421). The results showed that age, family structure, number of family members, and frequency of breakfast were associated with eating breakfast as a family. The calorie intake from breakfast explained 19% and 16% of the daily intake for FBG and EBG, respectively. The percentages of children and adolescents consuming Vitamin A, Vitamin $B_1$, Vitamin $B_2$, Vitamin C, Niacin, and Iron less than 1/4 of the Estimated Average Requirements were significantly lower in FBG than in EBG. The average numbers of serving for "Grains" and "Vegetables" food groups and the average Dietary Diversity Score were significantly higher in FBG than in EBG. Overall, the results indicated that eating breakfast as a family is positively associated with nutritional quality of breakfast among Korean school-aged children and adolescents.

The main purpose of this study are to investigate the current situation of family-centered case management practices by case managers working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers, in order to propose a practical direction for improving the efficiency of family-centered case management services. Research participants included 24 case manager working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul, who have performed case management services for families for one to 7 years. The Date was collected through focus group interview(FGI) and demographic characteristics research. The results of this study are as follows: first, in the area of cognition about family-centered case management conceptualization, confused and ambiguous. Seconds, in the area of practicing as a case manager, there were limitations and biases in community resources contact and multiple intervention and limited sharing information between organizations. Third, family-centered case manager's have periodically been requested to provide diverse training and education for performance of challenging case managers roles. The Standardized manual and burnout precautions should also be prepared.

This study focused on violent act, such as verbal offensive and other acts of violence such as cyber bullying, personal information infringement. Online bullying is seriously taking place online, as juvenile violence is seriously debated due to recent school violence. In particular, it is necessary to seek countermeasures by considering the nature of cyber violence in cyberspace, particularly when stalking victims in cyberspace have died from stalking. The study examines the problem of defamation and defamation of character and tries to identify problems. Measures were taken to enact cyber defamation laws. To this end, the Commission analyzed cases of defamation and defamation of character and considered legal precedents. The study intends to study cyber defamation and defamation of character. First, I want to differentiate between cyber libel and defamation of character. Second, I intend to raise the need for cyber defamation of cybercrime and consider the offence of contempt for the criminal justice system. Third, seek ways to protect against cyber defamation and defamation of character.
This study aimed to investigate the factors that influence multicultural adolescents' proficiency in their mother's native language, or their immigrant mother's native language. A hierarchical regression analysis was performed on data from the survey answered by 1,028 multicultural adolescents aged 15 years old and whose mothers were from foreign countries for the 6th Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS) conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute (NYPI) in 2016. The main results are as follows. First, multicultural adolescents' minority language proficiency was generally low and significant differences were observed according to their gender, parents' educational level, household income, and mother's native country. More specifically, a higher proficiency in minority language was found for girls than boys, adolescents with a higher parental educational level, adolescents with a higher income, and adolescents whose mothers were from Japan or China, compared with those from the Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam. Second, a significant positive correlation was observed between multicultural adolescents' minority language proficiency and 1) foreign culture acceptance, 2) parent's educational support, and 3) the use of the minority language at home. Third, foreign culture acceptance, parents' educational support, and the use of the minority language at home were predictors of multicultural adolescents' minority language proficiency. The study is meaningful in that it examined multicultural adolescents' minority language proficiency, elucidating their bilingual development, whereas previous studies have only focused on their proficiency in Korean, which is the majority language.
