Study on the controller design of Electronic Water Cleaner (전자식 워터크리너 제어기 설계에 관한 연구)

  • 일반적으로 집이나 건물이 지어진 후 약 2~3년이 지나면 수도관 내부에는 물때, 미생물, 유기화합물질 등이 혼합되어 슬라임(slime)이 발생하며, 노후화되어 슬러지(sludge) 형태로 누적 되거나 스케일(scale)이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 이물질의 누적으로 인하여 수도관이 손상되거나, 여러 가지 원인으로 인하여 교체해야하는 상황이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 저수조나 공용관의 경우에는 정기적으로 세척하고 있으며, 일반 가정 내의 수도관 역시 정기적인 관리가 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 적절한 배관청소기의 제어를 위하여 물과 압축공기의 배합을 적절하게 제어하도록 하여 배관내부의 이물질을 제거할 수 있는 배관청소시스템을 설계하고자 하며, 밸브조절 및 물의 공급시간과 압축공기의 유입시간에 대한 적절한 제어를 원격지에서 제어할 수 있도록 배관청소시스템을 개발하여 성능에 관한 평가와 사업화 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

The Study on Indoor Localization for Robots following Human using Vision Applications (비전을 활용한 사람을 따라다니는 로봇의 실내측위에 관한 연구)

  • The suitcase can follow its owner all on its own via the Bluetooth connectivity in your phone. A robotic vacuum cleaner than can understand voice commands and even follow homeowner. Robots are used in a variety of applications such as a robot wheelchair. In this paper, I focus the problem of automatic return to the base in the process of developing the moving robot for loading things. In this paper, I propose the indoor localization method which is able to determine the position of the robot in the building by using image processing techniques.

  • In this paper, we present the sweeping machine with cyclone type dust collector for cleaning shipment exterior wall. Important cyclone characteristics such as the collection efficiency, pressure and velocity fields have been discussed and compared with the experimental data. The purpose of this study is to introduce the mechanism design of the high efficiency sweeping machine using the cyclone dust collector. Generally, the increase of inlet velocity of air in a cyclone dust collector improves the separation efficiency, while it results in increasing in the pressure losses nonlinearly.

  • 우리나라의 백색가전 산업은 1960년대 말 시작된 이후 현재에 이르러는 국내는 물론 전 세계 시장에서도 높은 점유율을 기록하고 있다. 3대 백색가전 제품인 세탁기, 냉장고, 에어컨 기준 연간 수천만 대에 이르는 국내 가전 업체들의 생산량을 고려하면, 백색가전 산업에서의 모터 및 인버터 생산량은 타 산업 대비 압도적인 수량이다. 세탁기, 냉장고, 에어컨뿐만 아니라 건조기, 청소기, 식기세척기 등 거의 모든 가전제품에서 1개 혹은 그 이상의 모터들의 구동으로 제품의 주요기능들이 작동되고 있으므로 모터 및 모터 드라이브 기술은 제품의 성능과 가격 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 본 글에서는 백색가전 제품의 주요 제품군들 내에서 사용되고 있는 모터 드라이브 기술의 특징을 소개하고자 한다.

  • The recent trend in home network system includes intelligent home environments that remote monitoring and control service is achieved without restrictions by device types, time, and place. Also the use of a vacuum robot in homes is gradually generalized on account of the convenience of the use. In this paper, we proposed and realized new home-monitoring system with the employment of an self-movement robot as one trial for realizing an intelligent home under home network environment. The proposed system can freely monitor every where in home, because the system effectively overcame the surveillance limitations of the existing monitoring system by attaching a Wireless Router and WebCam to a commercial vacuum robot. The outdoor users of this system can readily monitor any place which they want to supervise by controlling a vacuum robot with mobile telecommunication devices such as PDA. The wireless router installed with Linux operation system "OpenWrt" made it possible for the system users to transmit images and to control a vacuum robot with RS-232 communication.

  • Until now, environmental problem has become more and more serious, and acoustic noise is one of environmental pollutions. For many years, ANC(Active Noise Control) has been made to reduce this noise. In this paper, active silencer using switching method is studied. This silencer is composed of single-phase full bridge inverter to drive cancelling loudspeaker. The inverter is controlled to reduce noise by ramp comparison control method. At the vacuum cleaner, noise control with FFCS(Feed-Forward Control Structure) is applied and geometric arrangement is replaced to avoid unstability of FFCS.

  • The Conventional noise control attempts to simply reduce the level of product noise. But it is very straight forward way that we have consider human perception on noise. Since human listening is very sensitive to sound. Evaluation of the sound quality of a Vacuum Cleaner is studied base on human sensibility engineering. In this paper, we choose two Vacuum Cleaners that are sold in Korea and reduced noise control. Comparison Method is used to evaluate noise and preference of Vacuum Cleaner by steps. The sound quality of Vacuum Cleaner noise is analyzed by employing the subjective evaluation and by representing them in terms of the objective quantities. Semantic Differential Method is used to study sound quality Evaluation. To analyze the sound quality of Vacuum Cleaner noise, consider the coefficients of correlation between sound metrics and subjective rating. The linear regression models were obtained for the subjective evaluation and sound quality metrics.
