Service Failure Management on Internet Shopping Environment by Combining Service Blueprint and FMEA (서비스 청사진과 FMEA의 결합에 의한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 서비스 실패관리)

  • This paper introduces service failure management on internet shopping environment. The purpose of this study is to find and improve service failure modes at the time of customer's complaint thereby reducing that. To achieve this purpose, this study combines the Service Blueprint which describes the online shopping process and FMEA which finds each encounter of service failures and proposes how to recover them. First of all this study generates internet shopping process using Service Blueprint then matches customer's purchase decision making process and company's service provide process. After this process customer complaint types in real purchasing process are fell in according to their occurrence and more frequently occurred complaint is more risky. Finally 6 Risk Priority Numbers(unfair exchange/return policies, slow response/poor customer service support, purchase arrived later than promised/deliverly service dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction short period to take back/exchange/cancels order, A/S or handle defective item) are extracted and suggest their improvement.

  • Wonju, a city of the Kangwon provincial who is lack of industrialization, try to make a blueprint to be a leader of information tele-communication industry as its major direction of city development strategy. It might be a spontaneous way that Wonju want to have a high hi-technology industry not of anti-environment industry. In this paper, several alternatives are presented to make Wonju as a hi-technology city in new era of 2nd millennium.

  • Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a blueprint for construction. In this paper, we apply automated application generation tools such as Rational Rose and BizWiz to a realistic cyber shopping mall and then compare and analyze them in the view of UML. We also propose some methods for the systematic system analysis, design, and implementation by applying UML to a customer management system based on above results.

  • Unlike physical goods, service consists of a chain of activities that allow the service to function effectively. In order to enhance customer experiences, service providers should innovate service processes. Service innovation refers to new or considerably changed service processes that deliver added value to the customers. Unfortunately, many of the activities are invisible to both service providers and consumers. In terms of service innovation, service visualization is very critical. When we visualize the current service process, we can identify its problems. This study suggests service blueprinting as a service innovation methodology. In order to demonstrate the usage of the methodology, this study examines departure/arrival services at the airport.

  • The 4th National Comprehensive Planning is a blueprint of national plan to be accomplished by the year 2020. This article indicates grounds of establishing the plan, characteristics and problems of the plan. Following is the principal contents which are treated in the article; 1st, strategy of constructing opened and combined land axis, 2nd, competency intensifying strategy by areas, 3rd, constructing health and pleasant national environment,4th, strategy for organizing express transportation and information network through the whole land, 5か, special features related building basis of cooperation interchange between North and South Korea. In the conclusion, although there were some problems through 3 times national comprehensive planning, this plan should be helpful to develop nation keeping balance for which construction and preservation would be harmonized appropriately.

  • This study is a study to develop a model for measurement and processing of experience data, which is emerging as a core value in quality management of medical services. In the theoretical background, a literature study was conducted on the importance of experience in medical service, measurement and processing of experience data, and realization of patient-centeredness. Based on these literature and theoretical background research results, operational definitions were performed for the following four research variables, and statistical tests were conducted. Hypothesis 1 is the effect of measuring experience data from the perspective of three factors on persona modeling, Hypothesis 2 is the effect of persona modeling on service blueprint visualization, Hypothesis 3 is the effect of service blueprint visualization on realization of patient-centeredness, and Hypothesis 4 is persona modeling This is the effect that modeling has on the realization of patient-centeredness. After data-based testing of factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, all four hypotheses were adopted as a result of verification using regression analysis. In conclusion, in an era where it is difficult to recognize the value of having only good medical staff and medical equipment in hospitals, it was possible to grasp the meaning that what kind of medical service experience is continuously obtained is more important to patients than the effectiveness of medical staff and medical equipment. In the era of the service economy, the core of hospital service competitiveness is providing attractive experiences, which is the real strength of hospitals, so the measurement and processing of experience data, which is the subject of this study, will have an important meaning in realizing patient-centeredness and realizing smart hospitals.

  • This study analyzes cable TV Program "From Start to Till the End" televised by ONGAMENET from 2009 to 2015. "From Start to Till the End" is a game program that guests try to finish certain game or to complete mission once they started. Unlike other game programs, most of guests are not professional gamers thus it brings out comical challenges and enjoyments. This study examines the several components of video games played in the program. Specifically, those components are categorized according to the genre, platform, nationality, and clear time. In doing so, this study not only unpacks diverse structures of the program but also provides the blueprint of the game program.

  • Expressway is the main link in promoting the national economic development, which plays a vital part in improving the regional economy and people's living standards, therefore, it is of great significance to accelerate the construction of expressways. However, because it is difficult for the existing system to identify the information of special vehicles quickly, leading to the cumbersome flow of special vehicles passing through the toll station of expressways [1], which brings a certain burden to the work of expressway administrators. The surge in the number of private cars also increased the traffic pressure of toll stations, especially the free expressways traffic policy implemented by the State during holidays, resulting in more frequent traffic jams at high-speed intersections. According to this situation, a intelligent system was created to ameliorate the difficult situation of special vehicle identification on expressways, reduce the congestion at high-speed intersections, and improve the efficiency of staff by data-based means.

  • The paper aims to present the direction in which accounting education should proceed to enhance the expertise of accounting works in the new era in which big data is the center. This paper examines the definition and analysis of big data, and reviews the effectiveness through big data development in accounting expertise with specific references. Also, this paper presents some of the plans selected by professional accounting bodies and universities to address the topic of big data in the accounting curriculum. According to the plan, big data could provide a blueprint for the future role of accounting and financial experts. Therefore, what this study suggests is to improve educational content by adding big data topics to current accounting curricula in order to help accounting professionals of future generations prepare for technologies related to big data analysis in advance.

  • Up to the present, most of the previous works, related to the alignment of organizations, have been focused on the alignment between business and information technology. Also these works have been done with single element, e.g., view rather than with overall elements such as view, scope, and perspective for enterprise-wide integrated alignment. Meanwhile, an enterprise architecture is a blueprint that represents the structure of components of organizations and their interrelationships. Nowadays, many organizations attempt to make enterprise-wide alignment of business and information technology based on enterprise architecture. Unfortunately, the enterprise-wide alignment is still in a stage of not only conceptual level but also abstract level. Hence, this paper proposes a structured enterprise-wide alignment model to overcome the limitations of existing alignment models. We survey the existing works and propose the conceptual, the logical, and the physical models for enterprise-wide alignment which includes 3-dimensional elements such view, scope, and perspective based on enterprise architecture. Finally, we have shown that the proposed model is better than existing ones through comparing the characteristics of models.
