IT outsourcing studies have centered on the separate effect of formal contract and relational trust on IT outsourcing performance. In addition, previous studies ignored the importance of the relational capability that combine the formal contract and partnership can be able to deliver IT outsourcing effects. In this paper, we propose an IT governance commitment as a mediated role between relational capability and IT outsourcing performance. We collected data from 143 client companies of IT outsourcing and analyzed it using the PLS method. Our findings are revealed as following: At first, relational capability significantly and directly influence IT governance commitment as well as indirectly through formal contract and partnership. Secondly, IT governance commitment mediate between relational capability and IT outsourcing effect, and in turn affect IT outsourcing performance. The results and implications are further discussed.

This study focus on the revitalization of green tourism by the agricultural landscape conservation policy. Today, agricultural landuse for food production is restricted by agricultural products import. In this context, agricultural land use policy should be paradigm shift to the consumers needs which accelerates the green tourism in the rural areas. This research screen the agricultural landscape conservation policy of Japan' system and construct the new policy implementation for agricultural landscape conservation in Korea. For this purpose, agricultural landscape guideline and support system should be established in line with the revitalization of green tourism and agricultural income diversification in the rural areas.

오늘날의 경영환경에서 많은 조직들은 조직구성원들 간의 공적 또는 사적인 정보, 의견, 지식등에 대한 공유 능력을 조직 경쟁력의 원천으로 인식하고 있으며, 이러한 능력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 실행공동체(CoP)를 주목하고 있으며, 많은 투자와 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CoP의 활성화를 위해 조직지원, 신뢰, 정보시스템이 주요한 영향요인이 될 수 있는지와 조직의 CoP와 조직의 지식교환 및 지식창출 간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 본 연구는 웹서베이를 통한 166개의 기업데이터를 바탕으로, PLS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 수행되었다. 분석 결과, 조직지원, 신뢰, 정보시스템 모두는 실행공동체 참여에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 실행공동체의 참여 정도가 지식교환에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 실행공동체의 참여와 지식교환 정도가 새로운 지식창출에 영향을 미친다는 점도 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 조직이 실행공동체를 활성화시키고 지식창출 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략 수립에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The transesterification reaction between ethanolamine and methyl-methacrylate was kinetically investigated in the presence of various metal acetate catalysts at $110^{\circ}C$. The transesterification was found to obey first-order kinetice with respect to the concentration of ethanolamine and methyl-methacrylate, respectively. By the Arrhenius plot, the activation energy has been calculated as 11.9 Kcal with lead acetate catalyst, 14.7 Kcal without catalyst. The reactivities has highest value where the electronegativity and instability constant (Kij) values for the metal acetate catalysts are about 1.6.

Tourism industry increasingly rely on information technology (IT) to improve the task performance. Many studies suggested that the evidence of IT showed not only task performance improvement but also organizational performance. Drawing from the resource-based view, technology and task fitness, and marketing orientation theories, this study proposes that IT use influences directly the task performance and proved the effectiveness of IT in the organizations of tourism industry. Further, the innovativeness, resources, and marketing orientation are identified as main determinants of IT use. The use of IT can serve as a catalyst in improving task performance for organizations in tourism industry. Based on data collected from surveying people who work in the tourism industry, the present study shed light on these issues. The findings provide a new perspective of IT effectiveness in the tourism industry. Then, we discussed the theoretical and practical implications.

In this paper, the optimal tuning of a cross-coupled controller linked with the feedforward controller is studied to reduce contouring and tracking errors of a bi-axial servomechanisms by using the previously developed integrated tuning method. The CCC system for an arbitrary curve, which is combined with the feedforward controller, is formulated by a state-space based on a series of linear motion trajectories. An optimal tuning problem is formulated as a nonlinear constrained optimization problem including relevant controller parameters of the servo. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimal tuning procedure, linear and circular motion experiments are performed on the xy-table. Experimental results confirm that both tracking and contouring errors are significantly reduced by applying the proposed control and tuning system.

Recently, Service Level Management(SLM) including SLA has been developing to manage the level of information systems service. Although previous SLA studies have provided the conceptual model and critical success factors, the studies have not tested the effectiveness of the SLA by way of the empirical study. In this study, we applied an innovation decision making theory to our model and tested an empirical study using of a firm survey data. We suggested a SLM model, which consists of SLA planning, application, management dimensions. We found that the SLM's management stage has an impact on performance, whereas SLM's planning and application has not. At each sub dimensional analysis, there are found that adequate SLA indicators in the application stage influences performance and change management and feedback & reporting in the management stage influence performance.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of users' perceived value of food delivery Apps and information quality on acceptance and intention to reuse of food delivery Apps. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of perceived value and information quality with the acceptance and continued usage of delivery Apps on the basis of the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Findings The results of this study suggests that perceived emotional value and monetary value, accuracy and timeliness of information have significant positive effects on usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps. Meanwhile, both usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps have significant positive influences on users' continually use intention. Furthermore, implications in terms of the findings of this study are discussed.

국립수목원은 열대유용식물의 BT산업 원천소재 확보 제공을 목적으로 열대자원연구센터를 건립하여, 열대 및 아열대 전시원을 관리하고 있다. 온실의 특성상 일반 재배환경과는 다르게 여러 종류의 식물의 혼합 식재되어 있는 특성이 있어서 농업환경과 달리 해충의 급격한 돌발에 의한 온실 전체적인 피해의 위험성이 적은 반면에 안정된 환경으로 인해서 해충의 취약한 몇몇 수목의 경우 해충이 급격히 늘어날 수 있다. 본 실험은 여러 종류의 식물이 혼재되어 있는 수목 온실 내에서 생물적 방제를 이용하여 주요 해충류인 진딧물류 및 가루 깍지벌레, 잎응애류 방제 가능성을 타진하고자 진행되었다. 진딧물이 집중적으로 발견된 열대식물 5종(Acalypha hispida, Justicia gendarussa, Hamelia patens, Ficus petersii, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)을 중심으로 천적 방사 및 Banker plant 설치를 진행했다. 최초 조사일인 2015년 3월 10일, Tropical 1에 진딧물류의 발생이 많이 확인되어 포식성 천적인 미끌애꽃노린재를 투입했다. Tropical 2는 2015년 3월 17일 기생성 천적인 콜레마니진디벌과 선발된 Banker plant를 적용하여 방제 되었다. 철모깍지벌레가 발견된 열대식물 3종(Sanchezia parvibracteata, Brillantaisia lamium, Pseuderanthemum atropurpureum)을 중심으로 적용 천적으로 어리줄풀잠자리, 애홍점박이 무당벌레와 깍지무당벌레를 선별했다. 천적을 대상으로 철모깍지벌레에 대한 포식능력을 조사했으며 애홍점박이 무당벌레가 어리줄풀잠자리 보다 2.8배, 깍지무당벌레보다 2.9배 포식능력이 뛰어남을 확인했다. 잎응애류가 발견된 열대식물 2종(Acalypha wilkesiana, Erythrina caffra)은 천적으로 사막이리응애와 칠레이리응애를 적용하였다. 괭이밥응애 성충과 알의 포식력을 검증한 결과 사막이리응애가 괭이밥응애를 먹이로 증식이 가능한 것으로 확인되었다. 괭이밥, 괭이밥응애, 사막이리응애를 효과적으로 조합한 응애류 방제를 위한 새로운 Banker plant의 개발 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구는 열대온실의 열대식물 관리에 대한 생물학적 방제의 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 종합적 방제의 관리 자료로 이용되어 새로이 온실을 조성하는 경우 식재기반조성에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 추후 열대식물의 자원 식물로서의 활용성을 높일 수 있다.

Social media have been rapidly and widely adopted in various areas, and tourism industry can be one of potential growing areas. Tourist and travelers would like to share their photos and stories as well as find others' experiences. People are doing their activities through social media. Regarding relaxing entertainments, information sharing, escapism, social interaction, tourism activities are being paid attention by majority of users in social media. However, Although people have various motivation for using social media, academically researchers have not actively studied on the phenomenon arising from tourism industry. Therefore, this study aims to the reasons for tourism information searching motivational factors of social media that influence perceived value and its consequences such like before-searching, during-searching, and after-searching and divided social media into two types according to the level of social presence, and then empirically verified them. Antecedent variables divided into benefits including perceived usefulness and information quality and sacrifices including complexity and perceived effort. Our analysis results show that both of dimensions had the greatest effect on perceived value of social media use, which affect the consequences.
