  • 절도시설과 같은 광역지역 공사 현장에서는 다양한 요인을 갖는 공종별 위험요소가 존재하고 있으나, 현장에서 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안의 수립이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철도 관련 실무자들을 대강으로 설문조사를 실시하여 공종별 위험 요인을 도출한다. 이를 통해 RBS(Risk Breakdown Structure)를 구축하고 제시된 RBS에 의한 위험도를 산정한 후 이를 기반으로 VR시스템과의 연동 및 위험관리 체계 구축 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 현장에서의 주요 공종별 Risk 위험도를 가상환경에서 구현이 가능하므로 위험요인에 따른 시설의 직관적 파악이 가능하다. 또한 시공자들은 나타난 시각화 정보에 의한 Risk에 대비해 효율적인 공사 관리를 이행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이슈 & 이슈 - "건설산업 공생발전의 지름길" 주계약자 공동도급

  • 올해 1월 1일부터 기계설비의 겸업제한이 폐지되면서 주계약자공동도급제도가 기계설비에 적용되고 있다. 이에 따라 한국철도시설공단이 지난 4월 2일 총 700억원 대의 기계설비공사를 주계약자 공동도급으로 발주하였고 LH공사에서도 600여억원대의 기계설비공사를 주계약자 공동도급으로 발주할 예정이다. 이같은 성과는 대한설비건설협회가 지난해부터 건설산업 공생발전위원회를 비롯하여 국토해양부 장관과의 간담회, 국가기관 및 정부투자기관 등에 주계약자 공동도급을 기계설비공사에 적용하여 줄 것을 강력히 건의한 결과이다. 또한 서울특별시회를 비롯한 13개 전국 시 도회에서도 지방자치단체에 주계약자 공동도급이 적용될 수 있도록 적극 건의하고 있어 앞으로 국가공사와 지자체 공사에서 주계약자 공동도급이 활발히 발주될 전망이다. 지난 2009년 겸업제한이 폐지된 전문업종에 한하여 주계약자 공동도급이 도입된 이래 전문공사의 경우 3년 동안 총 1,100억원 대의 공사가 발주되었다. 그러나 기계설비공사는 대한설비건설협회의 부단한 노력에 힘입어 주계약자 공동도급이 적용된 지 4개월 만에 한국철도시설공단과 LH공사에서 6건의 공사에 총 1천300억원 대의 공사가 발주되는 성과를 거두었다. 이번 호에는 주계약자 공동도급에 대하여 자세히 알아본다.

  • Recent development trend of construction projects in the urban area is the efficient use of insufficient land, however caused to difficult construction conditions because of many adjacent structures. This paper presents the case study that analyzed the ground settlement of railroad structure for the double track railway project of Gyeongui line, adjacent to the high rise building under ground excavating for substructure work, considering interaction of soft ground characteristics. Field survey and measurement works were carried out during construction of station and excavation of high rise building, and field data were analyzed to find the source of settlement of platform and railway. In addition, the soil reinforcement and foundation restoration were performed using in-situ injection method, i.e., D-ROG(Digitalized Restoring On Grout) method which filled the pore of bottom and around of foundation with micro-cement.

  • Recently, the utilization of the BIM system has been extended to cost and resource simulation, visualized management of construction site information and application of augmented reality including basic 3D modeling. Therefore, various BIM functions are being developed for practical applications. However, since clear classification criteria and knowledge information of BIM functions are not sufficient for field engineers, it is difficult to identify the necessary BIM functions for a construction project. This study suggests a BIM function breakdown structure considering the individual functional properties and a process model that can be ordered by applying BIM in a railway construction project. The proposed delivery model is used to obtain a practical utilization of BIM by analyzing features applicable to railway construction projects; model is verified using a case project.

  • In the construction phase, the existing schedule management system by 4D CAD has been difficult to check for a status and progress of construction product in real-time because it simulates only VR (virtual reality) object based on a planned schedule. This study suggests a construction schedule management system by telepresence technique that can visualize progress status in real-time by using 4D CAD system based on remote monitoring. The telepresence methodology and system were developed in the study and they were verified for a railway construction project. The developed system can examine the status and progress of construction because it can compare 4D simulation based on planned schedule with real-time site images through web-camera.

  • 교량 공사는 우선 한강다리 건설공사만 해도 그간 많은 완성과 실패를 뉴스매체를 통해 보고 있다. 고속철도 공단주도의 경부고속철도 건설을 위한 교량은 수상, 육상 등 모든 부분에 적용되어 있다. 기존 교량에 대한 교통량 증가로 확장공사가 이루어지고 있기도 하다. 교량은 산업기반 시설이 되므로 규모가 크고 인력보다는 대형 건설기계가 소요된다 한국산업안전공단의 조사보고서(2002. 6)에 의하면 토목공사에서 18.7%의 사고율을 점하고 있고, 이중도로 9.9, 교량터널 1.1%을 점유하고 있다.(중략)

  • In the development of railroad station area, there are many factors about business management, but the interest of railroad users is an important factor as customer satisfaction. It is necessary to have the quality estimation of railroad service, and important factors of service as customer satisfaction aspects can be supply, reliability, convenience, and safety. In this study, primary factors are deduced in the efficiency aspects of railroad station facilities from analyzing relative importance index using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. The most high rank important factor is railroad station user facilities, and the AHP importance index of passenger facilities and elevator facilities for KORAIL personnel and facility users is index. The third of KORAIL personnel is movement facilities, but facility users index is sanitation. And the low important factors of KORAIL personnel and facility users are shown as the platform in passenger facilities, the rest facilities in waiting room, the escalator in going up and coming down facilities, the escalator in movement facilities, the raised letters block in guide facilities, and the parking lot in subsidiary facilities.

  • As the Kyoto protocol and Bali road-map, our country is expected to be included to the emission reduction controlled country of greenhouse gas, so we are now urgent situation to take an action in the level of government. In this research, environment friendly rail logistics and combined transport were treated to meet with the green growth policy of our government. Major problems of Ui-wang ICD suggested in this research are short of yards, unutilized public CY, inconvenience use by non-share holders. It is necessary to improve rail logistic infrastructure, that is, additional expansion of yard, direct operation by KORAIL and regular unloading system are needed. such improvement can not be solved just by the endeavor of business body. Rail logistic infra & Integrated freight terminal has a tendency of SOC, which require tremendous amount of investment, so there are some limit in doing by private sector itself, now it's time to do by the government level. The improvement of rail logistic infrastructure in the level of government is possible by the policy of environment friendly green logistic support which is related with Logistic Policy Basic Law, so government should prepare detailed directives to activate Integrated freight terminal.
