Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. KR(Korea Railroad) has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, KR has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Experts take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Experts' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

본 연구는 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 통해 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 분석한 것이다. 노동부는 이 사건에 대한 두 차례의 조사결과(2005, 2006) 당시 한국철도공사와 (주)한국철도유통이 체결한 'KTX 고객서비스 위탁 협약'이 적법한 도급에 해당한다고 발표했다. 그러나 실제 노동을 제공한 KTX여승무원 등에 대한 면접조사와 관련 사건자료를 바탕으로 한 분석결과에 따르면 위와 같은 노동부의 판단은 여러 가지 문제가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 지적한 후, 이 사건 업무위탁이 사실상 '위장도급'에 해당하며, 한국철도공사 사업의 성격 및 지금까지 수행해온 여승무원 업무의 본질상 승무업무를 담당하는 근로자를 간접고용 하는 것은 사실상 적법한 한도 내에서는 어려운 일임을 밝히고자 했다.

본 연구에서는 1920년 신축되어 등록문화재 제 136호고 등록된 경의선 신촌역사의 건축적 특징을 중심으로 1920년 개설이후 현재에 이르기까지의 변천과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 신촌역사는 서울에서 현존하는 가장 오래된 역사로 역사적, 문화적 가치를 지니고 있고 그와 동시에 개발에 대한 가능성을 통시에 지니고 있었다. 이에 따라 신촌역사는 도심지 내 개발과 보존에 대한 갈등의 성격을 그대로 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 신촌역사를 중심으로 척도관련시설의 개발과 보존에 대한 현상과 문제점을 진단하고 이에 대한 방향을 찾고자 하였다.

철도 안전사고 예방을 목표로 하는 실시간 철도 안전관제 시스템에서는 DDS (Data Distribution Service) 표준 기술 기반의 데이터 전송 방안을 적용함으로 기존 현장의 안전검지장치로부터 발생한 데이터를 통합 및 관리하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수많은 현장 데이터 중 일반철도 현장에서 발생한 신호설비 데이터 규격 설계를 소개하고 있다. 신호설비 데이터의 DDS 전송을 위하여 기존 표준 규격인 KRS SG 0062를 모델링하고, DDS 데이터 전송 단위인 Topic 설계 및 데이터 변환 방안을 제시하고, 데이터 성격 별로 네트워크 제어 QoS 정책 설계를 제시하고 있다. 또한 실제 현장 데이터를 분석하여 설계된 규격이 현장에 적용 가능한지를 확인해 보았다.

본 연구에서는 남만주철도주식회사가 추진하였던 길회선 부설과 조선철도12년계획에 의해 부설된 북선철도가 만철에 위탁되는 과정에 대하여 분석하였다. 일본의 대륙정책 추진과정에서 중요한 두 가지 사건인 길회선과"조선철도12년계획"을 연계하여 당시의 관련된 정책을 설명해 보고자 하였으며, 이러한 연구를 통해 일본의 만철에 대한 정책과 조선철도의 성격을 좀 더 분명히 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 기존 연구자들이 주장하고 있는 일본국유철도, 만철, 조선철도의 연결성을 본 사례를 통해 검증하고자 하며, 선만일체론에 대해서도 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존연구와 달리 일본국내의 정책결정과정을 통해 조선철도정책의 실상을 검증해 보고자 하였다. 아울러 본 논문에서는 추가적으로 새롭게 발굴된 자료와 내지인 일본과 조선 만주의 철도제도를 비교해 보면서 이의 연관성을 함께 설명해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 길회선 부설과 북선철도 만철 위탁의 연계성을 확인할 수 있었다. 길회선과 북선철도에 대한 만철의 일체적 경영에서 군사적, 경제적, 동아시아의 주도권 등을 잡으려는 일본의 정책 흐름도 발견할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this article is to find out and analyze the diverse factors that are incurring stress to the railway drivers, and to depict the relationship among personality, job stress, job satisfaction, and accidents. To attain this purpose, the authors designed the questionnaire based on in-depth interview, scrutinized the factors of stressors, and statistically tested the study themes on the moderating effects of Personality Factors such as Locus of Control, Self-Efficacy, and Organization-Based Self Esteem on the relationship between Job Stressors and Job Satisfaction/Accidents, for the 212 samples received from KORAIL, Seoul Metro, and Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit. Resultedly, one of the findings indicate that certain aspects of a driver's personalities, as measured by locus of control, self-efficacy, and organization-based self esteem play important roles in predicting the level of job satisfaction, job stress and accidents.

The purpose of this article is to find out and analyze the diverse factors that are incurring stress to the railway safety-critical employees. To attain this purpose, the authors made the questionnaires based on in-depth interview, and analyzed statistically the factors of stressors in terms of job categories. And the effective ways of managing and overcoming the stressors were suggested.

교토의정서 및 발리로드맵 이후 우리나라도 2013년부터 온실가스배출감축대상국에 포함될 예정임에 따라 친환경물류에 대한 정부차원의 대책마련도 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구는 이러한 정부차원의 친환경 녹색성장 정책에 맞춰 가장 친환경적인 철도물류 및 복합운송에 대한 활성화를 본격 연구하게 되었다. 본 연구에서 나타난 의왕ICD 터미널 내 철도물류시설의 주요 문제점으로는 하치장 부족, 공용 CY 비활성화, 비주주사 이용불편 등으로 나타나고 있으며, 철도물류시설의 주요 개선방안으로는 하치장의 추가 확장, 공용CY 활성화를 위한 철도공사 직영 및 상시하역체계 구축 조성 등의 철도물류시설개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 철도물류시설의 개선은 철도공사 또는 업체의 노력으로만 해결될 수 있는 사안은 아니다. 철도물류시설과 복합화물 터미널은 대규모의 투자자금이 필요한 시설이며 사회간접자본(SOC)성격이 강하므로 민간차원에서 개선하는 데에는 한계가 있으므로 정부차원에서 보다 적극적인 개선방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이러한 정부차원의 철도물류시설 개선은 친환경녹색물류에 대한 지원정책으로 물류정책기본법에 의해 지원이 가능하므로 세부적인 지침 등을 마련하여 복합화물터미널이 근본적으로 활성화 될 수 있는 계기가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

균열이 용접부 내와 같은 잔류응력의 영향을 받는 곳에 존재할 경우, 균열은 닫힘균열로 존재할 수 있으며, 인장과 압축에 대하여 비대칭적인 거동을 보이게 된다. 이러한 비선형 균열에 대하여 균열면에서 발생하는 고조파를 이용한 초음파 탐지 기법이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비선형 접촉면에서 발생하는 고조파에 대한 파라미터 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 일반적인 3차원 균열로 나아가기 위한 기초연구의 성격을 띄고 있다. 압축과 인장에 대해 각기 다른 선형 거동을 나타내는 접촉면을 가정하였고 1차원 문제를 고려하였다. 기본주파수 성분에 대한 2차고조파 성분의 비를 다양한 강성비, 입사파의 주파수, 접촉면의 두께에 대하여 조사 하였다.
