Dynamical Properties of Ring Connection Neural Networks and Its Application (환상결합 신경회로망의 동적 성질과 응용)

  • The intuitive understanding of the dynamic pattern generation in asymmetric networks may be useful for developing models of dynamic information processing. In this paper, dynamic behavior of the ring connection neural network in which each neuron is only to its nearest neurons with binary synaptic weights of ±1, has been inconnected vestigated Simulation results show that dynamic behavior of the network can be classified into only three categories: fixed points, limit cycles with basin and limit cycles with no basin. Furthermore, the number and the type of limit cycles generated by the networks have been derived through analytical method. The sufficient conditions for a state vector of n-neuron network to produce a limit cycle of n- or 2n-period are also given The results show that the estimated number of limit cycle is an exponential function of n. On the basis of this study, cyclic connection neural network may be capable of storing a large number of dynamic information.

  • Nonlinear Parabolized Stability Equations(NSPE) can be effectively used to study more throughly the transition process. NPSE can efficiently analyze the stability of a nonlinear region in transition process with low computational cost compared to Direct Numerical Simulation(DNS). In this study, NPSE in general coordinate system is formulated and a computer code to solve numerically the equations is developed. Benchmark problems for incompressible and compressible boundary layers over a flat plate are analyzed to validate the present code. It is confirmed that the NPSE methodology constructed in this study is an efficient and effective tool for nonlinear stability analysis.

  • Circular Bragg gratings(CBGs) canbe incorporated in most of the semiconductor laser devices because of the frequency-selective property applicable as an optical narrowband-pass filter in DWDM optical communications. In this paper, the optical filtering characteristics of CBGs are evaluated by a novel and simple analytic modal transmission-line theory(MTLT), which is based on Floquet-Babinet's principle. The numerical results reveal that this method offers a simple and convenient algorithm to analyze the filtering characteristics of CBGs as well as is extended conveniently to evaluate the guiding problems of circular multi-layered periodic structures.

  • 이동기기들이 늘어가고 있는 추세에서 기기들의 구성품인 디지털 회로들의 테스트 시간과 전력소모는 성능에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 테스트 시간을 줄이는 방법은 병렬 코어 테스트 방법으로 줄일 수 있으나, 다양한 코어들이 동시에 테스트 되면 많은 전력 소모를 야기 시킨다. 스캔 구조를 기반으로 한 회로에서 전력 소모는 테스트 데이터의 불필요한 천이에 의해 많이 발tod한다. 그러므로 스캔 체인을 수정함으로 인해 입력 값과 출력 간의 천이를 줄일 수 있다. 제안하는 스캔 체인의 수정은 스캔 셀의 재배치와 특정한 회로의 추가로 이루어진다. 또한 회로의 추가는 그에 적합한 그룹화를 시킴으로써 최소의 수를 결정한다. 천이 주기를 해석하여 효과적인 알고리즘을 세움으로써 최적의 스캔 체인구조와 그룹을 구함으로써 전력 소모를 최소화할 수 있다.

  • Dynamic simulation program for a smart UAV turbojet engine was developed. The transient simulation program utilized the CMP(Constant Mass flow) method and Euler integration method for integration of excess torque. The transient performance analysis was carried out by increasing from the idle to the maximum rotational speed of the gas generator. To observe engine dynamic behavior, fuel flow was monitored through a step and a ramp increase. When the fuel was increased as a step function the overshoot of the turbine inlet temperature exceeded the limit temperature.

  • 본 논문에서는 고주파 전류형 인버터를 제안하고 인버터의 출력방법에 대해 논하고 있다. 인버터의 출력제어 방법은 스위칭 소자에 인가되는 구동신호의 위상천이를 부여하여 위상천이에 따라 출력을 제어하고 있으며, 제한회로의 동작원리와 특성평가는 정규화 파라메타를 도입하여 기술하였다. 또한 회로설계에 필요한 출력특성은 수치해석에 의해 평가 자료를 도출하고 실험 장치를 제작하여 이론결과와 비교 검토하여 특성평가의 정당성을 입증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 p-수렴 천이요소의 층별이론을 사용하여 균열을 갖는 적층판의 팻취보강 효과에 대해 알아보았다. 이 모델의 면내 변위는 각 구간별로 연속인 선형변화로 가정하였고, 두께방향으로의 면외 변위는 일정한 상수로 가정하여 적용하였다. 변위장의 정의는 적분형 르장드로 다항식을 적용하였다. 또한 에너지 방출률법과 VCCT 방법을 사용하여 응력확대계수를 산출하였다. 수치적분은 별도의 외삽법 없이 각층별의 절점에서 방생하는 적분 값을 바로 얻을 수 있는 가우스-로바토 적분법을 사용하여 계산하였으며, 수치예제를 통해 제안된 모델의 정확도와 기존의 3차원 고체요소를 사용한 것보다 동일한 정확도를 얻기 위해 휠씬 적은 요소 및 자유도가 사용됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • A study is analyzed on the transient flow of supersonic diffuser and performed on the of supersonic diffuser with Computational Fluid Dynamic. The flow field of supersonic diffuser is calculated using Axisymmetric two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation with $k-{\epsilon}$ turbulence model. The transient simulation is compared in terms of mach number and temperature of vacuum chamber according to the chamber pressure of starting transient on Liquid rocket engine.

  • The generation mechanism of NAR is not yet understood. In the present study, an in-depth analysis of the computational results previously obtained by the authors is conducted to investigate the flow mechanism responsible for NAR. A theoretical analysis has also been performed to understand the gas dynamic features during transition from scramjet to ramjet mode. It is known that there exists a critical value of the fuel equivalence ratio at which the flow states at the inlet of isolator remain unchanged. An increase in the equivalence ratio over the critical value leads to a sudden change in the static pressure and the Mach number at the inlet of the isolator, which is responsible for the generation of NAR.

  • For the calculation of transonic laminar flow fields in cascades of turbomachinery, a finite volume method employing Jameson's Runge-Kutta integration scheme as a basic algorithm is presented. The cell-vertex scheme introducing half-spacing mesh cells is developed. For the velocity gradients in the stress terms the integration with divergence theorem is used for the average concept. Some numerical results show good agreement with experimental data.
