The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure the life satisfaction of after-school classes. For this purpose, utilizing the theoretical background and the findings of previous studies, 147 questions from eight factors were selected for the 1st draft and 67 questions were selected for the 2nd draft by reviewing the validity of the contents after consulting with eleven professionals. A preparatory survey and factor analysis was then conducted using 291 people and a total of 32 questions were extracted from four sub-factors. Exploratory factor analysis by principal component analysis was conducted and orthogonal rotation was conducted by means of the VARIMAX method. The reliability of the class environment, operation management, program and teacher relationship sector were found to be very high. It is suggested that this study can be of great benefit in developing a child-centered scale and it's reliability was also found to be high.

우리나라의 승강기 기술은 유럽, 미국, 캐나다의 기술표준을 도입함으로써 선진화를 꾀해오고 있으나, 초기의 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 품질서비스가 아직도 취약한 실정이다. 그 동안 서비스 품질의 정확한 구성요인을 파악하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔지만, 대부분 서비스품질의 구성요인들 중 기능적 품질에만 국한된 연구가 주류를 이루어 왔으며, 서비스품질 구성요소를 통합한 승강기 유지보수산업에 대한 실증적인 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 승강기 유지보수산업의 서비스 품질속성에 대한 고유속성과 척도 도출을 통해 경영성과 요인으로서의 고객만족도와 재무 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 중소벤처승강기 유지보수 산업의 서비스 품질 제고를 전략의 수립에 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This paper reviews popular measurement system indices and proposes a procedure for assessing a measurement system using two parameters with intraclass correlation and a factor for process capability. Methods: Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility(GR&R), precision-to-tolerance ratio(PTR), number of distinct categories, producer's and consumer's risks are employed to assess the measurement capabilities and discuss the relationships between measurement system metrics. Results: Two-dimensional plot by two parameters is presented to assess adequacy of the measurement system and process capability. A numerical example and previously studied case study are provided for illustration. Conclusion: The procedure proposed in this paper using two-dimension parameters provides a valuable procedure and helpful guidelines to quality and production managers in assessing the capabilities of a measurement system and choosing the needed actions to be the most benefit.

This study investigated the factors in evaluating internet shopping mall sites, and developed a self-report evaluation scale of such sites, This article identifies factors to determine criteria for evaluating the sites from the consumers' viewpoint. Eighty three items were extracted initially, which were then categorized as follows: \circled1 Type of business, \circled2 Navigation ease, \circled3 Technological level, \circled4 Design of sites, \circled5 Communication ease, \circled6 Information available, \circled7 Ease of access, and \circled8 Site security, Overall reliability coefficients were high in the individual domains ($\alpha$=.86 to $\alpha$=.95). Face validity and contents validity were demonstrated to be good, There were significant differences in the means of these categories. The results also show that the technological level is the most important in shopping mall sites evaluation. These results may be used not only as a tool to evaluate shopping mall sites but also as a guideline to improve the quality of a shopping mall site that is under development.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of hydraulic backwash load and porous ceramic media on the biological nitrogen removal efficiencies of a biological aerated filter. An upflow anoxic-oxic biological aerated filter(AO-BAF) with porous ceramic media can remove nitrogen by nitrification and denitrification in single unit. After the AO-BAF backwash, nitrogen removal efficiency was lowest and gradually increased to the steady state. Nitrification efficiency, however, showed the opposite result. It is likely that the biofilms are exposed to aerobic condition as the excess biofilms were sloughed off by backwashing

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the coastal nightscape of Yeong-Do in Busan in order to make an effective management plan of coastal nightscape. Firstly the coastal area of Yeong-Do has been divided 8 nightscape sections. And then the nightscape images of each section have been evaluated by volunteer subjects through SD(semantic differential) analysis method.

The Korean version of the Multidimensional Students' Life Satisfaction Scale for children(K-MSLSS) assesses children's subjective perceptions of Life Satisfaction(LS) in five conceptually relevant domains : Friends, School, Family, Living Environment, and Self. The purpose of the present study was to validate the five-factor structure of the K-MSLSS using Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) procedures by means of the AMOS 7.0 statistical program. Of the 681 children(10.5 years, SD=1.1) recruited from three public elementary schools in Seoul 431 children were the calibration sample and 430 children were the validation sample. Results of the analyses found that the five-factor structure of K-MSLSS is applicable for use with Korean children from 9-12 years of age regardless of gender.

This study developed the Creative Classroom Climate Scale(CCCS) for Elementary Students, verified its validity and reliability, and examined relationships among creative thinking, personality and motivation. Three professionals examined the content validity of the CCCS after the items were developed by the researcher. The CCCS and the Creativity Inventory for Young Students(CIS; Choe & Lee, 2004) were administered to 266 6th grade students. Results showed that the CCCS was valid and reliable including the sub-factors of Support, Trust, Tension, Playfulness, Conflict, Challenge and Communication. The sub-factors correlated significantly with total scores. CIS scores varied by the creative climate of the classrooms on the CCCS; creative motivation was especially influenced by classroom climate.

부산항 입항 및 출항 대기, 통과 선박의 중간 기항지로 이용되는 부산 남외항 대기 정박지는 N-1~N-5으로 구성되며 현재, 최대 90척이 동시에 정박 가능한 집단 정박지 지정방식으로 지정되어 있다. 부산 남외항 대기 정박지는 입 출항 선박 및 통과 선박, 급유선 등의 교통에 따른 충돌, 접촉 등의 해양 사고와 갑작스러운 돌풍 등 기상악화에 따른 충돌, 접촉 및 좌초 등의 해양 사고가 발생하고 있다. 부산 남외항 대기 정박지의 자연 환경, 이용현황, 기상, 입 출항 선박 및 통과 선박의 교통 흐름을 종합적으로 살펴보고 부산 남외항 대기 정박지에서 발생하는 해양사고를 분석하였다. 따라서 부산 남외항 대기 정박지의 운영상의 문제점을 찾고, 해상교통조사 설문조사 이론적 근거를 기초로 안전도 평가 시스템을 사용하여, 향후 개선방향을 제시하였다.

현재 우리나라는 보유 또는 지배선박이 약 1,000척, 3천만G/T로 노르웨이에 이어 세계 6위의 해운강국으로 성장하였다. 그리고 수많은 사관과 부원들이 다양한 선박에 승선하고 있으며 해운산업이 성장할수록 더 많은 선원들이 선박에 근무할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 IMO와 ILO 등에서는 선원들의 선박근무환경 및 휴식 등에 관해서 최소한만을 규정하고 있고, 이로 인하여 선원들이 높은 노동 강도에 시달리게 되고 피로와 스트레스가 누적되어 해양사고의 한 원인이 되고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 각 선박의 고유 특성과 운항환경 등으로 고려한 선박의 근무강도를 평가할 수 있는 요소와 지수를 개발하기 위하여 선박에 장기간 승선한 경험이 있는 응답자로 하여금 각 평가요소에 대하여 주관적으로 인지하는 선박의 근무강도를 평가하도록 하였다. 이 평가요소와 지수를 기반으로 선원들을 각 선원의 특성과 여건에 맞는 선박에 배정함으로서 선원들의 피로와 스트레스를 경감시켜 해양사고의 예방에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
