A new scale named LCL(Logically Classified Level) has been developed to judge the status of the spasticity quantitatively implementing a pcndulum test in this study. Total 30 parameters have been used to develop the new scale. One representative parameter that can represent the dominant characteristics of spasticity has been chosen through statistical analysis. 20 parameters among 30 parameters uscd in the statistical analysis were newly developed and 10 parameters were from previous studies. The new 20 parametcrs were developed using combinations of pcndulum test characteristics. ie anglc, angular velocity. musclo midel. and EMG. 11 parameters among 30 parameters have showed strong correlations each other, Finally. L11 that showed consistency at every case has been chosen to be a representative parameter among the 11 parameters. 28 patients data were separated into 4 groups. A regression equation to predict the trend of patients of L11 has been made. The paramcter L11 was tested to prove its usabilitics for various cases of patients. The new LCL scale is expected to be a quantitative scale, and to replace the MAS(Modified Ashworth Scale) that is not a quantitative scale. Especially it is also expected that the new scale could be used to plan a treatmcnt period. methods, and intensity. as it can evaluate the status of patient's in detail.

JACK$^{\circledR}$, SAFEWORK$^{\circledR}$과 같은 인간공학적 설계지원 시스템들은 인체모델의 눈 위치로부터 생성된 시야원추(view cone)를 이용하여 자동차 내장 설계의 시계성을 평가하여왔다. 그러나, 시야원추를 이용한 시계성 평가 방법은 내장 부품의 시야원추 내 존재 여부에 대한 시각적 판단으로 정성적 평가 결과만을 제공한다. 본 연구는 세분화된 눈과 머리의 회전범위를 이용하여 시계영역을 5 부분으로 구분하였고 각 부분에 1 ${\sim}$ 5까지의 점수를 할당하여 내장 설계의 시계성을 정량적으로 평가하는 척도를 개발하였다. 그리고, 다양한 크기의 인체모델들의 눈 위치에서 생성된 시계영역 이용하여 내장 부품들의 시계성을 정략적으로 평가하고 부품들의 상대적 중요도을 고려하여 종합적 시계성 평가 점수를 산출하는 시스템을 Microsoft$^{\circledR}$Access 를 이용하여 개발하였다.

본 논문은 ACE2000 시스템 소프트웨어의 Release 시점을 예측할 수 있는 최적 배포문제로, 시스템의 안정도를 평가해 볼 수 있는 측면에서 소프트웨어 최적 배포문제에 대해 살펴보고 평가기준을 제시하여 제품의 적기 공급 및 개발자원의 효율적 이용 측면을 분석한다. 즉, 신뢰성 평가척도와 개발 비용을 고려한 최적 배포문제를 기술하였다. 또 여러 가지 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장모델 중 지수형 모델을 근거로 한 소프트웨어 개발비용과 신뢰성 평가기준을 고려한 배포시기를 결정하여 보았다.

As the radiation is used in various fields, the number of radiation workers is on the increase and there has been an increasa in interest in the radiation worker's safety. In South Korea, it is focusing on securing safety of workers through KISOE system and owner's report. In advance study, We determined that in assessing the risks of securing safety for workers and businesses, the assessment of other items as well as exposure doses would be effective and develops the Radial Scale Analysis Model. So, data from the actual radiographic testing companies were applied to the radial scale analysis model to determine the risks of the actual companies. And, we selected 4 companies to confirm the applicability. Risk assessments of all 56 companies were conducted and improvements and inspections were anticipated for each company's problems. The results of the study are expected to be utilized by radiographic testing companies and regulatory for self-assessment and regulation criteria.

It is well known that one of essential features of psychiatric disability is vocational impairment. Since the year of 2000 when psychiatric disability was declared as one of disability categories in Korea, vocational rehabilitation programs have been actively administered. At this point, it is compelling that vocational evaluation serves as a means of screening out the most promising candidates, identifying their vocational deficits and strengths, designing the individualized vocational interventions, and evaluating vocational outcomes. Still, vocational evaluation for people with psychiatric disabilities has been more problematic than for any other group with disabilities. The authors argued that vocational evaluation for people with psychiatric disabilities should be based on a certain vocational rehabilitation model to address those problems. It is because there exists an indispensible relationship between the vocational rehabilitation model and vocational evaluation. In other words, the main purposes, measurement time points, and focus of vocational evaluation may depend on which of vocational rehabilitation models to make a choice of. In addition, the vocational rehab model(i.e., vocational readiness model or graduation model) underlying traditional vocational evaluation does not seem to work for people with psychiatric disabilities. Authors argued that accelerating model fits for psychiathric characteristics which are often unpredictable and turbulent. As a preliminary step of developing vocational functioning instrument incorporating the demand characteristics of the accelerating model, post-hoc analyses were done on data from a vocational functioning measure and the results were critically examined from viewpoints of accelerating model. For these purposes, discussions were made about a) general functioning of vocational evaluation, (b) relation between vocational rehabilitation model and vocational evaluation, (c) the reasons why the accelerating model is more appropriate to the characterstics of psychiatric clients than the graduation model, (d) post-hoc analytic results reviewed from viewpoints of accelerating model-based vocational evaluation This study is significant in that it attempted model-based, model-specific vocational evaluation as a preliminary step for developing vocational functioning assessment instruments ill future.

Self-Compassion(SCS) Scale is developed by Neff(2003a) and translated by Kim, Lee, Cho, Chae, Lee(2008). But, there is the limitation with validation SCS and Korean version Self-Compassion(K-SCS) performed in college students and the incoherence for the results of the scale's factor analysis in other countries. Therefore, this study examined the validity of factor structure in SCS based on data in 435 adult aged from 18 to 79. For this, we conducted exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and we examined the each adequacy of two-factor, tree-factor and six-factor model. The result of EFA supported six-factor and the result of CFA was the six factor model best as well.

최근 스마트폰과 같은 다양한 애플리케이션을 사용할 수 있는 모바일폰의 유행에 힘입어 모바일 애플리케이션 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 모바일 애플리케이션에서의 품질의 중요성도 점차 커지고 있다. 하지만 모바일 애플리케이션은 다양한 플랫폼이나 모바일폰의 제약사항에 따라 호환성이 떨어지는 특성을 가짐으로써, 다른 플랫폼에서 애플리케이션을 재사용시 해당 플랫폼이나 모바일폰의 제약사항에 따라 다시 개발해야하는 제약을 가지게 한다. 이런 재개발은 플랫폼의 특성이 플랫폼 별로 상이함에 따라 개발에 어려움을 겪게 하고, 이는 애플리케이션의 품질을 저하시키는 요인이 될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발함에 있어서, 플랫폼에 비종속적인 범용 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위해 고려되어야 하는 이식성 척도들과 기존 애플리케이션의 이식성 품질 평가 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 먼저 애플리케이션을 다른 플랫폼으로 이식할 때 고려되어야 하는 모바일 애플리케이션의 특성들을 확인하고, ISO/IEC 9126에서 정의한 소프트웨어 품질 특성 모델을 참조하는 이식성 척도를 도출함으로써 기존 애플리케이션에서 이식성을 평가하기 위한 방법을 설계한다. 이를 통해 모바일 애플리케이션의 타 플랫폼 이식 가능성을 확인함으로써 다른 플랫폼에서의 재개발 필요성과 노력 정도를 확인할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 이를 기반으로 모바일 애플리케이션의 타 플랫폼 이식 시, 수정되어야 하는 부분을 확인할 수 있도록 하는 자동화된 이식성 테스팅 툴을 연구하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study are to describe the process for the instrument construction and the development of scales on rating college students' adaptability and to analyze the technical qualities of the test. The primary goal of this study is to inform students and institutions what is needed to college student's adjustment process into university and college life. The scales are tested by specialty group and statistical methods, and finally composed of 142 items, which measures 8 scales, the academic integration, the social integration into college, career identity, emotional stability, learning condition's stability, relationship with professors, satisfaction degree of educational service, satisfaction degree of college education. This study analyzed 1,959 students' responses from 4 colleges and universities. This study confirms that the scales which this study developed show high concurrent evidence with the college student's adaptability inventory for Korean university and college students based on various development process, specially rapid great change of college. The result of factor analysis shows the evidence based on internal structures of the scales. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the subscales is .965, from 742 to .937. The prediction model to determine the possibility of dropout by 7 scales is statistically significant in .05, except learning condition's stability. According to CFA Model, RMSEA= .08~.09. dependence factor variance are explained by this study's CFA model. In conclusion, this study confirms that the scales which this study developed are valid and reliable instrument for Korean university and college students to predict their adaptability to college.

To develop high quality software, quality control plan is required about fault correction that is latent within software. We should describe fault correction profile properly for this. The tank and pipe model performs complex processes to calculate fault that is remove and escapes. Also, we have to know in which phase the faults were inserted, removed and escaped and know the fault detection rate at any phases. To simplify such complex process, this paper presented model to fault filtering concept. Presented model has advantage that can describe fault more shortly because need not to consider whether was involved in fault that escaped fault is inserted at any step at free step. Also, presented effort estimating model that do fetters in function of fault removal quality and productivity measure and is required in fault detection.

DRM software should conform completeness, correctness and appropriateness for the related function to protect digital right properly. Therefore, the systematization of functionality evaluation method based on the related standard is essentially required. In this paper, based on the software quality standard, I intended to construct a model to measure the quality about functionality including suitability, accuracy and interoperability of DRM software. To this, we developed functional suitability evaluation model by analyzing infra-technology of DRM software and quality requirements about functional suitability. I think that through this study, functionality criteria to enhance the quality level of DRM software. Through the accumulation of future evaluation practices, it is necessary to improve the suitability and validity of the DRM software functional suitability evaluation model.
