For the introduction of HACCP to industry food service, a survey was conducted from 150 dieticians and 40 managers on their recognition on HACCP system. The questionnaire of the survey included the status of current food safety management, management responsibilities, recognition on HACCP, problems in HACCP introduction. The majority of respondents was satisfied with the current food safety management, and the food service managers were more confident than dieticiant in terms of food safety. Foodservice managers (100%) and dieticians (96%) recognized HACCP system; however, they responded the application of HACCP to industry food service were only 27% and 12.5%, respectively. They pointed out the reasons that they cannot introduce HACCP to their industry food service were the lack of benefits and good facilities. Dieticians strongly recognized the need of correction oi food safety manasement in industry food service, compared with food service managers. The results suggest that the introduction of HACCP to industry food servife should be accomplislled by continuous education and information on food safety, improving facilities and a variety of benefits to HACCP-implemented companies from the government.

This study aims to examine the current status of and problems in records management by the person in charge of university records management and derive improvement measures to manage university processing and records management systematically. The study's results are as follows: first, administrative problems with processing and service, and second, issues arising from records management procedures, such as the production and registration of processing departments, notification of production status, transfer, cleanup and physical storage, and assessment and disposal, as well as the lack of knowledge and records management. In response, it was suggested that training is needed to improve processing and records management manuals, secure physical storage, strengthen administrative support for the division in charge, ensure the legitimate status of the person in charge of processing and records management in the division in charge, and enhance the recognition of records management by the person in charge and manager.

With the rapid development of information and communication technology, information exchange between ships and shore has become faster and more convenient, However, accessing ship information has also become easier and concerns about cyber security attacks are growing. When a ship suffers a cyber-attack, it may cause considerable damage and incurs enormous costs and time to repair. In response to this threat, the maritime industry now demands that a cyber security officer be assigned to each ship to take charge of cyber security management onboard. In order to reduce the damage cause by an attack and to respond effectively, a specialized training course for the ship's cyber security officer is required. The purpose of this study was to present a training course for the position of the ship's cyber security officer, and to highlight the necessity of amending current legislation, To this end, domestic and foreign trends, ship cyber security incident cases, and cyber security training courses were investigated, and based on the results a standard training course for a ship's cyber security of icer was developed. Additionally, recommendations on the related amendments to legislation ware established. The results of the study can be used as basic data to establish future training courses for cyber security officers.

Since 2003, Korean government went thru biggest and the most significant 'innovation' communicating the government itself as well as its policies. Following Jo's research design conducted in 2003 (published in 2004), this study adopted a longitudinal design to see how Korean government agencies have been changed by the president 'Noh' administration. The concept, 'encroachment' has been utilized to measure professional level of public relations departments of Korean government agencies. 'Encroachment' occurs when a communication department is managed by a person without proper experience or education/training in the field of public relations. After interviewing public relations managers (19 from central agencies, 16 from local government), encroachment has been found to be 'almost not changed' while, opportunities for professional 'on the job' training increased to a certain level.

지속적으로 발생하는 대형 해양사고에 대한 대처방안의 일환으로 진행된 국제해사기구에서의 조사 및 연구는 선박의 물리적 감항성 이외에 선박을 운영하는 인적자원의 과실에 주목하게 되었다. 이러한 인적과실에 대한 대처방안으로 1994년에 '1974년 SOLAS 협약'의 부속서로 '국제안전관리규약'이라고 하는 이른바 'ISM Code'를 채택하게 되었다. 우리나라는 1999년에 'ISM Code'를 구 해상교통안전법(현 해사안전법)에 관련 조항을 신설하여 시행하고 있다. 최근 개정된 해사안전법에서는 해운선사가 선박의 안전운항 및 해양환경보호를 위한 안전관리체제를 수립하고, 이를 이행하기 위한 사업장의 인적 구성원들이 갖추어야 할 요건에 대해서 규정하고 있다. 하지만 법률 이행당사자인 선박소유자 또는 안전관리대행업자 등은 조문내용을 해석함에 있어 명확하고 통일된 의견을 내지 못하고 있어 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 해사안전법상 안전관리책임자와 안전관리자의 자격기준 등에 관한 법률상의 문제점을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

제 3회 디지털도서관 컨퍼런스 및 전시회가 지난달 7일 전국 도서관 및 업게 관계자 450여명이 참석한 가운데 성황리에 막을 내렸다. 한국소프트웨어진흥원, 한국데이터베이스진흥센터, 전자신문 등이 주최한 이번 디지털도서관컨퍼런스 및 전시회는 '디지털도서관 구축과 운영'이라는 주제로 지난달 6일에서 7일까지 이틀간에 걸쳐 삼성동 코엑스 오디토리움과 대서양관에서 진행됐다. 특히 이번행사에는 전국 도서관 관장(책임자)들이 200명이나 참석해 빠르게 확산될 것으로 전망되는 디지털 도서관 구축사업에 대한 업계의 뜨거운 관심을 보여줬다. 디지털도서관컨퍼런스 및 전시회의 이모저모를 살펴봤다.

'CTO에게 듣는다' 네번째 주인공은 장종환 녹십자 부사장이다. 장종환 부사장은 서울대 화학과 졸업 후 미국 피츠버그대학교에서 구조결정학으로 박사학위를 받았다. 그후 아르곤국립연구소 연구원, 일리노이 대학교 약학대학 겸임교수, 듀폰제약 단백질 구조결정학 연구그룹 책임자, BMS 단백질 구조결정학 및 분자설계 연구그룹 책임자, BMS 리서치 펠로로 활동하다 지난 2005년부터 녹십자 CTO를 맡고 있다.

협회 정보화 기획팀은 지난 4월 2일 개인정보관리책임자 협의회 운영위원사 25개서 초청하여 개인정보보호에 대한 우수 사례 발표와 아울러 각종 방안에 대한 토론의 시간을 가졌다. 이날 간담회는 옥션의 탁수신 위원장을 좌장으로 하여, (주)넥슨 오제민 부장의 '개인정보보호 우수사례'발표에 이은 다양한 사례별 진단 및 대처 방안에 대한 토론으로 이어졌다. 갈수록 그 비중이 커져가는 '개인정보 보호' 그 최전선에 서 있는 CPO들의 진솔한 이야기들을 들어 보자.
