A Study on the Characteristics of Human Resources Required in Electronics Company (미래 융합기술사회에서 전자기업의 인재상 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of talents required in electronic companies in the 4th industrial revolution. we conducted a network analysis on the key talent of the companies presented in over 100 job announcements to companies in the electronics industry. The results of the study are as follows. First, electronic companies showed the most favored creative talents, preferring collaborative talent and challenging talent. Second, looking at the core definitions of talent, change, response, problem solving, performance creation, communication, challenge, professionalism, enthusiasm, development, aggressiveness and spontaneity were used. In other words, key keywords emerging from the 4th industrial revolution were being used continuously. Third, in the Centrality analysis, talented people who emphasize humanity also appeared. Based on the study, it suggested that manpower training of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Numerical Simulation of Surface Tension-Dominant Multiphase Flows by Using Volume-Capturing Method and Unstructured Grid System (비정렬격자계와 체적포착법을 사용한 표면장력이 지배적인 다상유동 수치해석)

  • A numerical method of the CSF(Continuum Surface Force) model is presented for the calculation of the surface tension force and implemented in an in-house solution code(PowerCFD). The present method(code) employs an unstructured cell-centered method based on a conservative pressure-based finite-volume method with volume capturing method(CICSAM) in a volume of fluid(VOF) scheme for phase interface capturing. The application of the present method to a 2-D liquid drop problem is illustrated by an equilibrium and nonequilibrium oscillating drop calculation. It is found that the present method simulates efficiently and accurately surface tension-dominant multiphase flows.

The Institutional Elements and Institutional Congruence of National and Local Accounting System (국가회계와 지방회계의 구성요소와 제도적 정합성)

  • This study aims to analyze the government accounting system of South Korea on the institutional complex and institutional congruence of new institutional theory and suggests policy reform for the system. I researched the literatures on the national and local accounting system and compiled research materials from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Interior and Safety, the Board of Audit and Inspection, and Government Accounting and Finance Statistics Center websites. Analysis showed that the government accounting system consists of various elements in institutional complex and the congruence level of national and local accounting system of South Korea is low in production, disclosure, and application of information. The suggestions of this study include: introducing accounting position recruitment, adopting government audit system, and improving cooperation between national accounting organizations and local accounting organizations for reliable information production; disclosing real time information and revealing information linking national and local accounting for transparent information disclosure; educating information user, providing accurate cost and available financial analysis indicators, introducing chief financial officer, and expanding range of consolidated national financial statements for information application.

On the Regional Embeddedness of Korean Firms in Daren City, China : With Special Reference to Management Practices (중국 대련시(大連市) 한국기업의 지역적 뿌리내림 특성 -경영관행을 중심으로-)

  • This paper aims to explore the characteristics of regional embeddedness of Korean firms in Daren City, China, with special reference to management practices. To achieve this goal, I attempt to analyze the type and structure of the firm, the structure of decision-making, labor practices, and the inter-organizational networks with the government, trade associations and the business supporting agencies. The major purpose of the investment in Daren by Korean firms is to penetrate and expand the local market. In line with this, the structure of decision-making by Korean firms tends to become increasingly autonomous, especially in terms of employment and marketing. However, the decision-making related to finance and accounting tends to be still highly controlled upon the headquarter in Korea. In addition, it is shown that Korean firms make a great effort to sustain the cooperative relationships with the local society and the local government.

  • SMEs in Korea are suffering from severe manpower shortage due to poor incentive system and employees' frequent change of jobs. So far, the government has made continuous efforts to solve these problems, but SMEs still have the same problem. It is critical for SMEs to maintain core employees for long term who can directly contribute to the business performance. However, Korean manpower policies for SMEs has mainly focused on hiring new recruits and attracting experienced high caliber employees to SMEs. Relatively, policies for attracting in-house employees to work for longer term were insufficient. This paper focuses on providing strategic policy options to make core employees stay in the company for longer term. For this, it identifies the concept and features of core employees and reviews the necessity of introducing the Mutual Aid Project. Also, it suggests the way to enhance the effectiveness of policy by analyzing current Mutual Aid Fund programs in Korea.

The Relationship between Collaboration Professor and Start-up of Undergraduate Students (산학협력중점교수와 대학생 창업 간의 관계)

  • The number of collaboration professors has significantly increased since the last decade, along with rapid technological developments and the necessity of entrepreneurial universities. Despite the expansion of collaboration professor recruitment, few empirical studies have examined the contribution of collaboration professors to university-industry collaboration. In particular, we do not have sufficient knowledge about the role of collaboration professors in the start-ups of undergraduate students, which is one of major duties of these professors. Following previous studies, this study constructs panel data of 203 universities explaining the proportions of collaboration professors, activities of undergraduate students, support of universities for students preparing new firms, and attributes of universities from 2017 to 2019. The results indicate that the percentage of collaboration professors is not statistically related with the start-ups of undergraduate students, whereas that of full-time professors working at organizations specializing in start-ups is positively and significantly associated with the number of new firms of undergraduate students. In addition, the percentage of students who had attended the start-up camps and the availability of financial support from universities for students who attempt to create new firms positively influence the start-ups of undergraduate students.

  • The police have executed the priority projects for the eradication of school violence as part of governmental comprehensive measures and the role of the police as law enforcement agencies to combat school violence is expected to be further strengthened. In this regard, this study proposes several alternative policies for police activities of school violence prevention. First, it is required to establish clear legal basis for activities of school police and recruitment and education programs to enhance their professionalism. Second, we must look for ways to ensure the accountability of parties involved in school violence such as school and parents. Third, it is necessary to promote 117 call actively which has comprehensive hotline function in school violence and enhance the professionalism of counselors for promoting the victim reporting. Finally, there is a need for differential police response according to the degree of risk of school violence.

  • Sometimes, the misjudgement of imperfect human can not be avoided because capital punishment is decided by a judicial officer, human. Dreiinstanzen system has been adopted to prevent misjudgement. However the possibility of misjudgement can not be entirely excluded in the judgement by a judicial officer as the judgement of a lower court and a higher tribunal depends on the specific criminal cases. And in case of capital punishment executed by misjudgement, it leads to a cruelty result which has not ways to recover the damage. There is an opinion that dangerousness of misjudgement is lacking in persuasiveness because of insufficient demonstration for the abolition of capital punishment. However, also, there is an opinion that the abolition of capital punishment in case of misjudgement is persuasive with reality. In this case, even if other punishments are discussed separately, once capital punishment is executed, it can be irrevocable unjustice because a nation itself commits a crime. According to this, I would like to find out causes of misjudgement in the criminal justice system through the cases of advanced countries, such as United states, Japan, which are rich in studies and case analysis related to misjudgement, and introduce their efforts to prevent misjudgement in this paper.

An Adaptation of Consistency Criteria for Applications in the Cloud (클라우드 환경에서 응용에 맞는 일관성의 적용)

  • In cloud computing, a enterprise or a client can use resources of computers that they are not own them. In case of Web 2.0 applications, such as Facebook, it is difficult to predict the maximum popularity of the service. But, the cloud computing may give a solution about this problem without high cost, thus becomes wildly popular. One of the advantage of cloud computing is providing a high availability. To provide the availability when the cloud computing that has shared-nothing architecture, strict consistency is not well with cloud computing. So, some consistency was proposed including the eventual consistency that was weaken the traditional consistency and has been adopted to many cloud applications. In this paper, we observe various consistency criteria that can adjust to cloud computing and discuss about some consistency that can be adapted to many applications of cloud computing.

A Empirical Study on the Employee's Workplace Satisfaction for Internal Marketing by Group Based Demographic Aspects (내부마케팅을 위한 인구통계특성별 종업원 그룹의 직장만족 영향요인 연구)

  • Recently the company is getting bigger and has many employees. Therefore, sometimes, the uniform internal marketing devices for whole employees are inappropriate because they are different demographic aspects. To find efficient internal marketing factors, this paper analyzes empirically the determinants of employee's satisfaction to their firm, by group based demographic aspects(male and female : 2 groups, ages : 3 group, employment period : 3 groups), for a insurance claim adjuster company As a result, it is found that the psychological factor has the statically significant determinant in all the 8 groups, with biggest positive coefficient in the 7 groups. Other factors, such as the organizational factor, the individual factor and spatial factor are statically significant determinant depending on the groups differently.
