본 논문에서는 최근 제한적으로 사용이 승인된 UWB(초광대역： Ultra-Wideband) 통신을 AWGN 하에서 다중 접속을 고려하지 않은 단일 사용사일 경우로 가정시, M진 값이 변화함에 따른 에러율과 성능 개선 기법으로 BCH를 채용시의 에러율을 비교 분석하였다. 기존에 연구되어 오던 변조로 PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation)과 PPM(Pulse Position Modulation)방식을 비교하였으며 에러율 $10^{-6}$을 기준으로 M=2, 4일 경우 PAM이 PPM보다 약 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ =3~4［dB］, M=8 이상의 경우 PPM이 약 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ =9［dB］, M=16일 경우 약 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ =15［dB］정도 성능이 우수하였다. AWGN 채널 하에서 에러 정정 부호인 BCH(15,7)를 도입하였을 경우 에러율 $10^{-6}$을 기준으로 PAM방식은 약 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ 가 약 1［dB］, PPM 방식은 M=2, 4일 경우 약 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ =1~1.5［dB］정도 개선되었다.

NPC 인버터는 높은 효율과 우수한 출력 THD로 계통연계 시스템에 많이 채용되고 있다. 이때 LCL필터는 계통연계 기준을 만족하면서 가격과 부피측면을 고려하여 인덕턴스와 캐패시턴스는 가능한 작게 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 계통연계형 NPC 인버터에서 PWM기법을 고려하여 계통전류의 고조파 기준을 만족하면서 설계자가 독립부하 전압리플, 인덕터 부피, 무효전류량, 시스템 대역폭에 가중치를 적용할 수 있는 LCL필터 최적설계 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the flow of personnel management in the Joseon Dynasty through Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's Mokminsimseo, and to understand how it is being used not only in modern administrative organizations but also in social welfare organizations. As a result, first, first, among the human resource management areas of the Joseon Dynasty, the area occupied the most was related to integrity. These are the contents that are widely used in evaluation methods and scope, value standards, and use of evaluation today. Second, regarding the recruitment and recruitment of talents in the Joseon Dynasty, various methods were presented to enhance the appropriateness, fairness of hiring, and the effectiveness of hiring human resources. This has significant implications even today as it specifically mentions the appropriate appointment and scale of human resources, emphasizing that personnel is everything. Finally, This is different from the human resource management of the Joseon Dynasty in that it is being converted to a compensation paradigm rather than discipline as a way to inspire the motivation of workers today and increase work efficiency. In addition, professionalism was emphasized in the education and training of public officials, and the maintenance of dignity and leadership in body and mind is emphasized, showing that even today, the virtues required of workers in public organizations, including social welfare organizations, are being maintained.

Cloud computing is a new paradigm that adopts a pay-as-you-go business model. So, clients can ues the various resources, although they have not own the resources. Already, three big players of IT industry, namely Amazon, Google and Microsoft, develop the many applications for cloud computing. In this paper, we describe the data consistency requirements for cloud computing. Data characteristics of cloud computing is replicated, distributed and large-scaled. And consistency and availability of data cannot be satisfied simultaneously. In this paper, we categorized the applications of cloud computing, and describe requirements of consistency criteria for applications. With this result, we can make the base of consistency criteria that can be adapted for cloud computing, in the near future.

In this article, reference voltages in a general flash ADC are not obtained from a series of resistors but floating gates. When a behavior model simulation was performed in a pipelined ADC including the suggested flash ADC as a result of an ADC's overall function, it showed results that SNR is approximately 77 dB and resolution is 12 bit. And more than almost 90% showed INL within ${\pm}0.5$ LSB, and like INL, more than 90% showed DNL within ${\pm}0.5$ LSB.

We presented a channel model for the inter vehicle radio link including the reflection from the road surface, side road vehicle and concrete wall. Then we theoretically derived the path loss and delay profile characteristics using the Ray tracing method efficiently analyzing millimeter wave or optic wave. Finally, we shown the improvement of propagation characteristics by diversity techniques, BCH coding and convolution coding techniques. At the result, MRC diversity techniques and BCH coding can't obtained PER = $10^{-6}$ which is considered to be data service criterion. But, we knew that Packet Error Rate Characteristic can obtained PER = $10^{-6}$, which is considered to be data service criterion, when convolution coding scheme are adopted in Rician fading.

This study examined the effects of college students' voluntary delayed graduation for employment preparation on their employment outcomes. For this purpose, the data were obtained from the 2014 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). First, the study analyzed the effects of college students' voluntary delayed graduation for employment preparation on their employment status. Second, the study investigated the effect of college students' voluntary delayed graduation for employment preparation on the wage of their first job. The results showed that students who experienced leave for employment preparation were more likely than others to be employed. In addition, those students who delayed their graduation for employment were more likely than others to earn higher wages on their first job. From these findings, this research shows that firms should present specific criteria of recruitment for job applicants. In addition, the colleges should enhance the short term program for work experience during higher education. Finally, the government should intervene in dual labor market to reduce the inequality and decrease the college students' anxiety about their first-job.

This is a descriptive study to identify the importance and satisfaction on nursing core competencey(NCC) for the clinical practical centered nursing education curriculum revision. The subjects were 136 staff nurses and nurse managers at A and B hospitals in K city. The data were collected from December 1 to 15, 2012. It were analyzed using the SAS program through t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test. There was a significant differences in the score of the importance and satisfaction on NCC within nurses(t=12.64, p<0.0001) and within nurse managers(t=6.20, p<0.0001). Also there was higher in the score of importance on professional knowledge and personality area of the NCC, But there was the most lowest in the score of satisfaction on foreign language skills. Therefore education and health care systems should work closely to promote professional competency of nurses and to strengthen the liberal arts education, including personality and foreign language skills of students nurses.

본 논문에서는 보상기를 채용하여 안정성을 확보한 적응순환필터인 ACHARF(Adaptive Compensated Hyperstable Adaptive Recursive Filter)를 사용하여 잡음제거를 통한 음성의 음질개선을 DSP 프로세서를 통하여 구현하였다. 실험에서는 TI사의 최신 DSP 프로세서인 TMS320C6413와 스테레오 오디오 코덱인 TLV320AIC23을 탑재한 Evaluation board를 사용하였다. 2개의 입력마이크를 이용하여 음성신호와 기준 잡음신호를 별도로 수집하여 알고리즘을 수행하였으며, 실험 결과로 음질개선 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해서 시스템의 성능개선의 핵심은 입력으로 들어오는 음성신호와의 상관도가 가능한 적은 잡음신호를 수집하는 방법이라 생각되며 앞으로 이에 대한 연구가 필요하겠다.

꾸준하게 성장하던 휴대폰 시장이 2009년 글로벌 경제위기로 인하여 역성장을 기록하게 되었다. 경제위기에 따른 소비위축이 큰 원인일 수도 있지만 혁신적인 내용이 없는 휴대폰만 쏟아져 나왔다는 생각이 든다. 애플의 아이폰이나 구글의 안드로이드를 채용한 다양한 스마트폰의 등장은 혁명이었다. 다양한 어플리케이션은 여러 분야의 시스템을 바꾸게 했으며 사람들의 생활패턴을 바꾸기도 했다. 결국 스마트폰의 등장은 휴대폰 시장을 2009년에 비해서 2010년에 30% 이상 성장시키는 역할을 하였다. 이러한 성장세는 2012년까지 이어지고 있으며 휴대폰 연간 판매량은 단말기 대수 기준으로 약 20억개(스마트폰은 25~30% 수준), 휴대폰 누적 가입자 수는 약 60억명이 예상되고 있다. 휴대폰 시장의 약 40~50% 정도가 중국, 인도, 브라질 등 신흥시장이라고 보았을 때, 특히 스마트폰의 성장성은 더 크다고 할 수 있겠다.
