기업가형 리더로 거듭나라

  • 변화의 속도가 빠르고 불확실성이 높은 경영 환경 하에서, 기업가정신이 발휘되지 않는 기업은 혁신 마인드가 소멸하게 되고 결국 늙어 사라질 위기에 처할 가능성이 높다. 끊임없이 새로운 기회를 찾아 신 성장 엔진을 발굴하고, 사업 방식이나 업의 개념을 근본적으로 다시 생각하는 기업가정신의 중요성은 새삼 강조할 필요가 없을 것이다. 그렇다면, 과연 우리 기업들의 현 주소는 어떠한가? 안타깝게도 최근에 기업가 정신의 쇠퇴를 우려하는 목소리가 부적 늘고 있다. 기업들의 위험 기피 성향이 점점 확산되고 있어 심지어 ‘무기력 증후군’ 에 빠질 위험이 있다고 경고하는 이들도 있다. 원화 절상, 유가 급등, 내수 침체 등 제반 경제 여건이 어려워지면서 단기 실적만을 중시하는 경영 형태, 위험을 기피하려는 보수적 경영 분위기가 확산되는 조짐이 일고 있는 것이다. 기업가의 책무를 '창조적 파괴' 라고 이야기했던 슘페터는 어려운 시기일수록 이를 극복할 수 있는 가장 현실적인 방법은 기업가정신의 발현이라고 강조하였다. 오늘날의 경영 여건을 볼 때 기업가정신의 발목을 잡는 요소들이 많은 것도 사실이지만, 지금이야말로 그런 외부 여건 탓만을 하기 보다는 기업가 본연의 의무인 도전과 혁신에 매진해야 할 때인 것 같다. 이에 기업가정신의 발현을 가로막는 잘못된 통념들에서 벗어나 기업가정신이 충만한 리더로 거듭나는 사고의 일대 전환을 모색해 본다.

  • 지금까지의 초등 컴퓨터 교육은 파워포인트나 워드 엑셀과 같은 어플리케이션교육 즉 컴퓨터의 원리교육 보다는 활용교육에 중점을 두어 왔다. 하지만 정보화 시대에 살고 있고 더욱 발전된 정보의 홍수 속에서 살아가야 하는 아동들에게 이제 더 이상 컴퓨터의 활용에 중점을 두기 보다는 컴퓨터를 구성하는 원리를 파악하고 그 원리를 통하여 새로운 것을 창조해내는 창의적인 사고를 심어줄 수 있는 교육을 할 필요성이 절실하다. 컴퓨터를 구성하는 다양한 시스템에는 여러 가지 과학적인 원리가 들어 있으며 이러한 원리들은 우리 실생활에서 쉽게 접근하고 생각을 할 수가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 생활 속에서 발견할 수 있는 컴퓨터의 원리들로 접근을 시도하여 컴퓨터의 원리를 파악하고 나아가 새로운 생각과 사고로 컴퓨터 원리에 대한 사고의 확장과 창의성을 신장 시킬 수 있는 '창의적인 교육자료'를 개발 하고자한다.

  • In the perspective of hybrid, design contains confused forms and styles. Thus, the question is what 'decisively affects' on life, happiness and peace of human beings: In the past scientific ecology that tries to solve the problem in the aspect of functional design was important. Now the question is beyond the scientific ecology because human has a different way of environmental adaptation from animals. From this point of view, design is defined as something beyond materialistic standard. Terry Eagleton said, 'Creative ability deviating oneself and transcending is the very standard to measure human beings' A tendency to hybridize one's own section off genre or pursuing dismantlement is found on such creative perspective. In other words, it focuses on making a space of human's cultural behavior by unifying creatively natural environment and architecture space in the organic aspect. Such phenomenon provides a new chance and possibility in environmental design through a new molding experiment according to the development of digital technology. As experiments of environment design using digital technology are actively implemented, ecological and cultural views hybridize to create a new cultural space of various functions and features. Such experiment in environment design highlights the connections of ecological view, recognition of value, and relation-centered ideas, and enables a tool pursuing a new cultural development. This study focuses on the paradigm of such digital hybrid design and purposes to set the system by analyzing the application styles and principles of environment design through theoretical and case studies. In addition, it promotes a new possibility to develop environment design in the history of civilization.

교육기관의 마케팅 패러다임 변화에 대한 고찰

  • 본 연구는 비영리기관인 교육기관에 있어서 마케팅 패러다임이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지에 대한 포괄적인 내용을 검토해 보는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 마케팅개념이 주로 영리기관을 중심으로 소비자의 욕구만족이라는 개념으로 받아들여져 기업은 내적으로 효율적인 생산과 제품에 초점을 두는 경영철학을 견지하면서 기존의 마케팅 패러다임인 마케팅믹스 사고로 접근해 왔다. 그러나 최근 기업이 성장 발전하기 위해서는 고객의 현재적 욕구뿐만 아니라 잠재적 욕구까지도 미리 찾아내어 충족시킴으로 고객을 창조하고 더 나아가 고객을 감동시키고 지속적 관계유지를 위한 마케팅 패러다임으로 이동하고 있다. 비영리기관인 교육기관에 있어서도 마케팅개념의 도입과 전개과정은 영리기관의 마케팅패러다임의 변화와 일치하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육기관에 있어서 기존의 마케팅믹스 사고로 접근한 비영리 마케팅과 서비스마케팅을 재음미 해보고 새로운 통찰력을 제시해 주고 있는 마케팅패러다임의 변화와 새롭게 등장한 관계마케팅을 비영리기관인 교육기관에의 적용에 대해서 향후 구체적 연구에 대하여 문제제기를 하고 있다는 점에서 큰 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Media-Aesthetical approach to the Computer-based Layer (컴퓨터 기반의 레이어(layer)에 대한 매체미학적 분석)

  • The recent aesthetical argument has been focusing on the interrelation between art and media. Now media is a kind of creative activity and dynamic factor which comprises aesthetic perception in itself compared to that of the past linear thingking era that was just a means of proving presence. Norbert Bolz, a leading media-aesthetician, puts the emphasis on the transformation of image, not the its dupe. He urges that this artistic form does not deliver the image of object, but means the objectless image itself. Therefore creativity is caused by an effect of a optional technic in the stage of technological environment where is under the control of the non-linear thingking system. In this context, this essay investigates to confirm the above mentioned aestheical views by analyzing the computer based layer as an detailed example, and to illuminate the designers creative activity where is deemed to be under its radical influence. Therefore it can be dedicated to the extension of the theoretical background in design, bridging between two practices accor ding to the Bolz's notion that the new aesthetical concept should be accompanied by ' the Design Science ', that is centered on the new media.

  • Developing cultural contents in cultural creativity industry is very practical process recently. Research about Jeju's legend and myth should be the basic theory for cultural contents development based on local cultures. Jeju Naewotdang Musindo 10 gods paintings are unique colored pictures, appointed as Jeju folklore material No.7 and national important folklore material No. 240. Jeju-Do is remained the springhead of absorbed into unique culture for a long time because of Jeju's geographical environment condition. Jeju Musindo could be related with the symbol of Jeju's myth images and the springhead of emotions of our typical country people. It would be analysed by Wucius Wong's design style theory for approaching visual image and symbolic meaning. This research about Jeju Naewotdang Musindo 10 gods paintings could provide design analysis methodology for further theoretical studies about Jeju's legend and myth for Jeju's unique cultural contents.

  • Contemporary society demands the ability to cope with the change competitively to the designer which is being accelerated of change and various media are emerging. The web design field which is one of the core design industry field of the contemporary society is needing the conversion from manufacturing technology specialization into creative design development composition. Generally, creative design development ability can be learned by studying. So, creativity development education is needed to develop creative design. Creative thought training is perceived as the core condition for competitive design and the education method for this is being proceeded multiply. But the study for design concept is lacking concretely. By this, this paper is to study the model which helps setting the design concept deduction creatively by instigating new ways of thought. The concept development process suggested in the study procedure systemizes the course for creative web design concept deduction and expects it to be utilized in design development to reinforce competitiveness.

IS 분야 신입 사원에게 필요한 지식과 기술에 대한 채용 담당자와 전공 교수간의 인식차에 대한 탐색적 연구

  • IS/IT 분야 신입사원에게 필요한 지식/능력과 소프트웨어 전문 기술에 대하여 인사채용 담당자와 IS/IT 관련 학과 전공교수간의 인식차를 조사하였다. 조사 결과 IS/IT 지식/기술 영역에서는 개인적인 능력에 속하는 ‘동기부여’, ‘창조직 사고’, ‘비판적 사고’ 등에 두 그룹 모두 높은 점수를 주고 있는 등 두 그룹간에 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 IS/IT 소프트웨어 기술 영역에서는 전공 교수는 객체지향 언어, 모델링 언어 등 현재 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 주제에 중요도를 높게 두는 반면, 인사채용 담당자는 대부분 중간값 근처로 응답하여 특별히 중요시 여기는 주제가 드러나지 않았다. 따라서 인사채용 담당자의 경우 변화의 필요는 느끼지만 아직 구체적으로 어떤 분야에 어떻게 대웅을 해야 하는지에 대해서는 명확히 하고 있지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Interior Design Process as Creativite Thinking (창조적 사고체계로서의 실내디자인 과정에 관한 연구)

  • A study was performed for combination active process between the academical theory and practical design process based on creative thinking process in interior desigv. At first, it was investigated the concepts and characteristics of creativity combined with creativite process of thinking, and also scientific and art characteristics on interior design to be educated together with logical and esthetical concepts required for creative thinking process. In reference with above process, it was systematically established stepwise process of interior design with creative thinking system. As a resualt, creativity in interior design could develop a unique design process combined informations about knowledge and experiences with actual acquirements by individual's experiences. So interior design could be approachable and developed with open-mind and consistently scientific methodology. Also creativity power of interior design could be solved by strategic knowledge acquired by practical experiences and problem solving capability in special branches. Like this, all design activities, including interior design, would be accomplished theoretical background and actual design process under the concepts of practical intension and use. So it would be made creative products by means of detail adapation process based on the theoretical atmosphere, therefore it'll be strongly based on the hardnessing of theoretical value and power. Theory for design process referred to environmental concepts, so including interior design, would not be terminated as for theoretical concepts but be responsible for future of well-developed design by accomplishment of various design adaption method for practical purpose and objectives.

Reanalysis of Realistic Mathematics Education Perspective in Relation to Cultivation of Mathematical Creativity (현실적 수학교육 이론의 재음미 : 수학적 창의성 교육의 관점에서)

  • Cultivating mathematical creativity is one of the aims in the recently revised mathematics curricular. However, there have been lack of researches on how to nurture mathematical creativity for ordinary students. Perspective of Realistic Mathematics Education(RME), which pursues education of creative person as the ultimate goal of mathematics education, could be useful for developing principles and methods for cultivating mathematical creativity. This study reanalyzes RME from the points of view in mathematical creativity education. Major findings are followed. First, students should have opportunities for mathematical creation through mathematization, while seeking and creating certainty. Second, it is vital to begin with realistic contexts to guarantee mathematical creation by students, in which students can imagine or think. Third, students can create mathematics in realistic contexts by modelling. Fourth, students create the meaning of 'model of(MO)', which models the given context, the meaning of 'model for(MF)', which models formal mathematics. Then, students create MOs and MFs that are equivalent to the intial MO and MF given by textbook or teacher. Flexibility, fluency, and novelty could be employed to evaluate the MOs and the MFs created by students. Fifth, cultivation of mathematical creativity can be supported from development of local instructional theories by thought experiment, its application, and reflection. In conclusion, to employ the education model of cultivating mathematical creativity by RME drawn in this study could be reasonable when design mathematics lessons as well as mathematics curriculum to include mathematical creativity as one of goals.
