Evaluation of the Life and Job Satisfaction of Indie Musicians (인디 뮤지션의 삶과 직업 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • Academic interests have long left from the field of indie musicians, despite of their social and cultural values. This also means indie musician policies have enjoyed lack of evaluation. Main purpose of this study is to understand the indie musicians' environment, music activities and their job satisfaction by employing online survey method which were conducted over 105 Korean indie musicians. Survey results show that indie musicians feel the lack of performing facilities that can hold over 50 seats. Indie musician group with experience of 6 years and more has more chances of performing at big facilities. This group also tends to play more often, and earn more money from music activities. Also, analysis shows that satisfaction level of Indie musicians is affected by two factors - music activities and social reputation. From the results, we can conclude that indie musician policy needs to build grounds to harmonize supports from various field rather than play as a single supporter. Patriarchal attitude that government should do and can do everything is no more in effective at least in indie music field.

The Perception of Elementary Pre-service Teachers on the Convergence Program through 'Making a Shadow Book' Activity ('그림자 북 만들기' 활동을 통한 초등 예비교사들의 융합 프로그램에 대한 인식)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the perception of elementary pre-service teachers about convergence program after conducting 'Making shadow book using my creative story' activity. The program consists elementary pre-service teachers to creat their own stories and using them to make a "shadow book." The program was conducted on 52 elementary pre-service teachers for eight weeks. After the end of the program, they were examined for their perception of the convergence program with the Likert scale questions and essay questions. The analysis results of the Likert scale questions showed that they scored very high on the objectives, contents and methods of the program, and the satisfaction, necessity and willingness to re-participate were also high. In addition, the analysis results based on keywords of essay questions about how the program operates, and its advantages and improvements made it possible to categorize them into instructional content, convergence education, teaching competency, thinking ability, psychology, and emotional experience. Through this study, we could see that by experiencing the convergence program ran by cooperative professors of different majors, elementary pre-service teachers naturally recognized the meaning, importance and necessity of convergence education, understood the contents of related subjects easily, and improved teaching competency. But, they also mentioned various improvements due to the situation of non-face-to-face classes.

시니어 극단의 현황과 사례 연구 - 일본의 경우를 중심으로

  • 본 논문은 일본의 시니어 극단 현황과 구체적인 사례를 조사하여 고령화 사회에 있어서 그 의미와 역할의 가능성을 고찰하는 데에 목적이 있다. 특히 최근 국내에서도 시니어 연극제가 개최되는 등, '노인 극단'이라는 이름 아래 고령자들이 직접 참여하는 연극 프로그램이 개발되고 있다는 점에서, 일본의 사례는 참고할만한 사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 우선 일본의 시니어 극단들의 활동 상황, 그리고 이렇게 활성화된 배경에는 어떠한 요소가 있는지 고찰해보았다. 일본 연극계에 이미 오랜 기간 연극을 즐기는 시니어 관객층이 존재했고, 또 주요 극단들이 그들을 주요 타깃으로 한 전략개발과 서비스가 행해지고 있었다는 점은 국내 상황과 다른 부분이었다. 그러나 니나가와 유키오 연출가가 이끄는 '사이타마 골드시어터'의 창단과 그 성과는 커다란 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 보인다. 전위적인 희곡을 가지고, 일본뿐 아니라 유럽과 아시아에서 예술성을 인정받은 극단이기 때문이다. 작품 활동뿐 아니라 실질적인 운영 내용을 파악하기 위해, 제작자와 배우의 인터뷰를 실시한 결과, 사실상 젊은 극단들과 차이가 없다는 사실도 알 수 있었다. 이러한 사례는 시니어 극단이 가질 수 있는 가능성의 범위를 넓혔다는 점에서 매우 유의미하다. 국내의 시니어 연극계에 긍정적인 자극이 되기 바라며, 보다 더 많은 데이터를 수집하는 것을 금후 과제로 한다.

  • 지적 장애인은 제한된 활동 환경 범위의 제약으로 인해 자기 신체 구조에 맞는 운동법을 접할 기회가 적고, 각자의 건강 상태와 신체 구조에 따라 운동할 때 세심한 요구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 지적 장애인을 대상으로 비만 관리에 대한 필요성 인지 및 신체 활동량을 늘리기 위한 개인 맞춤형 운동 루틴 추천 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템을 구성하기 위해 먼저 대한장애인체육회에서 제공하는 건강 상태, 신체 정보, 장애 유형 및 등급 등의 데이터를 분석하였다. 또한, 웹 사이트에서 장애인의 입력 정보가 들어오면 TF-IDF 벡터를 산출하고, 다른 사용자와의 코사인 유사성을 분석해 운동 루틴을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 추천 시스템을 통해 지적 장애인을 대상으로 맞춤형 건강관리에 대한 인식 향상 및 건강권 보장, 운동 효율 증진 등을 기대할 수 있다.

A Study on Korean-American Writer Hong-Eun($1880\~1951$) focusing on Mong-yu siga(Traditional Korean Poetry, gasa and sijo of strolling in the dream) (재미작가 홍언의 몽유가사$\cdot$시조에 나타난 작가의식)

  • This study is an exploration of a Korean-American writer, Hong-Eun's Mong-yu siga. Hong-Eun immigrated to the United States during the colonial rule of the Japanese government. He was a publisher of The New Korea Times, and contributed various literary works to it. The purpose of this study is to analyze his two Mong-yu sigas published in 1935 and 1947 and elucidate their meanings. Using dream as a primary motif, the intention of Mong-yu mode is to achieve desire which is impossible to reach in reality. While his staying in the United States, Hong-Eun could not return his home country for two reasons, that is, political and financial ones. To return Korea desperately, he wrote sigas by adopting Mong-yu mode. His first attempt was reflected as eight pieces of consecutive poetries titled This Mountain In My Dream, I am Home. This Mountain was published on the 25th of April, 1935 and In My Dream, I am Home was contributed from May the 9th of 1935 to July the fourth of the same year. These works were published in the The New Korea Times' poetry column under the pen name of Donghae-soboo , Representing gasa of the enlightenment era, this poetry depicts historical identity of Chosun dynasty, especially focusing on before and after the 1900s. As a result of it, the poetry sketches the ideology of the Middle Ages. His second attempt was A Country and Hometown written as a form of prelude on the 25th of September, 1947. In addition, A Country in My Dream was published as a form of six pieces of consecutive poetry from October the second to November the sixth of 1947. He chose sijo as a major form of poetry, and the image of the poetry seemed to be the continuation of his first attempt. Confronting the reality of the his own country which is divided, the writer expresses his antagonism toward America and Russia. Although he could eventually return his country later, he rationalized himself by saying that his it is not the ideal place to go. Mong-yu mode is a traditional poetic technique which the intellectuals of the Middle Age used to use as one pattern of allegory. In addition to this, in the period of the enlightenment of Korea, Mong-yu was used to avoid the Japanese censorship and experiment on the diverse ways of writing. In terms of literary history, the significance of Hong-Eun's creation of Mong-yu sigas is that Hong-Eun shares the same intention with Korean intellectuals of the enlightenment period.

A Study on Creative Music Drama Teaching Plans for Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers using Piano Ensemble - Focusing on 'Peter & The Wolf' - (피아노앙상블을 활용한 예비유아교사의 창의적 음악극 지도 방안 - 피터와 늑대를 중심으로 -)

  • Nowadays, the trend of early childhood education has focused on finding educational activities to enhance quality of learning with integrative, learner-centered experience by combining each subject and domain. Pre-service early childhood teacher's music drama activity is a sort of integrated education including literature, instrumental music, play, art and movement that are included in the culture and art for preschoolers to help them understand role and value of the art and directly influence personality and creativity and motive to arouse interest in various learning directly. It's expected to see that development of creative teaching plan for the music drama using piano ensemble could support basic research in integrated educational activity in the teacher training course and also, activate the music drama activity. Research findings and suggestion are as follows. First, the music drama activities are systematically and step-by-step implemented according to the audience according to the cooperative learning and creative plans of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, if understanding characteristics of casts in the music drama and assigning their roles efficiently, it enhances approach of pre-service early childhood teacher music drama activity and activate it. Third, making music in music drama activities can be composed and arranged to suit the musical literacy and level of pre-service early childhood teacher. Fourth, pre-service early childhood teachers could have integrated experience and evaluation efficiently in the short term to use as reference for the teaching plan and data for the music drama.

  • 뮤지컬 문화공연 시장 규모의 확대로 인해 다양한 뮤지컬 작품을 관객들은 원하고 있으며, 이에 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠의 OSMU의 활용이 중요하다. 이러한 활용방안으로 첫째, 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠는 역사, 설화, 문학, 국악, 영상(드라마), 영화, 무용, 댄스 등의 다양한 소스(작품)들의 상호 조합으로 새로운 멀티 유즈로의 활용이다. 따라서 뮤지컬의 문화공연 콘텐츠의 OSMU의 활용을 위해서는 다양한 뮤지컬 소재의 발굴과 함께 문화공연 작품의 창작 활동이 중요한 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 이미 작품화 된 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠는 다양한 부가가치 가지므로 공연 관련 상품을 가공, 판매를 하는 OSMU로의 활용이다. 이에 공연 기획 단계에서부터 부가 상품 판매에 대한 체계적인 마케팅 전략을 별도로 수립, 티켓 판매만이 아닌 다양한 부가 상품 개발을 통해 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠를 다양한 상품의 형태로 재 판매하는 OSMU 활용 방안이 필요하다.

  • Entering the 21st century, the production environment and system of film art were very rapidly implemented from analog to digital. In such a process, the development and change of imaging technology have had a profound effect on the expressive modalities of visual aesthetics. However, in-depth discussions on how the existing analog aesthetic has been implemented into the digital environment are somewhat insufficient. In this study, Iwai Shunji's latest film , which continues to carry out remarkable creative activities across the analog and digital ages, specifically examines what 'Iwai aesthetics' he has pursued since the analog era is revealing in the digital age. Methodically, Iwai Shunji's transition from analog to digital age was examined and his digital film was approached and analyzed from three aesthetic perspectives : 'Light', 'Composition', and 'Space and Point of View'.

  • This study tried to suggest the development of a writing education model for Christian Universities based on both Hobbs' media education model and Vanhoozer's media text analysis model. This model consists of 6 steps- Christian worldview establishment, access, analysis and evaluation, creation, reflection and social action. This was developed in order to be applied for the class "reading and writing" of liberal arts. Also, this is an appropriate model for media text writing education aiming at an alternative creation activity through a critical comprehension of the complex texts consisting of sounds, images, letters and so on. Furthermore, this is designed to train the capable persons having intelligence, character, and spirituality balanced, whom the education of Chrisitian universities aims at. Finally, this model pursues the student-friendly and amalgamative text writing appropriate for a new era and has an advantage to raise the power of various forms of letter writing which all the universities should stress as well.

  • This study discusses the core contents and implications of the design support policy of government in the creation of the designer-makers' business ecosystem through the analysis of 'Young man's Creative Work & Startup Support Project'. This case, which aims to cultivate a design brand based on maker technology and to create jobs for young people, suggests the role of government as a creative culture creator so that designer-makers are able to create creative activities in a more free and creative atmosphere. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of efficient integration and reorganization of similar maker support policies implemented by each government department, the necessity of a roadmap for realizing this, and the support for quality improvement. As a result, the design support policy of government for the designer-makers' business activation should evolve into the qualitative development of intellectual property based on a mature shared culture and the discovery of a new production paradigm model of the manufacturing industry based on the open manufacturers beyond the economic and numerical goals of creating new jobs.
