  • In order to make new productions; first of all, a creative idea is necessary and significance. For developing new production, a creative thinking must be a first step. In other words, a creative thinking can be a solving a problem. Better education for the formal and unformal education, various information and using space are able to develop ability of problems. Group study can students can find their talents, capacity, gifts, and ability. Also, students help to develop ideas of an individual. Therefore, through an effort to advance computer technology, developing food models in creative ideas for formal and informal education. As a result. good efforts and aspects can be produced.

  • 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 구축 운영하고 있는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼은 창의적 아이디어의 발굴 육성 확산을 통해 국민의 아이디어를 가치화하는 아이디어사업화 지원 플랫폼으로, 창의적 문화와 창업 확산의 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼의 PC환경 웹사이트와 모바일 이용자 형태를 분석하여 모바일 환경에 간소화된 핵심 메뉴구조와 최적화된 UI/UX, 모바일 장치의 특성을 활용한 모바일 웹 서비스 구축으로 언제, 어디서든, 자유롭게 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

An exploratory study on the factors of creative problem-solving ability (창의적 문제해결력의 요인에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study was conducted to explore factors for evaluating creative problem-solving ability and to identify measurement items. After reviewing the previous study, a questionnaire was conducted, and from that, 7 factors and 26 preliminary questions were obtained. Regarding the creative problem-solving ability, problem-discovery ability, idea generation ability, idea evaluation ability, and idea execution ability were confirmed in the problem-solving process. In addition, the factors of interaction ability between problem solving practitioners and creative efficacy of problem solving practitioners were explored. Finally, in the above results, metaphors and figurative cognitive thinking ability and evaluation items for creative problem-solving ability of HTE creative education model were presented. Through subsequent studies, we hope to serve as the groundwork of the evaluation model of HTE creative education.

  • 소상공인진흥원 사이트에 가면 신사업 아이디어(http://newbiz.or.kr)라는 콘텐츠가 있다. 이곳에는 국내외의 흥미로운 신사업 아이디어들이 다양하게 올라와 있다. '무료로 자전거를 타고 영화도 볼 수 있는 팝업시네마', '개인의 취향에 맞춰 커피를 포장하여 집으로 배달하는 사업'등등. 기발한 아이디어가 빛나는 사업 아이템들을 접하다 보면 탄성이 절로 나온다. 특히 국내보다는 해외 신사업 아이디어들의 비중이 높은 게 특징이다. 이 사업 아이디어들은 소상공인진흥원의 '신사업 유망창업 아이디어 공모'를 통해 발굴이 된다. 일반인은 자체적인 사업 아이템 뿐만 아니라 여러 정보매체를 통해서 접한 신사업 아이디어들을 응모할 수 있다. 이렇게 응모된 신사업 아이디어들은 선정위원회에서 엄선하여 인터넷 게재가 이루어진다. 소상공인진흥원 지식서비스부 관계자는 "이런 신사업 아이디어를 지속적으로 올리는 것은 국내 창업 환경이 너무 요식업 쪽으로 집중되기 때문이다"며 "잠재 창업자들이 다양한 신사업 아이디어를 접하고 좀 더 창의적인 창업을 시도했으면 좋겠다'고 밝혔다. 다양한 신사업 아이디어 정보 중에는 해외 자판기 관련 신사업 아이디어도 올라와 있다. 기발한 차원을 넘어 사업적인 성공을 한 아이템도 적지 않다. 최근 1-2년 동안 해외에서는 어떠한 흥미진진한 신사업 아이템이 화제를 모았을까?

  • 주요 선진국에서는 개발도상국을 지원하기 위해 자금, 교육, 의료, 인프라 등 다양한 프로그램이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 개발도상국이 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 창의적인 활동의 증가, 사회문제 해결형 혁신 등 실질적인 도움으로 연결될 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 복지형 아이디어 지원 플랫폼의 대표적인 모델로써 창조경제타운을 개발도상국으로 확산하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 개발도상국의 창의적인 아이디어가 발현되고 혁신형 창업으로 연결될 수 있는 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 개발도상국에서 국민들이 아이디어를 제안하면 선진국의 전문가들이 재능기부 형식으로 온라인 멘토링을 수행하고, 우수한 아이디어의 경우에는 세계은행 등과 협력하여 실제 사업화를 지원할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 성공적인 사업화 지원을 위해서는 언어 번역기, 화상회의 시스템 등이 필요하고, 선진국과 개발도상국 정부와의 협력을 통해 사업화 지원 프로그램이 확산될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 접근법의 하나로 우리나라에서 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 창조경제타운 모델을 채택하였으며, 글로벌로 확대 시 필요한 요소들을 조사함으로써 지속가능한 선-후진국간 글로벌 혁신 플랫폼의 한 형태를 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

  • 본 연구는 TRIZ를 활용하여 국가발전을 위한 전략을 세우는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. TRIZ를 통하여 국가의 주요 문제점을 찾아보고, 핵심문제에 대한 원인을 분석하여 창의적인 해결방안을 찾고자 한다. TRIZ의 효과적인 활용을 위하여 TRIZ의 4가지 단계의 프로세스를 거쳐 문제를 해결할 때, 창의적인 아이디어를 도출해 낼 수 있으며, 창의적 아이디어를 얻기 위해서는 TRIZ의 몇 가지 툴을 이용한다. 이러한 TRIZ의 툴을 통하여 국가발전전략을 제시하고자 한다.

A Validation Study of the Creative School Environment Perceptions Scale and A Study of Group Differences (창의적 학교환경에 대한 인식 척도의 타당성 검증 및 집단 차이 연구)

  • The purpose of the study was to verify validity of Creative School Environment Perceptions (CSEP) scale developed based on the scale developed in 2010 by Mayfield and Mayfield. Factor analysis was used to assess construct validity. Another purpose of the study was to investigate factors related to students' perception of creative school environment through use of the group differences. The research participants were 203 elementary school students and all of them were 5th and 6th grade students. Factor analysis indicated that CSEP scale consist of three factors: creativity support, work characteristics, and creativity blocks. In addition the correlation between CSEP scale and the previous scale were investigated to verify the validity of CSEP scale. The results showed that the convergent validity were obtained. Independent-sample t test was performed to test for specific loci of significant between group differences in gender, grade, and the level of ideational behavior. The finding showed that 6th grade students said that their environment hinder creativity. Students with the high level of ideational behavior perceived their school environment was supportive while students with the low level of ideational behavior perceived their school environment was obstructive. Therefore teachers should understand students' perception of creative school environment using CSEP scale and should change students' perception of creative school environment through considering grade and the level of ideational behavior.

A Study on Comparative Amount of Idea Thinking between Brainstorming and Webstorming (브레인스토밍과 WebStorming의 아이디어 발상량(發想量) 비교 연구)

  • To develop a creative design concept, amount of idea thinking between team members is important. In the process of planning to proposal brainstorming helps clarification of problems and allows a creative solution. Here, idea generation is to express thinking into words, and greater amount of idea is more valued than to choose one fine idea at first. This paper studies actual processes of brainstorming, and we utilize network services upgraded in Web and multimedia techniques to develop idea with arrangement. We compare the amount of idea generation by groups and topics with Brainwriting and Braindrawing of Webstorming, without limitation of space and time. Then, we propose a creative idea thinking by analyzing the characteristics of design team members in various aspects. This result will contribute in improving national potential value and design competitiveness by the help of design and IT, on product research and marketing.

A Study on the Utilization of SCAMPER in Visual Design Process (시각디자인 과정에서 스캠퍼의 활용에 관한 연구)

  • Creativity is considered very important in the intelligence-based and informationalized society in which changes and competition were premised. This phenomenon has appeared in the entire society and especially in design area, the development of creative design is needed. It is the reason that a designer must have an interest in design expression techniques which can be an assistance to express creative ideas and develop it. Under this circumstance, this study was to explore utilizations of the SCAMPER which is one of most useful techniques for expressing and developing creative ideas. Based on the results of the questionnaire research regarding creative expression techniques and trends in utilization of SCAMPER in visual design process, the study sought new possibility of utilization of SCAMPER. The result of the study showed that checklist of SCAMPER was classified and organized to expression of ideas and every steps of development.

The effect of the 1:1 coaching and the example ideas with the GROW model on the creativity of new product development ideas (GROW모델을 활용한 1:1 코칭과 예시 아이디어가 신제품 개발 아이디어 창의성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is an experimental study to examine the effect of the 1:1 coaching and example ideas with the GROW model on the creativity of new product ideas. Participants were composed of 32 adults who did not know coaching and were not related to new product development-related industries, and the experiment was randomly assigned to 1:1 coaching group, example idea group, and control group. The ideas answered by the participants were evaluated by measuring novelty, appropriateness, and willingness to pay after the experiment, and 30 experimental data and 3 expert group evaluation data were used for the final analysis. As a result of the study, the 1:1 coaching using the GROW model had a significant effect on the creativity of new product ideas, and in particular, had a positive effect on novelty. The example idea group received the lowest score among the three groups, including the control group, in novelty and suitability, and was found to have a negative effect on idea creativity. Based on these results, implications and limitations for the use of coaching in the work or situation of presenting creative ideas were discussed, and suggestions for follow-up studies were made.
