Startup in the aging society is much harder than finding employment. However, we did an experimental research that the elderly are able to develop in the field of IoT via this education. Through this IT startup education, those people who can do develop and implement and they are able to start new business by develop new item. Installing education between hardware and software about Arduino and Scratch's methods have great effect on IT startup education for the elderly before solving problem which have existing programming education. While the IT startup education through IoT is more difficult subject compared to general education subject, this paper shows an easily accessible research outcome for the elderly through startup education. This paper proved that practical uses through the results.

The purpose of this study was to develop methods to practice and revitalize entrepreneurship education at vocational high schools. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the vocational high school program as well as effective entrepreneurship education programs at vocational high schools. In addition, FGI (Focus Group Interview) was conducted to determine strategies for developing entrepreneurship education at vocational high schools. The results were as follows. First, curriculum formation was found to important for vitalizing entrepreneurship education at vocational high schools. It is necessary to develop vocational high schools to account for the 4th Industrial Revolution as well as develop students' competence in entrepreneurship as the basis for the curriculum. Second, the operational aspect of the entrepreneurship education curriculum must be considered. Entrepreneurship education linked to regular curriculum is needed. Third, the competence of school members is an important factor for the efficient operation of vocational high school entrepreneurship education. Fourth, entrepreneurship education can consist of various educational activities through connection with the school and community. Based on these results, operating vocational high school entrepreneurship education will enable practical and dynamic entrepreneurship education at vocational high schools.

As getting in 4th Industrial Revolution Times, Continuing Education Enrolled Students(CEES) trying to find loophole for jepordized current life and need job transfer have surged their interest significantly on starting new business to bring up their post career after retirement through self-improvement. Government and university have actively initiated diverse policies of promoting startup for CEES in kicking off entrepreneurship courses and programs. However, relevant main policy, 'The 2nd University Startup Education Five-Year Plan (draft)' have too chiefly focused on theoretical start-up education rather than practical courses, causing the problem of inappropriate support for implementing real startup and business (Ministry of Education, 2018). This study is brought to empirically investigate the effect of self-efficacy as perspective of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention and behavior to come up with problem of poor entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship education to CEES. As to empirical research, this paper deliver on-line survey to CEES from September to October 2022, collect 207 effective feedbacks, In order to verify the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient (Cronbach's α) was calculated, analyzed, and measured. For hypothesis test, this paper utilize the multiple regression analysis statistical analysis method and use the SPSS 22.0 statistical processing program. Empirical results show, first, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant effect on start-up education. Second, start-up education had a significant effect on the intention to start a business of adult learners. Third, start-up education had a significant effect on the start-up behavior of adult learners. Fourth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on the intention of adult learners to start a business. Fifth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on the start-up behavior of adult learners. Sixth, self-efficacy had a mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and adult learners' intention to start a business. Seventh, self-efficacy had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between start-up education and adult learners' start-up behavior. This paper is brought three significant implications. First, main consideration developing entrepreneurship education tools for CEES need to falls on defining potential needs of CEES as segmenting as to coming up with diversity of CEES's characteristics such as gender, age, experience, education, and occupation. Second, as to design specific entrepreneurship education program, both practical training program of utilizing CEES's career field experience benchmarking best practice startup and venture cases from domestic and global, and professional startup program of CEES initiating directly startup from ideation to develop business plan with pitching and discussing. Third, entrepreneurship education for CEES should be designed to incubate self-efficacy to enhance entrepreneurial intention of implementing entrepreneurial behavior as a real, eventually leading solid support system of self-improvement for CEES' Retirement life planning.

As artificial intelligence (AI) technology is recognized as a key technology that will determine future national competitiveness, competition for AI technology and industry promotion policies in major countries is intensifying. This study aims to present implications for domestic policy making by analyzing the policies of major countries on the start-up of AI companies, which are the basis of the AI industry ecosystem. The top four countries and the EU for the number of new investment attraction companies in the 2023 AI Index announced by the HAI Research Institute at Stanford University in the United States were selected, The United States enacted the National AI Initiative Act (NAIIA) in 2021. Through this law, The US Government is promoting continued leadership in the United States in AI R&D, developing reliable AI systems in the public and private sectors, building an AI system ecosystem across society, and strengthening DB management and access to AI policies conducted by all federal agencies. In the 14th Five-Year (2021-2025) Plan and 2035 Long-term Goals held in 2021, China has specified AI as the first of the seven strategic high-tech technologies, and is developing policies aimed at becoming the No. 1 AI global powerhouse by 2030. The UK is investing in innovative R&D companies through the 'Future Fund Breakthrough' in 2021, and is expanding related investments by preparing national strategies to leap forward as AI leaders, such as the implementation plan of the national AI strategy in 2022. Israel is supporting technology investment in start-up companies centered on the Innovation Agency, and the Innovation Agency is leading mid- to long-term investments of 2 to 15 years and regulatory reforms for new technologies. The EU is strengthening its digital innovation hub network and creating the InvestEU (European Strategic Investment Fund) and AI investment fund to support the use of AI by SMEs. This study aims to contribute to analyzing the policies of major foreign countries in making AI company start-up policies and providing a basis for Korea's strategy search. The limitations of the study are the limitations of the countries to be analyzed and the failure to attempt comparative analysis of the policy environments of the countries under the same conditions.
While the youth unemployment problem has come to extend over a long period of time, because of the promotion policy of youth inauguration of an enterprise, many youths have been considering the start-up to be an alternative of the working. But it is said that many youths who had started an enterprise through the start-up education and related programs were unsuccessful mostly and dashed to get a job or became the delinquent borrower. This article will examine the actual conditions of the youth unemployment and the present conditions of promotion policy of the youth start-up, analyse problems as a result of this examination, propose alternatives of policy to revitalize the youth start-up.
Due to current economic recessions, interest on entrepreneurship and/or business start-up is getting increased beyond sex and ages. Currently business start-up of university students and retirement to age limit in silver generation are getting increased day by day. As a part of preparation against those phenomenons, this investigation try to show the effect of characteristic factors of entrepreneurs on the will of business establishment In this study, in order to analyse effects on business establishment, survey was conducted for 328 pre and existed entrepreneurs. For collected datas, reliability analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted via spss20 statistical program and lastly, through regression analysis, following conclusions were drawn. At first, the will of business establishment was effected by personal characteristic and environmental factor. in second, the mentoring of business establishment was effected by personal characteristic and environmental factor In particular, the will of business establishment was controlled by mentoring of business establishment which was effected by environmental factor.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the causative relationship of small business start-up education service quality with 'learner satisfaction' and 'willingness to start a business(start-up intension)'. This study was conducted to provide a basis for satisfying the desire of small business start-up entrepreneurs for high quality startup education service and seek the suggestions in terms of selection and concentration of the business start-up education program. The results of this study based on the outcomes derived from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows: First, the quality of small business start-up education service was found to have a significant effect on the relationship with learner satisfaction. Next, the quality of small business start-up education service was found to have a significant effect on the relationship with start-up intension. Last, it was found that learner satisfaction had a significant effect on start-up intension.
The Korean government has selected job creation policy as first goal in order to overcome the recession and response of 4th industrial revolution. Technology based start up is worth noting in order to job creation. Because the ripple effect of technology based start up is higher than self-employment. Therefore, the government and the private sector conduct various policies and services for the vitalization of technology based start up. In order for technology based start up to be successful, it is necessary to maximize personal (founder) capacity. In this study, the correlation between "features of personal (motivation, capability, experience, entrepreneurship)", "competitiveness of company" and "corporate performance" was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Also, in this study analyzed the differences between 2 groups based on the career of CEO (work for government funded research institutes VS the others). This study can be utilized when policy making and practice about technology based start-up.
This study identified the influence of employees' hybrid start-up intention (intention to start a business while maintaining a job) on the employees' self-determination motivation (intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation) and prior knowledge through the Model of Goal-directed Behavior (MGB). We used a PLS-SEM called SmartPLS 3.0 for 126 valid samples collected by judgement extraction for office workers throughout June 13, 2020 to July 3, 2020, and empirically evaluated the measurement model (internal consistency reliability, convergent and discriminant validity) and the structural model (multicollinearity, determination coefficient, effect size, predictive relevance, etc.). Only the intrinsic motivation for realizing the hybrid start-up goal of office workers had a significant impact on the hybrid start-up attitude and subjective norms, and the prior knowledge of hybrid start-up had a significant impact on the hybrid start-up desire and the hybrid start-up intention. In order to induce hybrid start-ups for workers with unstable employment, we need systems and programs that can inspire employees with intrinsic motivation and knowledge about hybrid start-up, so follow-up researches are necessary to analyze about government systems and consulting support that can promote hybrid start-up.
In this paper try to derive some implications through comparative studies of accelerator in Korea and US centering on accelerator process model. In addition, the concept of accelerator is defined comprehensively through the existing literature study, and the accelerator program is focused on the accelerator process model. In the study, three Korea and America accelerators were selected and analyzed as follows. First, we discussed the definition of the accelerator, the configuration program, and the differences with existing organizations. Second, after selecting three representative companies among Korean and American accelerators, history, programs, achievements, characteristics, and limitations were derived. Third, based on the existing literature research, we compared the differences in appearance and performance between the six Korean and US accelerator companies using the table. Finally, the limitations and implications of domestic accelerators are described.
