본고는 건설교통부의 지역특성화사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "차세대 해안공간확보기술"에 관하여 일반 적인 사항을 설명하고자 한다. 본 과제 "차세대 해안 공간확보기술"는 2005년 06월 30일부터 2010년 07년 29일 까지 진행 예정이다. 과제의 연구를 위하여 주관기관 1개, 협동연구기관 4개, 참여기업 25개로 구성되어 있으며 총 연구비는 약 95억원이다. 2007년 3월 현재 2차년도 연구를 진행 중이다. 본 과제는 해안공간확보를 위하여 방(防) 용(用) 보(保)를 목표로 하고자 한다. 즉, 해안을 방어, 이용, 보전을 대상으로 각각의 세부과제를 분할하였다. 세부과제는 방어에 해당하는 제1세부과제인 해안저지대 방호기술, 이용에 해당하는 제2세부과제 해안매립공간 확보기술과 제3세부과제 해안 레저공간 확보 기술, 보전에 해당하는 제4세부과제 해안유지 및 확보기술로 구성되어 있다. 본 과제는 기술적 목표 외에 기반구축, 기업지원, 정책지원, 지역기여, 연계활동(홍보활동, 국제협력, 창업지원) 등의 의무적 활동을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구단은 언론을 통한 홍보, 지방정부에 대한 정책자문, 참여자 및 기술자를 대상으로 워크샵, 심포지움을 통한 교육 및 홍보, 일본 공항항만연구소와 방문 세미나개최, 요코하마국립대학 시바야마 연구실과 국제협력을 위한 양해각서 체결, 지역을 중심으로 한 "해안공간학회"설립 등을 목표로 하고 있다.

주요 선진국에서는 개발도상국을 지원하기 위해 자금, 교육, 의료, 인프라 등 다양한 프로그램이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 개발도상국이 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 창의적인 활동의 증가, 사회문제 해결형 혁신 등 실질적인 도움으로 연결될 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 복지형 아이디어 지원 플랫폼의 대표적인 모델로써 창조경제타운을 개발도상국으로 확산하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 개발도상국의 창의적인 아이디어가 발현되고 혁신형 창업으로 연결될 수 있는 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 개발도상국에서 국민들이 아이디어를 제안하면 선진국의 전문가들이 재능기부 형식으로 온라인 멘토링을 수행하고, 우수한 아이디어의 경우에는 세계은행 등과 협력하여 실제 사업화를 지원할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 성공적인 사업화 지원을 위해서는 언어 번역기, 화상회의 시스템 등이 필요하고, 선진국과 개발도상국 정부와의 협력을 통해 사업화 지원 프로그램이 확산될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 접근법의 하나로 우리나라에서 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 창조경제타운 모델을 채택하였으며, 글로벌로 확대 시 필요한 요소들을 조사함으로써 지속가능한 선-후진국간 글로벌 혁신 플랫폼의 한 형태를 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

Owing to pandemic (COVID-19), the traditional face-to-face education method has been changed to the non-face-to-face real-time online education methods. Using a real time-based video conference system, synchronous education can be adopted by face-to-face class easily. Specially, it is very important to minimize the difference in learning effects between face-to-face and non-face-to-face in Entrepreneurship education. In this study, in order to derive the factors that affect the satisfaction of learners in synchronous online education, authors collected data from learners taking a synchronous entrepreneurship course. Through previous research, learned the reality of education and the composition of lessons. Spatiotemporal effectiveness, mentor ability, and educational environment influence learning satisfaction. PLS-SEM results revealed that it was confirmed that only spatiotemporal effects affect learner satisfaction. However, the education environment (fluent operation and convenience of function use of real-time based online conference system) effect teaching presence, class structure, and spatiotemporal effects. Through this research, we hope to provide theoretical and practical support for developing effective teacher activities, proper lesson structure, convenient function of the conference system, and learner-centered online learning environment when developing synchronous online classes.

계획적이고 안정적인 영농을 위해 영농작업 인력을 확보하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 하지만 농가인구의 감소로 인한 농업인력 확보의 어려움과 농업노동 임금의 지속적인 증가는 경영주에게 이중의 고통이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농가처분가능소득이 전국에서 가장 높은 강원도를 지역 표집으로 선정하여 Bivariate Probit 모형을 이용해 내국인과 외국인 고용의 상호 관계를 고려한 고용인력 수요 결정요인을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 첫째, 3개월 이상 노동력을 고용하는 농가들의 경우 내국인 고용수요와 외국인 고용수요 간에는 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전형적인 도시근교 농업의 특징을 나타내는 춘천시에 비해 강원도내 타 지역 농가들은 다른 변수들이 일정할 경우 내국인과 외국인의 고용수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 젊은 경영주일수록 내국인 상시 고용에 대한 수요가 높고, 농가조직에 참여하고 있는 농가일수록 자가노동 확률은 0.13% 감소하고, 상시 농업 노동력에 대한 수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합한 농업 노동력 확보를 위한 정책적 시사점으로는 첫째, 상시고용된 농업인력들을 대상으로 국내외 문화 차이를 인지하고, 내국인 노동자와 외국인 노동자간의 협력 네트워크 구축을 위한 영농교육 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 각 지역별로 내국인 또는 외국인 노동자의 상시고용 수요가 상이한 것으로 나타나 강원도내 지역별 농산업 현황을 기반으로 "(가칭)강원도 농업 인력 수급 플랫폼" 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 청년창업농과 농가조직 참여 농가들을 대상으로 농작업 상시고용 인력을 우선적으로 매칭해 주는 것이 필요하다.

The Korean government has been focusing on supporting technology startups to solve social and economic problems such as low growth, declining economic growth rate, rising youth unemployment rate and lack of new growth engine. Although the failure rate of young technology startups is very high, relevant researches are still scant. On the basis of previous researches, this study has identified four growth factors of technology startups: characteristics of entrepreneurs, technical superiority and originality of business items, focused marketing strategy, and follow-up government support projects. Five young technology startup cases were selected and analyzed in the cosmetics industry which were supported by the Six-month Challenge Platform project of Chungbuk Creation Economic Innovation Center. The main findings of the case study were as follows: First, product development through inhouse R&D rather than external contracted R&D was beneficial to acquiring follow-up government support projects and external investment. Second, choosing a small niche market and concentrating marketing efforts on the target market had a positive effect on firm performance. And, third, relevance of entrepreneurs' college major and technological originality of business items were confirmed to influence firm performance positively in the early stage. The results are expected to help young technology startups survive successfully and establish a foothold for growth in their early stage.

With the arrival of the Internet age, which is characterised by interconnection, the importance of networks is increasing in entrepreneurial activities and networked incubation (NI) has emerged as a mainstream concept in business incubation (BI). However, detailed studies on operation models of NI have been scarcely conducted. In this respect, this paper suggests a knowledge-focused networked incubation (KNI) model optimised for the study BI was established by theoretical analysis, and has been applied. The initial diagnosis of the effectiveness of the KNI model was also conducted through descriptive statistics, case studies, and the Industrial Depth Interview (IDI). This study is significant in that it has elaborated an NI operation model that meets the down-to-earth needs of incubatees and also is universally applicable.

It is our imminent project that we should train young and able manpower to strengthen the international competitiveness under the free trade of agricultural products, to solve the problem of decrease in farm population and of aging people in agriculture. The objective of this research is to suggest an alternative policy plan through the survey and analysis on the controversial issues in loans for starting agricultural business based on the survey of graduates of Korea National Agricultural College from 2002 to 2005. According to the survey, in case of graduates who are not available sufficient fanning capital such as land and agricultural facilities on it, they are not able to get loans from banks in that situation. The survey, as a result, points out that those who are legally required to do farming should be given several special aids by the government such as the improvement of Credit Guarantee Fund System for Farmers and Fishermen and the farming loans conditions for initial farm business, a long term lease of public land, giving a priority in lease-farmland project of farmland bank and allowing loan for working capital for farm management.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of the 3S-Smart, Simple & Speed Business Intelligence Systems(3S-BIS) program on various aspects including simulation design assessment, simulation education assessment, satisfaction among education participants, academic self-efficacy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial competency for nurses. Method: This research was a non-equivalent control trial design study using two groups. 23 participants in experimental group, and 22 in the control group. Data were collected three intervals: before program, immediately after the program, four weeks later. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher values across parameters, including simulation design assessment, simulation education assessment, satisfaction among education participants, academic self-efficacy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial competency. Conclusion: The 3S-BIS program has shown a positive impact on improving nursing start-up competency. Applying 3S-BIS can be effectively used across all ranges of nurses and is recommended.

This study developed e-book content in order to use e-books as a tool to provide more efficient classes to learners who are familiar with smart devices and online spaces. E-book contents were produced using Sigil-0.9.10. The development process is as follows. Before e-book development, it is necessary to prepare manuscript files, image files to be inserted, fonts to be used, and e-book covers. After inserting the book cover images, it is necessary to register the table of contents using the title tag and register the free fonts. Also, a style must be created for text or images used in the main text connected to a file containing the entire text. Then, after separating the entire text file into separate files according to each chapter, the text is completed in turn. E-books were produced focusing on hyperlink functions so that educational content and various example images could be accessed. Currently, there is a lack of research on e-books as textbooks in universities within the fashion design major. In the future, if e-book contents are developed according to the characteristics of courses and the level of learners, they can be used as effective teaching tools.
