`우리나라 곤충학, 발생생물학 분야의 대부 '한국 생물학계 창업 제1세대', '삼림해충의 천적', '분화중심설의 창시자, '국경을 초월한 학자의 양심', '학문 탐구에 종지부가 없는 학자', '한국동물학회와 한국생물과학협회의 산파역', '대한민국학술원의 산 증인', '자연보존운동의 선구자, '우직스런 학문적 자세의 귀감' 등 수많은 별호를 가진 이가 있다. 그는 평생을 오로지 곤충학 연구에만 헌신하여 198편의 연구논문과 후학들을 위한 26편의 저서를 남기고도 미수를 앞둔 2005년에 '나의 학문적 편력'을 출판, 후학들을 놀라게 했다. 올해 구순을 넘기고도 우리나라 곤충학 분야의 제1인자 자리를 지키며 "아직도 머릿속에 맴도는 관심사를 뒤쫓고 있다"는 규산 김창환(金昌煥 91)박사를 만났다.

식품위생에 대한 중요성이 날로 높아지고 있다. 특히 양계분야에서는 계란의 오파란에 대한 처리에 어려움이 현실로 다가서고 있으며, 부화중지란에 대해서도 환경적인 문제에 직면하면서 보다 효율적인 처리방법에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 두루텍 박성규 대표는 생균제, 면역증강제는 물론 오파란 처리기를 통해 축산분야의 환경개선 및 축산발전을 위해 노력해 오고 있다. 두루텍은 2015년 기술보증기금으로부터 벤처기업 인정을 받을 만큼 창의적이고 진취적인 업체로 창업 2년만에 공장을 확장 이전할 정도로 성장하였으며, 제품의 우수성을 인정 받으면서 농가들로부터 주문이 증가하고 있다. 두루텍에서는 '계란을 이용한 기능성 보조사료의 생산 기술', '계란 사료용 발효건조기', '오파란처리기', '오파란을 이용한 재활용사료 조성물 및 그 제조방법'에 대해 특허를 받는 등 발효건조 및 오파란 처리분야에서는 실력을 인정받고 있다.

Although we have faced substantial public interests on the issues of small-business, the lack of effective solutions corresponding to them should be worried. This paper introduces findings from the application of Triple Helix to counseling activities for small-business stores with diagnosing problems and suggesting alternatives. The findings of this paper are based on counseling projects conducted by Gyunggi Small-medium Business Corporation, universities in the region, and multiple small-business stores together from June to November in 2015. The application of Triple Helix was positive for increasing the effectiveness of counseling, and this key finding was obtained from action research cycles. It was also confirmed that cooperation from three different entities including company, university and government institute was beneficial in increasing problem identification capabilities by students and providing opportunities for testing knowledge and skills, which means Triple Helix application to small-business helps management education to be more practical. Contributions of this study supplies substantial insights to academic audience, and practitioners can learn positive effects of Triple Helix and potential issues for implementation in the context of small-business counseling.

A lot of factor effects on the enterprise's innovation and business performance, for instance CEO and members intention etc.. Niehoff et al. says, The success factors of innovation enterprise's management lead to members of vision, innovation, innovation activities and support for an aggressive attitude of the enterprise members. However, today's products consumers wanted diverse and complex needs. CEO and members of the enterprise has been the diversity effort. The increase cost savings as well as in the profit improve factors that enterprise's participated a education and training, Subgroup activities, process quality, eliminate waste, improve yields, lead time reduction, process capability increasing, ets. This paper is a report of an empirical survey performed to 277 small and medium-sized enterprise in the korea. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is employed to analyze the reliability of the data. The effect analysis of each group is performed by the SEM(structural equation model). We use the SPSS' Amos program to analyze the equation modeling and test the hypotheses of the model.

전국에 1,000여개의 다문화 기관들이 활동 중이다. 그중 정부주도형인 여성가족부 지정 다문화가족지원센터 210여 곳을 제외한 나머지 기관들은 대부분 정부 민간 혼합형이거나 민간주도형 기관들이다. 정부주도형 기관들은 중앙정부와 지방자치단체로부터 운영비가 지원되지만 정부 민간 혼합형이나 민간주도형 기관들은 운영비를 기부금 또는 후원금에 의존한다. 그러나 경제위기의 도래로 기부금이나 후원금이 급감하는 상황에서 정부 민간 혼합형이나 민간주도형 기관들의 자립은 더욱더 어려워질 전망이다. 이러한 전망과는 달리, 지원 대상들과 다문화이슈는 지금보다 훨씬 더 늘어날 전망이다. 국내 이주민의 수는 매년 증가추세이다. 향후 2050년이 되면 전체인구의 10%가 외국인이라는 전망도 나온다. 외국인의 정주화 그리고 가족이민 증가에 따른 상이한 종교와 문화에 대한 편견 없는 이해와 대화가 강조될 것이며, 학교교육정책, 직업양성, 노동시장정책, 동등한 노동조건과 사회보장 요구, 사회적 차별에 대한 계몽정책 등 다양한 다문화 이슈도 부각될 것이다. 이처럼 다양한 분야에서 다문화 이슈를 가장 잘 다룰 수 있는 민간주도형 다문화기관의 자립 여부는 다문화 지원정책의 성패와도 연결된다고 볼 수 있다. 결국 민간주도형 다문화기관이 지금의 운영구조를 개선하고 재정적 자립을 확보하기 위해서는 다문화 관련 비즈니스모델 개발을 통해 다문화 기관들이 스스로 자립할 수 있는 사회적기업에 관심을 가질 수밖에 없다. 사천다문화통합지원센터는 비영리민간단체로 지난 13년 동안 창조적인 다문화 사업들을 추진하여 괄목할만한 성과를 거두었다. 그러나 일반 기부금이나 후원금으로 운영비를 충당하고 있는 상황에서 자립 기반 구축을 위한 비즈니스 모델 개발은 필수적이었다. 마침내 요리조리아시아 협동조합을 만들어 청소년 공정여행 프로그램인 세계로여행학교와 아열대채소 농장을 운영중에 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기업의 CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) 해외공헌사업도 위탁받아 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사천다문화통합지원센터가 그동안 진행해 온 청소년 공정여행과 아열대채소 농장을 다문화기관의 비즈니스 모델적 측면에서 사례 분석한 후, 벤치마킹을 통해 민간주도형 다문화기관들로 확대시킴으로써 사회혁신의 기회를 증대시킬 방안을 제시하였다.

Owing to the wide distribution of smart devices, more people enjoy online games. Previous research related to online game has mainly focused on the factors that increase users' intention to reuse and less focused on the influence of restrictions toward online game misbehavior. This study proposes a research model that considers factors that either increase or decrease the use of online games and presents the outcomes. The research results showed that: (1) Restriction policy had no impact on online game users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (2) Restriction system had negative impact on users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (3) In an environment where online game misbehavior was restricted, users' emotional states still had positive influence on users' intention to reuse. This research results implies that in order to lead to healthy online game environment, compared to repressive and systematic restriction methods, it is preferable to establish restriction policies that have no negative impact on users' emotional states and to change users' perception through education, so to achieve successful restrictions toward online game misbehavior without jeopardizing revitalization of online game industry.

Leadership is one of the most widely explored subjects in the field of management. A variety of papers on leadership, however, still have insufficient aspects to reveal the theoretical logic about the CEO leadership itself. Such research, especially focused on organizational performance, tend to concentrate on the CEO's behavior rather than leadership because CEO's behavioral trait as an explanatory variable is useful to connect with firms' performance. Our purpose is to show how the characteristic of CEO leadership can be built at the organizational level. For a detail, the larger the firms' size, the greater the degree of CEO's charismatic leadership. The larger the degree of a firm's diversification, the greater the degree of the CEO's transformational leadership. And the less the degree of a firm's diversification, the greater the degree of the CEO's transactional leadership. This theoretical paper on CEO leadership suggests that the characteristics of CEO should be adaptable to the changing institutions and organizational environments.

This study analyzed the features and problems of one-person creative company development policy by using the image of brand identity of one-person creative company and the model of the symbol square. In order to solve the youth unemployment and to induce youth foundation, Korean government particularly Small and Medium Business Administration (SBA) paid great attention to 'One-Person Company' followed by One-Person Knowledge Company policy in 2008. Finally, this policy became One-Person Creative Company in 2009 when SBA faced criticism. However, according to semiotics analysis, symbolic conflicts were found in the policy given that this policy was not considered the role of the co-founder in venture ecosystem. This study provides practical implications for new directions of the one-person creative company policy of government; (1) one-person knowledge company ${\rightarrow}$ (2) one-person creative company ${\rightarrow}$ (3) 1+1 creative company.

Source and use of investment money in the content business has been subject to closer attention, This study attempts to identify the information asymmetry problem in the performing art are, focusing on the Korean musical play. Despite the various discussions in the venture capital practice in the performing art area, there has been few studies analyzing the investors' perspective. While juggling with the 'artistic value' and 'rate of return', the investors are concerned about the 'transparency' of the performing art practice. When coupled with the subjective judgment of 'artistic value', the information asymmetry between the investor and the performing art manager becomes more delicate. In the performing art business, 'SPC(Special Purpose Company)' is considered a possible solution to organize the deal structure in this field. This study analyzes the role of SPC regarding the information asymmetry problem.

Service and manufacturing companies' efforts are increasingly focused on utilizing services to satisfy customers' needs and survive in today's competitive market environment. The value of services depends mainly on service reliability that is identified by satisfaction derived from the relationship between customer and service provider. In this paper, we extend concepts from the failure modes and effects analysis of tangible systems to services. We use an event-based process model to facilitate service design and represent the relationships between functions and failures in a service. The objective of this research is to propose a method for evaluating service reliability based on service processes using fuzzy failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) and grey theory. We define the failure mode of service as interaction ways that can be failed in a service delivery process. The fuzzy set theory is used to characterize service reliability based on linguistic terms during FMEA. Grey theory is employed to determine the degree of relation and ranking among risk factors that are represented as potential failure causes. To demonstrate implementation of the proposed method, we use a case study involving a typical automotive service operation.
