Today the theme of "IT Architecture" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on information systems planning and information architecture, IT architecture may be viewed as the outcome of evolution, rather than revolution. A case study was conducted in order to compare the tasks and deliverables of U.S. IT architecture and Korean Information Strategy Planning. No significant differences were found in tasks or deliverables. Implications of the study were discussed.

MND(Ministry of National Defense) has developed MND AF(Ministry of National Defense Architecture Framework) and CADM(Core Architecture Data Model to guarantee interoperability among defense information systems. But, it is very difficult to manage architecture product documented through MND AF and CADM. So, there Is necessity for development of modeling tool and repository system which can develop architecture products and manage architecture product informations in common repository In this paper, we developed architecture product management system which supports development and management of meta model and architecture product of MND AF and CADM. Through architecture product management system architect of each agency can construct architecture product in a more effective and efficient way with modeling method and a user can search and refer useful architecture product informations using query function. Also, architecture product management system provides the basis for system integration and interoperability with integration, analysis and comparison of architecture product.

스마트 스트리트란 공공장소나 상업공간과 같은 유동인구가 많은 곳에 디지털 사이니지 기반과 첨단 IT 인프라로 구성되어 모바일 사용자들에게 콘텐츠를 제공하는 특정 구역을 말한다. 하지만 스마트 환경을 위한 표준은 정의되어 있지 않고, 다양한 종류의 디바이스와 콘텐츠가 존재하는 스마트 스트리트 생태계에서 자원들이 효율적으로 관리될 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 스마트 스트리트 환경에서의 콘텐츠를 관리하고 다양한 디바이스들이 플랫폼에 제약 없이 콘텐츠를 전송받고 메시징할 수 있도록 지원하는 참조 아키텍처를 제안한다.

지난 수 십년 동안 소량의 저속 데이터 통신 특성에 적합하게 개발되어온 현재의 전력 운영시스템은 각 전력회사로 부터 신뢰성 있는 전력설비 운영이라는 목표를 가장 잘 만족시키는 기술의 선택에 의해 전력회사의 요구를 훌륭히 만족시키며 운영되어 왔다. 하지만 저속 데이터 통신의 제약 뿐 아니라 이용 할 수 있는 데이터의 한계는 전력회사에게 계통운영의 신뢰성 유지 목표이외의 다른 것을 고려하도록 하지 않았을 뿐 아니라 이들 기술들이 지닌 상호 운영성 결여 및 배타적인 환경구성 요건은 전력회사에게 처음 선택한 기술이외의 다른 대안을 생각할 수 없게 만들어 왔다. 본 논문은 지능형 전력기기의 확산과 전력산업 디지털화가 확대되면서 전력시스템 전 영역에 걸쳐 발생되는 새로운 데이터의 활용과 전력회사들이 처음 선택한 기술에 의한 기술 종속으로부터 자신들의 요구에 맞는 다양한 기술을 취사선택할 수 있는 기술 독립적 전력시스템 참조 아키텍처에 대하여 기술하였다.

오늘날 세계경제는 아날로그 경제에서 디지털 경제로 급속히 전환하고 있으며, 디지털 혁명은 경제발전과 사회변혁을 주도하고 있다. 전력시스템에 있어서도 지능형 전력기기의 확산과 전력산업 디지털화가 확대되면서 전력공급자에 의한 중앙집중형 단방향 제어 및 정보의 흐름을 Plug-in-Play가 가능한 양방향 분산형 전력시스템 구조로의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 전력시스템은 과거 100여년간 산업사회를 지향한 하부구조를 지니고 있으며, 각 운영 제어시스템들 또한 독자적인 필요에 의해 상이한 플랫폼으로 개발되어 왔기 때문에, 시스템 상호간 연결과 필요한 정보의 원활한 교환을 통한 전체 전력망의 최적화를 이루는 데까지는 도달할 수 없었다. 본 논문은 전체 전력시스템에서 발생되는 데이터의 원활한 유통과 교환을 통한 자가 치유형 전력망으로 일컬어지는 지능형 전력시스템 구현을 위한 참조 아키텍처 개발에 대하여 기술한다.

Recently, due to the many features and advantages of cloud computing, cloud service is being introduced to countless industries around the world at an unbelievably rapid pace. With the rapid increase in the introduction of multi-cloud based services, security vulnerabilities are increasing, and the risk of data leakage from cloud computing services are also expected to increase. Therefore, this study will propose an AWS Well-Architected based security architecture configuration method such as AWS standard security architecture, AWS shared security architecture model that can be applied for personal information security including cost effective of cloud services for better security in AWS cloud service. The AWS security architecture proposed in this study are expected to help many businesses and institutions that are hoping to establish a safe and reliable AWS cloud system.

In order to solve the problems of the digital library's Interoperability and integrated management, we analyzed core technologies for interoperability in digital library in terms of information creation, organization, service. And then we proposed information technology reference model that is composed of 7 scopes. The proposed scope included 1)Metadata Management, 2)Library Services, 3)Service Integration 4)Service Management, 5)Open Interface, 6)Network, 7)Architecture. Those results can be used as a framework for developing interoperable digital library system.

객체 중심의 개발방법은 오브젝트(Object)를 중심으로 프로세스를 표현하고 있으며, 이에 반해 관계형 DBMS 로 표현 되는 데이터 영역에서는 테이블(Table)을 기반으로 데이터를 집합체로 제시하고 있다. 이러한 차이로 인해 상호 영역이 맺어지는 영구 저장 영역(Persistence Layer)의 구현과 유지보수에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 최근 대두된 Object-Relation Mapping(ORM) 기술은 이러한 영구 저장 영역의 구현을 상대적으로 쉽고 빠르게 해 준다고 하나 이 또한 기술 적용의 어려움과 테이블의 조합으로 만들어지는 조회와 같은 주요 아키텍처 품질 요소를 만족시키기가 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 영구 저장 영역을 ORM 으로 설계하는 데 있어 고려해야 할 요소들을 정리하여 시스템 별로 적절한 아키텍처 선정에 참조할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였다. 또한 이동통신사의 실제 비즈니스 사례를 들어 ORM 이 적용되지 않은 시스템을 대상으로 제안한 기준에 의해 해당 아키텍처를 선정하고 구현하였으며, 적용 전과 적용 후를 비교하여 주요 요구사항을 만족시키는지 평가하였다.

As the innovation of Information technology in the Public sector is in progress, the "Efficient adaptation and management of information system Act" (passed the National Assembly in December 30, 2005) was established to support the information system planning and development which are systematic and integrated in the enterprise view point. The public sector should adopt Information Technology Architecture into it's organization by the act. This paper reports on the issues, solutions and CSFs (Critical Success Factors) considering the adoption of ITA through the implementation for the case of the Korea Post. To adopt ITA program to the Public sector successfully, Korea Government should set the clear goals for IT A, set the standards for IT A project pricing, and collaborate with the system integration industry to make successful IT A program cases. The case study of Korea Post of MIC will be useful in developing and managing ITA programs for all agencies and organizations considering adoption of ITA.

The ROK military has established the MND-AF (Ministry of National Defense- Architecture Framework) and is applying it when developing architecture for Enterprise (MND), Segment (component) and Solution (weapons and force support system). The AMM (Architecture Meta model) of the MND-AF supports the establishment of interoperability by systematizing the architecture information structure defined by the Architecture artifact, describing the relationship between data and also by liking reference models and Information technology standard, common components, and MND-Meta data. which are interoperability standards. However, the MND-AMM has insufficient linkage with the standards, which places constraints on applying interoperability standards when developing Solution architecture. This study suggests a logical data model (OV-7c) from the MND-Meta-data-based Architecture meta model that will enhance the application of MND meta data managed by the MND interoperability standard when developing Solution architecture.
