Companies are recently emphasizing social capital that is formed by the network and trust among organization members to secure continuous competitive edge. Social capital induces the members' adaptation and immersion through the interactions with multidimensional factors within an organization, and contributes to increasing an organization's performance by causing cooperative behaviors as a passage of communications and participation. This study analyzed the influence of social capital and organizational support recognition formed in an organization on the turnover intention, and examined the moderating effect of organizational support recognition in the relationship between social capital and turnover intention. To achieve the purpose, this research conducted a survey on small and medium sized manufacturing companies in Busan and Gyeongnam and performed an empirical analysis using hierarchical regression analysis. According to the empirical analysis, the structural and relational dimensions of social capital had a negative (-) influence on the turnover intention. Especially, the relational dimension had a huge influence on the turnover intention, showing that it is important to form trust among an organization's members through their interactions. Second, organizational support recognition also had a negative (-) influence on the turnover intention, demonstrating that attention and complete support at an organizational dimension were needed for individual members. Third, organizational support recognition appeared to mediate the relationship between social capital and the turnover intention. The higher the organizational support recognition was, the lower the negative (-) influence of the relational dimension of social capital on the turnover intention was. Based on these results, this paper discussed the theoretical and practical implications of this research as well as future assignments.

This study was designed to examine the effects of integrated physical expressive activities on creativity in young children. Subjects of this study were 38 preschoolers at the age of 4 who consisted of both the experimental group of 18 children and the control group of 20 children. To measure the creativity of young children, this study adopted Figural Test A of Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) as pre-and post-tests with both experimental and control group. The results showed that effects of integrated physical expressive activities varied by sub-dimensions of creativity; children's participation in integrated physical expressive activities was effective to improve openness, abstractness of titles, and elaboration even if overall creativity and fluency increased after their program participation. Also, originality was the only sub-dimension that was not improved. It implied that integrated physical expressive activities have partial positive effects on some sub-dimensions of creativity.

과학기술처는 금년 중 주요 업무 계획의 하나로, 원자력 협력 대상국을 다각화하고, 원자력 협력의 효율적$\cdot$체계적 추진과 원자력 기술의 교류 기반 강화 차원에서 유럽$\cdot$동구$\cdot$아시아$\cdot$북미$\cdot$남미 등 권역별로 원자력 국제 협력 추진을 계획, 기술 조사단의 파견을 추진하고 있다. 이 글은 지난 4월 26일부터 5월 6일까지 유관 부처 및 산업계가 공동 참여한 민관합동조사단이 아르헨티나$\cdot$브라질$\cdot$칠레 등 남미 3국의 정부$\cdot$연구소$\cdot$산업체 등을 방문하여 얻은 각국의 원자력 현황의 조사 결과로서, 향후 남미 국가와의 원자력 협력시 귀중한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정보 통신 기술은 비즈니스를 변화시켰고, 이제 교육에도 영향을 미치고 있다. e-Learning으로 대변되는 교육의 변화는 교육의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. e-Learning은 현재 정부차원에서 적극적인 지원을 하고 있는 상태이고, 시장 규모 및 성장 가능성이 매우 높다. 그러나 아직 시장이 성숙되어 있지 않고 기업환경이 불확실하기 때문에 e-Learning 시장 참여자들의 본격적인 투자 활동은 미진한 수준으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구는 e-Learning에 대한 특징을 살펴보고 국내외 산업 현황 및 정책 방향을 분석하여 e-Learning에 대한 현안과 문제점을 진단하고 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

지난 7월 30일, 양재 L타워에서 '시장친화적 ESCO발전방안 연구용역' 공청회가 개최되었다. 에너지절약전문기업협회 주최로 진행된 이번 공청회에서는 에너지절약전문기업의 시장친화적 발전방안과 관련한 중간 연구결과가 보고됐다. 또한, 에너지시민연대 정희정 사무처장, 서울연구원 김민경 박사, 용인송담대 남시복 교수, SKC라이팅 고진규 전무, 율촌 변웅재 변호사가 패널로 참여해 지정 토론 및 관련 내용에 관한 업계의 의견을 수렴하는 시간을 가졌다. 에너지효율향상과 에너지절약에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있는 가운데 열린 공청회 현장을 소개한다.

21세기 첨단영상매체인 디지털 비디오 디스크(DVD)가 지난 1996년 11월 처음 등장한 이래, 올해로 만 8년째를 맞이한 DVD산업은 본격적인 성장기에 접어들고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내 DVD유통업체는 비효율적인 푸시(Push)유통체제로서 유통물류시스템을 가동하고 있다. 따라서 국내 DVD유통관련 업계의 물류비용 절감과 DVD유통(제조업 포함)업계의 사업 참여를 적극 유도하여 선진 유통정보시스템 구현을 통한 산업 경쟁력 확대차원의 사업추진방안이 필요한 실정이다.

국민소득의 향상, 핵 가족화, 여성의 사회 참여가 높아짐에 따라 우리 고유의 식생활은 영양식, 위생식, 간이식 (convenience food) 등 서구식 식생활을 부분적으로 수용하면서 식품의 소비구조도 점차 다양화, 고급화 및 편의화 방향으로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이러한 변화는 젊은 세대들의 식습관 변화와 식품가공 산업의 발달과 함께 가속화되고 있으며 앞으로도 지속될 전망이다. 따라서 우리의 식생활은 기아와 영양부족이 주된 관심 대상이던 건강관리의 문제가 최근에는 과잉섭취로 인한 성인병 문제로 초점이 이동되었으며 각종 성인병의 치료 역시 약물이나 의료적인 치료보다는 식생활의 조절에 의한 질병예방 차원에 더욱 관심을 가지게 되었다. This study deals with the proposition of the diversification strategy for participation contents service based on the open IPTV policy, and the strategic implication for IPTV players. This paper demonstrates implication for activation of participation contents to IPTV players with reference to differentiation of usages and needs to internet and television. Thus this paper proposes for diversification of player's competency (1) variety of production channels for contents, (2) enhanced accessibility, and (3) the strategic consistency for industrial eco-system. Moreover, this paper suggests that device differentiation for creation of demand, boosting customer satisfaction & immersion through closely interlocking contents.

The main purpose of this study is to help develop the productional system of the three dimensional digital animation domestically. Many 30 digital animation projects are being developed and finished with foreign computer graphics technology. However, the 3D animation market in Korea is not as good as the ones in other countries. One of the most significant problems is the lack of a program of study in Korea concerning productional systems used to create 3D animation. We previously imported an advanced productional system from the U.S., which was adaptable to big projects, and consequently, expanded the international digital animation market. Now, we need to develop a new production system which is fully adaptable to the Korean market. A non-sequential system of 3D digital animation tailored for small projects is more adaptable to domestic industry than the sequential system known as the 'Pipeline system.' A non-sequential system is good for small productions that are trying to create animation on a limited budget. The workers in this system can learn to make animation fast and effectively. They can also learn how to discuss with the others in order to avoid duplication of action. In contrast, in the Pipeline System, many workers repeat confirmation steps during the process for the same animations. The benefit of the non-sequential system is that the worker's interest and education can speed up production, because he/she can quickly learn every step of the animation process instead of just doing a particular job which does not allow him/her to observe the other steps involved. The 'animatic' step is the most important in the non-sequential system. The final animation is produced from the animatic. It is developed from scratch through to the final product but only after the agreement of all the workers, including a director.

According to diffusion of social network, social commerce based this platform have been rapidly growing with usage of multiple smart devices. In this paper, we review several definitions & classifications of social commerce, and then suggest our definition. Above all, we suggest social commerce model analysis framework in perspective of business model based on revised Timmers's definition. With this framework, we analyzes impact of social commerce on e-commerce in perspective of value, actor, and revenue models. Through this analysis, we can find social commerce impact and change existing e-commerce. Finally, we suggest implications of social commerce, future directions of social commerce, further research issues. Through this research, we expect that actors related to e-commerce have the strategic implications.
