With the purpose of looking into the information service study tendency, targeted at university library, this performed a content analysis of the articles in print from 2006 to 2015 on major four academic journals of Library and Information Science. Investigation items were study number of information services, subsidiary themes classified with information service functions, study method, collection method, user object, and theory study vs. service study in reality. As a result, information service studies were performed more than other areas. Information service functions targeted at the study were that of information supply. Major subsidiary themes were electronic information service, information literacy instruction, and information (reference) services general. Major study methods were survey research method,, case study, and major material collection methods were questionnaire and web-based research methods. Major user studies were targeted at undergraduates, and service study in reality took a great share.

To evaluate the performance of the question and answer services provided through the internet portals in Korea, question and answer transcript of four major services were sampled systematically. Using the digital reference evaluation framework, number and types of questions, response rate, timeliness, accuracy for information questions and user satisfaction were measured and analyzed. The level of the service performance is identified and compared. The conclusion includes suggestions for service improvement.

한국은 평창 동계올림픽을 통해 세계 최초 5G 상용화 서비스를 시연하였으며, 대부분의 사람들이 5G 스마트폰을 사용하고 있다. 전 세계적으로도 5G 스마트폰의 사용자수와 5G 네트워크를 이용한 헬스케어, 자율주행, 스마트제조, 가상융합, 대용량 데이터처리 등 산업체 중심의 활용 및 서비스가 계속해서 증가되고 있다. 5G 네트워크는 속도, 대기 시간, 대역폭 측면에서 4G 보다 개선되었지만, 5G 코어 네트워크 자체에 존재하고 있는 보안위협과 5G 네트워크를 구축 및 운영하는 관점에서 다양한 보안 문제들이 존재할 수 있다. 이러한 보안 문제들을 해결하기 위해 UN 산하 정보보호 국제표준을 개발하고 있는 ITU-T SG17에서는 통신사업자 및 부가서비스 제공자들이 5G 네트워크를 구축하고 운영할때에 요구되는 보안 지침에 대한 국제표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문은 ITU-T SG17에서 추진되고 있는 5G 보안 국제표준화 동향에 대해 살펴하고자 한다. This study evaluates Core Competences of Librarianship announced at the congress of American Library Association on January 27th, 2009. For this study, we trained 17 librarians working at academic library, and find out each importance, major intention, required subjects regarding 8 scopes and 40 detailed qualifications indicated Core Competences of Librarianship through survey. The result of this study is that importance order of 8 scopes is organization of recorded knowledge and information, foundations of the profession, reference and user services, and importance order of major intention is foundations of the profession, research, reference and user services respectively. Importance order of required subjects for nurturing Core Competences of Librarianship is library management, information service, and introduction to library and information science, library and information policy, research methods for librarianship, and library automation respectively.

Telematics is a compound word derived from telecommunication and informatics, which provides wireless data service such as traffic information, living information, remote control, maintenance and etc. in a vehicle using GPS(Global Positioning System) and telecommunication. Telematics acceptance was investigated to analyze characteristics of telematics service and its market by using a theoretical technology acceptance model based on literature review. In this paper, valid factors, influencing telematics service acceptance, have been drawn in terms of user ease-of-use, usefulness and service characteristics. Modified measuring variables were used by referring to previous researches.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 운영 중인 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트들을 선정하여 콘텐츠, 서비스, 인터페이스, 시스템 등의 세부 항목들을 기준으로 비교 평가한다. 세부적으로 평가 항목 도출에 있어서 해외지역 특성과 다국어기반 서비스를 충분하게 반영할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고 사이트들에 대한 평가 결과를 통하여 향후 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 구축 시 참고할 수 있는 표준 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

점진적 빅데이터 학습 기반의 전자저널 구독가치 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 학술정보 처리환경을 하드웨어 기반에서 소프트웨어 기반으로 데이터를 학습함에 있어 학습 소요시간 및 메모리 부족 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 널리 사용하는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 데이터를 자유롭게 학습하고 증분 데이터 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법이다. 학술정보의 논문요약과 참고문헌의 데이터 수집 정제 분류 저장 분석을 통해 활용할 수 있는 지표를 생성하여 도서관 학교 공공기관 연구기관 등에 제공하여 기관에서 구독하고 있는 학술지가 연구에 얼마나 활용되고 있는지를 판단하는 정보 가용성을 활용한 양질의 정보원을 확보하여 불필요한 저널 구독을 중단하고 연구자가 요구하는 품질 좋은 학술정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스로 일반적인 학술문헌 이용도 평가방법과 달리 구독 가치에 대한 지표를 제공하는 큐레이팅 방법이다.

Although it is about a decade since public libraries started to provide digital information services, lack of expertise for efficient service operation and restrictions related to copyrights have led to failure to obtain remarkable performances in uses. This study intends to analyze operation cases of domestic and overseas collaborative digital information services, as well as the current status of digital information services of libraries in Gyeonggido, thereby developing a collaborative digital information service model among public libraries on the level of local governments. This research then analyzed collaborative digital information service Web sites and surveys. Based on the analysis result, this study presented support of integrated search of possessed electronic information, Web database (DB), DB on original texts of regional records, online reference services, and mobile platforms as functional factors to embody a successful service model. As a system management road map, an eclectic model combining the merits of centralized and decentralized models was found to be more effective than a centralized or decentralized model in consideration of the characteristics of participating organizations.

2006년 전세계 휴대폰 판매대수는 8억 5000만~9억대로 올해보다 10~15% 증가할 전망이다. 노키아 등 휴대폰 제조업체들 예측을 참고로 한다면 작년 8억대 정도의 시장보다 5000만대~1억대 정도 성장할 것으로 관측된다. 이는 인도 등 신흥 시장의 수요 급증 외 북미와 유럽에서 3G 서비스 보급 활성화가 예상되는 데 따른 것이다.

In the background of rapidly increasing domestic cloud service demand, worries about security and privacy incidents can hinder the promotion of cloud service industry. Thus, it is crucial that the independent 3rd party assures the reliability for using the cloud service. This paper compares several external and internal cloud service certification cases, for example CSA certification, FedRAMP certification, KCSA certification, and concludes that insufficient security and privacy controls are prevailing. As a consequence, several enhanced countermeasures by using ISO/IEC 27017, KISA's ISMS considering manageability and expertise are proposed in the cloud service certification system.
