IT 조직의 활동에 대한 성과 평가는 과거 재무적인 평가방법이 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 정보시스템 기능과 활동 주체가 다양해짐에 따라 재무적인 접근방법과 함께 새로운 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 균형 성과표 (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) 개념을 IT 활동 평가에 적용한 IT-BSC에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 정보시스템과 기업전략과의 관계에 대한 규명이나, 다양한 IT 성과측정지표들간의 연계성을 측정하는 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 본 연구에서는 IT 조직의 성과평가를 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)과 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 도출하고, 도출된 지표간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 영역과 지표들은 각 산업영역에서 IT 조직의 성과를 측정할 때 참고하고 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 연구의 의미를 둘 수 있다.

인터넷의 확산으로 인해 전송, 서비스 및 보안과 관련된 많은 장비들이 개발되고 출시되고 있다. 서비스 및 보안과 관련된 장비들은 새로운 개발과 급속한 도입으로 인해 적절한 성능측정방법의 부재로 인해 많은 혼란과 문제들을 가져오기도 했었다. 이에 장비를 도입하는 기관들은 전문 시험기관의 시험과 평가를 거쳐 발행된 성적서나 보고서를 참고하거나 직접 벤치마킹테스트를 거쳐 도입을 결정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IP 네트워크 장비들의 성능측정을 위한 방법들을 분석하고 표준으로 제정된 시험 방법론을 분석하여 시스템 성능측정을 위한 메트릭을 제시하고자 한다.

대학도서관은 연구와 교육의 센터로서 대학의 내부소속인의 교육과 연구, 학습을 뒷받침해왔다. 현대사회에서 평생교육과 자기주도 학습, 지적자유에 대한 사회적 요구가 커지면서 이제 대학도서관은 내부소속인 뿐만 아니라 외부이용자를 위한 서비스도 제공하는 이른바 지역사회 개방을 시행하고 있다. 이 연구는 지역사회 개방에 대한 선행연구들을 참고하여 지역사회 개방에 대해 알아보고, 대구지역의 대학도서관을 중심으로 지역사회 개방의 현황에 대해 구체적으로 분석하였다.

기존의 웹서버는 텍스트형식의 로그파일을 기록한다. 웹 서버에서 로그파일은 클라이언트의 웹서버에 대한 접속정보와 웹서버의 처리상황 등 모든 상황을 기록하고 저장한다. 이 정보를 분석하면 웹 서비스를 하는데 있어서 웹 서비스의 질을 높이는데 좋은 참고자료가 될 뿐 아니라 웹 서버에 이상이 생겼을 경우 발생한 오류를 조기에 발견하는 데에도 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 현재 이러한 로그파일은 텍스트 파일로 저장되어있기 때문에 조작의 가능성도 있고 오랜 시간이 지나 해당 웹 페이지가 삭제되었을 경우 로그파일에 기록된 그 시각의 웹 페이지를 볼 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 로그파일에 기록된 그 시간의 웹 URL 페이지 이미지를 저장하여 이미지 로그파일을 만드는 시스템을 구현해 봄으로써 텍스트형식 로그파일의 단점을 보안하고 오랜 시간이 지난 후에도 그 웹 페이지를 볼 수 있는 기법을 연구하였다. 이 기법은 로그파일로써의 역할 뿐만 아니라 Digital Forensics 로 범죄 수사에도 많은 도움이 될 수 있고 휴대전화에서 풀 인터넷 브라우징 연구에도 적용될 수 있다.

웹 서버에서 로그파일은 웹 서버에 대한 접속정보를 저장한다. 이 정보를 분석하면 웹 서비스를 하는데 있어서 서비스의 질을 높이는데 좋은 참고자료가 될 뿐 아니라 웹 서버에 이상이 생겼을 경우 발생한 오류를 조기에 발견하는 데에도 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 현재 이러한 로그파일은 텍스트 파일로 저장이 되어있으며 오랜 시간이 지나 그 웹 페이지가 삭제되었을 경우 로그파일에 기록된 그 시각의 웹 페이지를 찾아보기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 로그파일에 기록된 그 시각의 웹 페이지의 이미지를 저장하는 방법으로 이러한 단점을 보안하고 오랜 시간이 지난 후에도 그 웹 페이지를 볼 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 아이디어가 구현되어 실현되면 또한 Digital Forensic 으로써 범죄 수사에도 많은 도움이 될뿐만 아니라 휴대전화로 풀 인터넷 브라우징이 가능한 풀브라우저에도 적용될 수 있다.

Ubiquitous computing technology provides anytime and anywhere accessibility to information, ubiquitous computing is adapted in the various field to increase efficiency of work. After looking into the trend of ubiquitous computing, case studies of information service using mobile service and RFID system in library were investigated in this paper. Library information service are providing retrieval of library OPAC and verifications of circulation and return date using mobile internet technology. In addition, various notice services using short me sage service(SMS) of mobile are available. Considering growing mobile service and RFID system advancement of related technology, more information service utilizing mobile service and RFID system should be developed in near future.

Service industry has become the most important industry among various economic activities. These rapid changes have made the business environment more integral and important to balance the interests of various stakeholders. However, when a new service enters South Korea, there is a need to establish an identity that helps the various stakeholders to have a consistent understanding because different stakeholders have different understandings about the service. This paper is a study on the application of the optimized identity to the medical Marijuana service and the implementation plan. It consists of three steps: theoretical consideration, development of the optimization identity structure, and application to the medical Marijuana service.

The National Assembly record is considered one of the most valuable public records because it has great value as a historical evidence of democracy. Therefore, it is not only used as a reference or evidence for work, but also used for academic purposes. Academic information users can improve their intellectual skills in our society, lead to indirect innovation, and provide customized services to them, which can increase the continuous viewing and utilization rate of records management institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to propose a plan to activate the academic information service of the National Assembly Records Preservation Center, which is in charge of the National Assembly records. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners in charge of literature research, case studies, and services at the National Assembly Archives and users of academic information. It proposed improving awareness of the National Assembly Archives, strengthening online services, and customized user services.

The purpose of this paper is to design a model of integrated OPAC called as EconRef. This model not only provides users of libraries with systematic, rapid information service, but also supports librarians to do their tasks effectively. The designed model is constructed based on two operating systems such as REGIS system and The Book House and is developed by using KPWin++ is an expert system shell which combines hypertext and expert system functions. The designed system consists of six modules ; three reference expert systems for document sources, experts and statistical sources; OPAC ; external database ; user's guide. For the evaluation of the designed system, performance of EconRef system is compared with that of the naive and expert reference librarians. And also the features of the system are compared with those of REGIS systems. The tests comparing BconRef system searching with librarians searching have shown that EconRef system is at least as good as searching with expert librarians and much superior to searching with naive librarians.

To promote information service and to encourage active participation from the group categorized as the alienated class(group of people) this study suggests the basic concepts and strategy for the information services to alienated class who does not have full public library services. The paper classifies three separate groups of alienated groups, handicapped. poor(economically unfortunate group) and elderly group. The service shall consider their needs from their own Point of concern and interests. There are three distinctive considerations, infra structure(facility building, space. place). administrative consideration, and equipments. Infra-structure includes the planning of the space to facilitate the equipments and reference materials which will be control)ed and moderated by a librarian. Administrative service includes the development for the educational system between the end users and external experts. It also includes the individualized education system for each group Material and equipment consideration should include the each group's specific needs such as the infra-structures which is provided for the handicapped person.
