현재 게임 시장에서 VR 게임이 가지는 영향력은 점차 증가하는 추세이다. 기존의 VR게임들은 대부분 Multi-Play를 지원하지 않는다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 Photon Network와 XR Plugin을 사용하여 2명의 플레이어가 함께 즐길 수 있는 Arcade 장르의 VR 경쟁 Multi-Game을 구현하였다. 이에 필요한 서버는 리슨 서버 방식으로 Master Client가 게임을 시작하면, Game에 참가한 다른 Client Player는 Photon Network의 RPC 기능을 사용하고 Player의 동작, Game 진행 상황 등을 실시간으로 Server에 동기화하여 Multi-Play게임을 할 수 있다.

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among motivation to participate, organizational support, satisfaction and learning outcome in lifelong education. The survey was conducted on the learners who enrolled in "A" lifelong education center in the first semester of 2011 and structural equation modeling analysis were used. A total of 151 respondents were analyzed for this study. The major findings of this research are as follow: First, motivation to participate factor has an influence on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Second, organizational support factor has an influence on the satisfaction, but not on the learning outcomes. Third, learners' satisfaction have direct effects on the learning outcomes. Furthermore, learners' satisfaction mediated causal relationship between motivation to participate and learning outcomes. This study proposed implications and managing strategies that enhance satisfaction of female adult learners in lifelong education environment and learning outcomes.

With the purpose of improving the quality of training for caregivers, this study examines how caregivers' motivation to participate in training affects their level of satisfaction with their training. This study surveyed 281 trainees at a caregiver training agency in City B on their motivation to participate in, and satisfaction with, training. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis were used. Activity-oriented training was chosen as the top motivator with the highest satisfaction level with regard to the trainers. Motivation particularly influenced activity-oriented and learning-oriented training. In contrast, goal-oriented activities did not affect the trainees' satisfaction with their training. The conclusion is that the level of caregivers' motivation to participate in training has the greatest effect on their satisfaction with their training.

In this study, internships in fashion-related areas were explored based on survey data obtained from 64 companies running an internship program, 55 internship participants and 118 internship applicants. In results, both internship participants and company practitioners were fairly satisfied with internship programs. Also, the academia and the industry were well collaborating for an internship operation. Internship in the fashion industry is considered as an important way to build practical abilities for college students. Product development and design were job areas that interns often took charge of. Active and sincere personnel who have good interpersonal skills, creative abilities, communication skills, and foreign language skills are welcomed as a good candidate for an intern. Reflecting the results, implications for internship offering companies and internship participants were generated.

This research examines the push and pull factors of temple stay in Korean national parks. 152 participants of temple stay in Woljeongsa and Guryongsa in national parks in Gangwon-do area completed a survey to access their reasons for participating in temple stay(push factors) and to evaluate how well the visiting experience performed on a selected set of attributes(push factors). Demographics of respondents were similar to the visitor characteristics of Korean national parks. The result of factor analysis identified 6 push factor domains of 'self actualization', 'health enhancement', 'nature assimilation', 'relationship elevation', 'religious experience', and 'leisure experience'. 6 pull factor domains were 'recuperative quality', 'quality of a temple stay program', 'attributes of a temple', 'user convenience', 'tourism experience' and 'accessibility and transportation'. Satisfaction level of temple stay in a national park was very high of 4.71 in a 5 Likert scale. Gangwon- Do was most preferred with the percentage of 89.2 as a suitable area for temple stay in a national park. Findings of multi-dimensional tourism motivations of temple stay in a national park that encompass nature tourism, cultural tourism and religious tourism is expected to provide useful information for the future development of a more competitive temple stay program and a marketing strategy. However, more defined successive research work is required to generalize findings of wellness oriented push and pull factors of temple stay based on nature in national parks.

The purpose of this study was to understand the experiences of the young children's mothers who participated in Respected Parents & Respected Children(RPRC) through a phenomenological approach. Data were collected from 9 mothers of preschool children using weekly journals, self-reported worksheets, observer's descriptive notes and reflective notes, and semi-structured pre-interviews and post-interviews to share their experiences regarding their participation in the program. From a phenomenological study, that is one of the qualitative analysis methods, 7 theme categories and 16 lower categories emerged. Theme categories were (1) the intrinsic motivation for participation in parent education program, (2) the beginning of change: mother, (3) the beginning of change: children, (4) the lasting conflicts, (5) the absence of positive parent's role model and intergenerational transmission of parenting, (6) the raising parenting efficacy, (7) the emotional supporting experience from parent education program and expectations of the continuous education course. Discussions and the implications for support practices and interventions were provided.

Today, Competition in employment among the youth is more intensified and this phenomena lead to youth unemployment problems. This study was conducted to found the influence of youth employment effort on labor participation. We studied what variables could affect motivation of employment preparation especially among undergraduate and graduated students. We used 3rd~5th(2009~2011) 'Youth Panel Data' designed by Korean Employment Information Service. Data we adjusted were male(3,481) female(3,770). We applied the Generalized Estimating Equations to Panel logit model. We found that job education and training, career guidance, job shadowing program, getting new certification, sex, age and change of gross income affected employment preparation with controling education factors, socio-economic factors. This study found the effort of employment preparation was significant impact on labor participation and showed an influence on each variable empirically. We suggest that the youth-unemployment problem there is a need to approach fundamental aspects.

필자들은 제37회 교육자료전시회(1997)와 제38회 교육자료전시회(1998)에 작품을 출품하였다. 이들 교육자료전시회에 참가하게 된 동기는 다음과 같다. 입문기 아동의 수학교육은 학습내용에 대한 흥미를 가지도록 해야 하며 구체적인 조작활동을 통하여 수량에 대한 기초적인 개념과 원리, 그리고 법칙을 바르게 이해시켜 논리적 사고력을 기르도록 해야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 아동들을 목표수준에서 보면 만족스럽지 못하고, 시간이 지날수록 학습결손아가 늘고 있는 현실이다. 특히 오름길 학습지를 해결할 때는 우수한 아동에게도 조작활동을 시켜보면 뜻밖에 조작 활동을 제대로 못하고 당황하는 경우를 흔히 볼 수 있다. 이것은 개념 형성과 개인간의 차에 관심을 둔 지도가 이루어지지 않은 상태에서, 자기능력과 수준에 맞는 학습을 하지 못하고 다음 단계로 넘어가기 때문이라 판단하였다. 이에 필자들은 교과서에 예시한 활동이나 그림 자료들을 실제로 관찰하고 조작해 볼 수 있도록 구체적인 자료로 대체하여, 수학에서 요구하는 학습지도 원리에 적합하도록 하였다. 또 교실 수업에서 야기되는 개인차에 대한 학습지도상의 문제점을 해결하는 한편, 급우간 인간관계에 바탕을 둔 소그룹 협동 학습을 위한 자료로 수와 가감산의 원리를 쉽게 체득 시킬 수 있도록 하였다.

다수에 의한 다수에 대한 P2P 전자경매 시스템에 대한 모델과 Java 의 Jini 기술을 기반으로 하는 구축방안에 대하여 기술한다. Jini Service 형태로 네트웍에 공개되는 모든 전자경매 진행관련 정보에 대한 검색과 입찰 처리과정을 자동화 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 네트웍 문제 발생에 대한 자동복원, 참가 이후 신규 공개되는 정보에 대한 비동기 자동 확인, 그리고 ACID 개념을 보장하는 트랜잭션 관리 등이 가능하다. 다양한 MIME 타입을 지원하는 컨텐츠와 EJB 를 활용할 경우 유선 및 무선 정보화장치를 통하여 모델에 참여할 수 있으며, 수동 접속된 특정 서버의 제공 정보 및 절차에 제한 받지 않는다.

The 34 gifted children at 4th grade to 5th grade had attended the science camp for 3days. After the camp. they were asked to write which activities were most or least interesting, and most or least fruitful for themselves. By analyzing these answers, we could conclude that the activities which have novelty. give curiosity. or give opportunities to participate were thought to be interesting to them.They considered that a profitable activity should have something worth-learning. From these result. the effective activities in science gifted education gave the opportunity for self-doing and stimulate the curiosity with new phenomenon.
