This study focused on the brand attitude of consumers toward social innovation companies so that they could have differentiated competitive advantage and secure competitive advantage with ordinary companies. To this end, the difference in consumer brand attitudes between products of social innovation entities and products of general enterprises was compared through blind testing. The blind test results of this study showed that there was no statistically significant difference in product properties or brand attitudes, but after the information of the after-sales product was disclosed, the information included that the soap product used as a laboratory was natural handmade soap, indicating that post-brand attitudes improved in both social innovation and general enterprise products. And after explaining the social values pursued by social innovators, the increased interest in social innovation firms compared to ordinary enterprises resulted in a statistically significant increase in brand attitudes toward social innovation enterprise products. Clear and unexaggerated information displays on product packaging can be a tool to improve brand attitudes. In addition, in order to raise consumer awareness of social innovation enterprise products, there will be a need to enhance education and promotion policies for social innovation companies at the government level, and developing self-help measures for social innovation companies to promote themselves by presenting the contents of their social values as advertising copy on their product packaging may also be another breakthrough for improving brand attitudes and increasing sales.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences and satisfaction of each purchase behavior by classifying cosmeceutical and medical cosmetics. A total of 861 questionnaires were distributed to males in their 20s to 50s (from 1 march 2017). A total of 446 respondents with experience using cosmeceutical cosmetics and medical cosmetics used as the final analysis material. According to the study, the term recognition for cosmeceutical cosmetics and medical cosmetics was very low. The differences in each purchase behavior were not statistically significant. but cosmeceutical cosmetic products have been found to have a significant impact on quality, price, container design, and service satisfaction among purchase preference factors (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001), In particular, it was found that satisfaction with quality was the greatest. Medical cosmetics have been found to have a significant positive (+) effect on brand image, price, and container design among purchase preference factors (p<0.01, p<0.001), It was also found to have the biggest satisfaction with the brand image. Based on the results of this study, The features of cosmeceutical cosmetics and medical cosmetics are subdivided. It has been deemed necessary to develop differentiated products according to each purchase behavior and preference.
The attribution of human traits, emotions, and intentions to nonhuman entities such as robots is known as anthropomorphism. Two studies were conducted to check whether human-robot interaction is affected by anthropomorphic framing of robots. In Study 1, participants were presented with pictures of robots that varied in human similarity in appearance. According to the results, uncanny feelings toward a robot increased with the higher levels of human similarity. Furthermore, as the level of mind attribution increased, participants tended to attribute more humanlike abilities to nonhuman agents. In Study 2, a robot was described as either a machine-like robot or a humanlike robot in a priming story; then, it was examined whether significant differences exist in mind attribution and moral care. The participants tended to perceive robots as more humanlike in the mind attribution when anthropomorphism was used in a robot's behavior, according to the findings. Furthermore, in the condition of increased anthropomorphism, a higher level of moral care could be observed compared with that in the other condition. This means that humanlike appearances may increase uncanny feelings, whereas anthropomorphic attribution may facilitate social interactions between humans and robots. Limitations as well as the implications for future research are discussed.

Special theaters were created to provide a sense of immersion and spectacles due to differentiated screens, sound, seating facilities, and advanced services, and also expanded screens. The purpose of this study is to perform comparative analysis of the technical characteristics formats shown in special theaters(3D film, 4DX, IMAX, ScreenX, and VR) in order to identify and find ways to overcome the technological limitations in production. The various formats show differences in field of view depending on the exhibition technology and these differences affect the mise-en-scene, narrative, and editing of the film and consequently result in changes in the production environment and process. Therefore, directors and creators must understand the technological features and limitations of the new formats before making their approach. However, a new format encounters limitations on production sets due to the decline of technical education and succession. In situations where shooting with a special camera is essential, the particular characteristics of each format should be carefully considered from the planning stage but financial problems arise due to increase in production period and cost. To overcome these various obstacles, it is essential to first identify problems and present alternatives through in-depth research on the production set of each format. Finally, this research aims to explore the prototype of each format and analyze the current state of production technology with formats that have not been adapted to the market trends by combining with the other formats and showing that they can survive in new ways.
This study investigates the strategies that are important for selecting shuttle carriers and logistics warehouses. In container transportation, competitive pricing has become an order qualifier due to the establishment of the standard freight rate system. As a result of this study, it can be seen that both logistics warehouses and shuttle carriers place greater importance on the partnerships with companies and employee education. Besides those two factors, the punctuality of delivery is found to be important for the quality of transportation. Therefore, companies must continue to increase their competitiveness. As customer service of the shuttle carrier, resolving the loss or damage and claim handling part is evaluated more importantly in the logistics warehouse than the ablity to resolve unexpected event. The future strategy should focus on resolving the loss/damage and claim handling factors so that companies can be competitve in the future. Based on research results, logistics warehouses and shuttle carriers can establish different marketing strategies to maintain a firm position on the market by securing competitive advantage within port hinterland.
This study is a descriptive research to investigate the, safety environment, and performance of nurses working in public medical institutions on standard precautions for infection, and to identify factors affecting the performance of standard precautions for infection. As for the research method, data were collected through a questionnaire on 192 nurses from two public medical institutions in S city and N city, and the results were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 statistical program. From the research results, there was a significant difference in the knowledge of standard precautions according to work experience, and there was a significant difference in the safety environment of standard precautions according to the position. The average level of knowledge of standard precautions was 21.98/25 points, the average safety environment was 5.68/7 points, and the average performance was 40.28/60 points. There was a significant positive correlation between the safety environment of standard precautions and the performance of standard precautions (r=.21, p<0.01). The affecting factor on the performance of standard precautions was found to be the safety environment of standard precautions(𝛽=.22, p=.003). Therefore, to improve the performance of standard precautions for nurses' infection control in public medical institutions, Different and persistent infection management educational programs that consider the Historical situation and monitoring are required other than providing financial support and supportive safety environment.
Startups are undergoing a change throughout the growth process of startups that appear in existing studies as they move away from the existing B2B or B2C frame and expand their target customer groups to O2O, C2C. In this regard, a new type of startup known as unicorns, a unicorn which has grown rapidly in a short period of time, is being created by successfully attracting government support and external investment in recognition of the potential value of the startup. This study examined the relationship between investment attraction and growth after founding for five representative unicorns in the U.S. and Korea. As a result, it was found that private investment in Korea is passive and defensive, and is attracted after the Series A stage, compared to the U.S., where the growth potential of the startup ecosystem is positively evaluated. In addition, it found that government's support policy throughout the startup's growth process is an abstract and comprehensive policy focusing on initial funding for startups. Therefore, it was suggested that the scope of government policies should be expanded to forster startups as unicorns, and that it is necessary to establish and implement differentiated support policies for each growth of the scale-up of startups. This study is significant in that it presented the criteria for the growth stage and support of startups as well as policy support for scale-up through practical case analysis of unicorns.

This study aimed to develop a scale to measure the family strength of single-parent families. We analyzed the everyday life and demands of single-parent families using the theory of family strength to draw 78 items that encompass family basis, relationships, roles, social networks and family culture. Using a sample of 286 single-parent families through an online survey platform, we examined the factor structure of the items and selected 48 items based on the results of the factor analysis. Reliability, criterion and construct validity were also examined. The final scale comprised of five domains ; basis, parents' role, work-life balance, social network, lifestyle and household management. This scale can be used as an assessment measure of the family strength of single-parent families for consulting, case management and suggesting various programs in the field. This merit will help enhance the quality of programing for single-parent families at the Healthy Family Support Center and the development of family strength scales for various types of families.
This paper discusses the possibility of developing literary villages and book towns by examining the feasibility of place marketing for culture and art spaces from multiple perspectives. The aim is to point out the practicability of literary villages, moving away from building halls of fame for individual writers and artists and toward creating whole villages functioning as the centers of their local cultural scene, as well as suggest ways for contributing to regional revitalization and development of culture and art programs. To this end, "Kim Yujeong Literature Village," "Lee Hyo-seok Culture and Art Village," and "Hwang Soon-Won Sonagi Village" were selected; based on these, case studies were conducted and their actual operational status was explored. As a result, it was discovered that literary villages would function well as the centers of their local community if meaningful and interesting content is continuously developed with quality enhancement. This suggests a positive impact of place marketing, and to achieve this, it is necessary to open a new paradigm of local culture by differentiating from other cultural industries and securing a position as a new industrial sector. To this end, the paper suggests approaches such as small local literary groups with direct or indirect links to the literary village, or application of space and related works in the literary village with local education.

This study identified the current status and degree of awareness of specialized libraries through a survey of public library employees in relation to specialized library projects supported and promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and local governments and sought policy directions to revitalize specialized libraries in the future. As a result of the analysis, local (region) was the most common specialized topic, but there were many places that selected topics according to the interest of policymakers. In the case of the data, less than 5% of the total books are specialized, and specialized subject-related programs account for more than 20% of the total library programs, providing an average of three to four programs, and operating personnel generally do not deploy dedicated librarians. When specialized topics meet regional characteristics, when there are separate buildings or specialized rooms, there are two to three dedicated librarians, at least 15% of specialized books, and more than five to six programs, the user's awareness and satisfaction were higher. In order to revitalize specialized libraries, it is necessary to secure additional books, organize differentiated programs, arrange exclusive librarians, provide subject-specialized education through the Korea Library Association and regional representative libraries, develop and distribute specialized and target service manuals, and secure a sufficient budget.
