A study on speed-sensitive vehicle brake light system using LED (LED를 이용한 속도 감응형 차량용 브레이크등 시스템)

  • In this study, Speed-sensitive vehicle brake using the LED, When the driver presses the brake pedal, range step while being turned in connection taillights brake of the vehicle, such as speed-sensitive vehicle brake using the LED, It is turned on according to the deceleration of the vehicle to be series of points are displayed. The rear vehicle can prevent collision about an abrupt stop of preceding vehicle by perceiving deceleration state of preceding vehicle easier and faster. Also, if the inter-vehicle distance by using an ultrasonic sensor is closer than a certain distance, the emergency light turns on to convey the situation to the driver of the rear vehicle with a buzzer.

  • 미국과 중국 그리고 일부 유럽국가에서는 교통혼잡 해결하기 위해 2인 이상 탑승한 차량만 운행 가능한 다인승 전용차로(HOV, High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes)를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. HOV를 도입한 도시에서는 나 홀로 운행 차량이 많이 감소 되어 교통 혼잡 문제를 조금이나마 해결 할 수 있었다. 현재 HOV에서는 차량 내부의 탑승 인원수를 확인하기 위한 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 기존의 해당 시스템은 HOV에 지나간 차량을 자동으로 적외선 카메라를 통해 촬영하여 사람이 직접 검수하는 방식이다. 기존 방식은 사람이 직접 검사하는 방식이라 이를 위한 많은 인력과 시간이 소모되는 점, 그리고 사람마다 확인한 결과가 다를 수 있는 등 여러 가지 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 HOV의 차량 내부 탑승 인원 확인 기술의 여러 단점을 극복하기 위해 Deep Learning과 Computer Vision을 이용한 새로운 기술 설계를 위한 연구한 내용을 다룬다.

Development of 2KW Power Bidirectional LDC for Electrical Vehicle (전기차량용 2kW급 양방향 LDC 개발)

  • In this paper, we developed a bidirectional LDC(Low DC-DC converter) for vehicle which is composed of a full bridge converter and a current doubler at the second side. The LDC is a converter that converts DC input from one side to DC output on the other side, and the converter which was developed in this thesis is capable of transferring power in both directions. It has been verified that the developed LDC has 90% efficiency at 1400W and approximately 85% efficiency at 2KW.

  • 본 논문은 차량 추돌 예방 레이더용 고 이득 저전력 저잡음 특성을 가진 24GHz 저잡음 증폭기(LNA)를 제안한다. 이러한 회로는 TSMC $0.13{\mu}m$ 혼성신호/고주파 CMOS 공정($f_T/f_{MAX}=120/140GHz$)으로 설계되어 있다. 증폭기의 전압 이득을 향상시키기 위해 2단 캐스코드 구조로 구성되어 있다. 제안한 저잡음 증폭기는 최근 발표된 연구결과에 비해 41dB의 가장 높은 전압이득과 3.7dB의 가장 낮은 잡음지수 및 2.8dBm의 가장 우수한 IIP3 특성을 각각 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 차량 레이더 시스템용 시그마-델타 변조기를 제안한다. 개발된 변조기는 차량 레이더 시스템에서 고주파 대역 신호의 고해상도 데이터 변환, 즉 아날로그-디지털변환을 수행하는데 사용되며 저전압 및 저 왜곡 특성을 가진 몸체효과 보상형 스위치 구조로 구현되어 있다. 제안된 변조기는 0.25 마이크론 이중 폴리 3-금속 표준 CMOS 공정으로 제작되었고, $1.9{\times}1.5mm^2$의 다이 면적을 점유한다. 제안된 회로는 2.7V의 동작 전압에서 기존의 부트스트랩형 회로보다 약 20dB 향상된 우수한 총 고조파 왜곡 특성을 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 장거리 레이더용 차량 충돌 방지 77-GHz CMOS 믹서를 제안한다. 이러한 회로는 2볼트 전원전압에서 동작하며, 저 전압 전원 공급에서도 높은 변환 이득과 낮은 변환 손실 및 낮은 잡음지수를 가지도록 설계되어 있다. 제안한 회로는 TSMC $0.13{\mu}m$ 혼성신호/고주파 CMOS 공정($f_T/f_{MAX}=120/140GHz$)으로 설계하였다. 전체 칩 면적을 줄이기 위해 수동형 인덕터 대신 전송선(Transmission Line) 을 이용하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 믹서는 약 5.2dB의 우수한 변환이득 특성과 2.1dBm의 우수한 IIP3 특성을 보였다.

  • Domestic vehicle registration is continuously increasing every year, traffic accidents are also increasing by an increase in the number of vehicles. In the event of a traffic accident, the perpetrator and the victim should be judged and handled appropriately. When judging the accident situation, the black box is what evidence can be except for witness who is at the accident scene. The black box becomes an essential role in order to prevent traffic accidents. However, there is no way to prove integrity by evidence corruption, fabrication and etc. For this reason, we propose a method to guarantee the integrity of image through hash value generated by using PingPong 256 encryption algorithm for integrity verification in this paper.

  • lately, vehicle blackbox increasing importance and usability Is needed accuracy and variety of information. because, blackbox help to analyze the exact cause of the accident and use as objective evidence in vehicle-related crime. In the paper, to overcome the limitations of the existing black box, use various sensors and vehicle information blackbox store current state of the vehicle with OBD-II protocol using vehicle state information and store exact current location and direction information of the vehicle with Gyro sensor and GPS and use global time of GPS for synchronization of information. In addition, blackbox back the information up with wifi. because, when blackbox damaged, dirvers were able to verify the information.

  • Now normally using a contact method of vehicle Inhibitor Switch that is use direct voltage level signal. This method is good solution for signal deliverly. but The contacted method have a short lifetime because of deterioration of contact surface. so we suggest to non-contacted method using magnetic sensor. The magnetic sensor is used to non-contacted method that is solution for problem of contacted method. In this paper using that of magnetic sensor feature, so we applied to Vehicle Transmitter switch that of non-contacting method. Sensor voltage outputs have variable electric potential that normally 0 mV to 150 mV, and it is depend on Switch Angle. we used two differential sin wave for switching of 5 state signal.

  • In this paper, we describe a design and development of car HUD(Head-Up-Display) navigation system using a Raspberry Pi. Car drivers can't concentrate on driving due to the use of various electronic devices, especially the car navigation systems installed in the cars. Therefore, car accident caused by not concentrating on the driving views is one of the most common accident types. In order to prevent the problems, HUD technology is used to help the driver to secure front views, thereby to minimize the traffic accidents caused by neglecting forward views. In this research, we propose the design and development techniques of a HUD navigation system using Raspberry Pi, and we believe that the commerical use of HUD navigation will grately reduce the risk of many car accidents.
