This study analyzed the research trends and methodologies through meta analysis method on the issues of ICT policy and e-government in Korean major journals and proceedings including Korean Association of Public Administration (KAPA), Korean Association of Policy Studies (KAPS), and Korean Journal of Information Policy of NIA (National Information Agency). The results showed that methodology has changed from explorative study with conceptualization to experimental study with theoretical model and cases. Qualitative approaches including case studies and description with policy implications were employed more as analyses tools. In terms of contents, system effectiveness and e-governance issues prevailed in the early 2000s, and since then, it has changed into ICT-based social changes and looking for generalization of theories including e-democracy, e-service, e-participation, digital divide, and post-information society. Now we are facing another ICT revolution of social network via web3.0 and gov3.0 and it is time to open a new theoretical debate, deconstruction of discourse, and collaborative perspective among different disciplines.

한국 IT아웃소싱서비스 산업이 안고있는 문제의 근원은 아웃소싱서비스 산업구조에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 이러한 산업구조의 문제가 서비스의 질적인 문제, 방법론의 정교화 문제, 계약의 문제 나아가서는 한국 소프트웨어 산업의 경쟁력 약화에 관한 모든 문제를 잉태하고 있다. 한국 IT아웃소싱 산업구조의 특이성을 무시한 IT아웃소싱의 문제나 문제의 증후군을 대상으로 한 연구나 정책적 해결책을 제시하는 것은 대증적 치료방법에 불과하며 한국 아웃소싱 산업의 경쟁력 확보 전략에 미미한 공헌을 할뿐이다. 우리가 미국이나 여타 국가의 아웃소싱 사례를 한국의 상황에 투영하여 이를 치유의 방안으로 제시하는 어리석음을 벗어나야 하는 이유가 여기에 있는 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 이와 같은 한국 정보기술 아웃소싱 산업의 근원적 문제구조를 제시하고 이것이 의미하는 IT아웃소싱 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to test construct validity of contextual performance of social worker. The participants in this study included 170 social worker in community welfare center nationwide. A narrative data of social work practice experience and MTMM(multitriat-multimethod) data on job performance were collected. I classified meaningful contextual behavior cases by qualitative methods, and examined discriminant validity of contextual and task performance by CFA model. Data analysis showed that social workers' contextual performance has discriminant validity and sub constructs of this concept have internal consistency. However, some construct are not completely independent.

This study was aimed at exploring the parenting experience of fathers in single parent families as well as comprehensively determining their parenting experiences and the various parenting resources and support systems that have emerged in the process. The subjects were five divorced fathers who had not remarried and had been raising their children on their own. This qualitative case study involved data collect through in-depth interviews. The inter-case analyses derived two topics, five categories, and 17 concepts related to the issues of interest. The results indicated, that, first, there was "psychological confusion in the early stages of parenting" because of the sudden onset of this responsibility after divorce. Second, in the parenting experience, the fathers felt that "family survival was at stake". Third the support systems that the fathers had in raising single parent families were "social resources" made available through workplaces, acquaintances, institutions, and the government. Such systems also took the form of "family resources" including brothers and parents. An "internal resource" was the presence of children along with psychological sources of support, such as responsibility and the satisfaction experienced by the fathers through parenting. This study, uncovered the reality, resources, and support systems of fathers in single families. It is meaningful in that it will serve as a basis for supporting practical measures and educational interventions for fathers in single-parent households.

The aim of this paper is to explore and understand, using in-depth interviews, the participant's enthusiasm for and involvement in studying mathematics and the deeper nature of his/her interest in mathematics teaching. In addition a larger aim is to understand how the individual's interest in mathematics and teaching are linked to his/her larger personal fulfillment. We conducted in-depth interviews with 4 pre-service teachers' subjective experiences focusing on deep motivation, pedagogical content knowledge, inner vision. Interviews focus much more on the participant's spontaneous feeling, consciousness, and state as these arise in the interview, and on past foiling, consciousness and state as they appear to the participant subjectively retrospectively in his/her memory. The output of this research consists of 2 portraits out of 4 individual participants, highlighting and conceptually developing the specific aspects under study; different ways in which individuals' involvement with the subject area affects their motivation, inner visions and academic efforts toward becoming teachers. Larger aspects of pre-service teachers' subjective experiences were sketched by contrasting the two cases. Several suggestions were put at the end to enhance mathematics education concerning curriculum development.

Downsizing IS is rapidly emerging as one of new information systems of the 1990s that involve (1) the cost reduction, (2) the reduction of MIS staff, and (3) the transfer of IS functions to end-users. As downsizing is relatively new information systems, little is known about the causes, the process, or the consequences of downsizing. Case study was chosen as the research methodology of this study. The downsizing IS of Namsun Aluminum Co. was chosen for the exploratory case study. The detailed and qualitative analyses to Namsun were performed with the use of observation, participation, interview techniques. Consequently, the causes, the process, and the consequences of Namsun's downsizing were analyzed. As the main cause, downsizing was started with the purpose of cost reduction. The important consequences of downsizing are as follows ： (1) About 700 mi1lion won reduction in the cost of initially developing the downsizing was achieved. (2) Downsizing is performing Namsun's mission critical applications. (3) Namsun's downsizing could be considered to be SIS(strategic information systems).

We usually expect that children in residential care are not able to have excellent academic achievement, even though their school achievement in adolescence is crucial as a part of whole lifespan development. The purpose of this study is to carefully understand characteristics and experiences of only a few academically talented children in residential care and to find out the practical suggestion to support the academic performance of children in residential care. For this purpose, we had interviewed eight children in depth and analyzed the data using a qualitative case study method. As a result, we found a total of 21 subcategories and 5 categories. The categories included that 'always being faithful despite being not fast', 'believing myself when I face limitations', 'conflict in high support and high expectation', 'sometimes refusing to support on me, but I am leaning on my mind', 'relieving anxiety by studying'. In conclusion, we found that the central theme of 'running to change prejudice into hope' were found through the cases with excellent academic achievement. Based on the results, we suggested the guidelines to consider when developing and providing the academic support services for children in residential care.

This study aimed to explore the experiences of community case managers in COVID-19 situations. For this study, the qualitative research was carried out for six social workers who are in charge of case-management in social welfare agencies. From results of research, the three themes were derived, such as 'a field of crises and opportunities'. Anxiety and efforts to resolve the problem caused by the introduction of new and unfamiliar methods' and 'responding to the clients' situations changes'. Case managers have endeavored to indirectly provide services with new, but unaccustomed ways even in the situations with keeping non-contact and being given limited resources and actively explored the ways to utilize public services to respond to the clients' needs according to the changes of conditions. Therefore, the meaning of this research was concluded to be 'A breathtaking battle to the continuous challenge'. Based on the results of research, the competences equipped by case managers and the direction of their practices were suggested to improve the community welfare currently in the middle of dealing with With-Corona-Era.

This study aims to suggest a new evaluating system for academic books in the field of humanities and social sciences in Korea. The data comprised the evaluating systems for researchers' academic achievements at 27 Korean and overseas universities, and questionnaire from researchers. The findings showed that academic books were rated higher twice than articles in Korean universities with various criteria. Universities in the US had no standardized systems, but publishers evaluated academic books. The UK and France had authorized organizations, REF and HCERHE, to evaluate researchers' products, whereas, in Japan, departments evaluated them without fixed systems. About 84% of Korean researchers preferred external evaluation on academic books. It is proposed to establish associations' evaluation, 'more than 200 pages and ISBN', and qualitative approach. 200-600 points can be given on books in the correlation of universities, associations, and Korea Research Foundation.

Over the past few years, "business models" has surged into the management vocabulary. But, while it has become quite fashionable to discuss business models, there has been still much confusion about what are business models and how they could make. In fact, business models can serve a positive and powerful role in corporate management. While other authors have recently offered definitions of "business model", none of them appears to be generally accepted. This paper presents the absence of the generally definition of the business models, elements of business model and classify business logic. To help start-up entrepreneurs better understand, found and check business models thus, this paper propose a method of business model, understanding, founding and checking. The dissertation will present an effective business model building method which is necessary for the start-up entrepreneurs to start business. This paper consists of three parts. first is showing the previous study of business model. The second is the re-definition business model and elements based on the first and to present a new method of business model plating and checking for start-up IT (information technology) company's entrepreneurs. The last is application of the methode. This study applied the methode to a company which is located in "DAEDEOK INNOPOLIS"; this company has specialized Information technology.
