Research and development of the V-World packaged goods model for the overseas expansion of the spatial information industry (공간정보산업 해외진출을 위한 공간정보 오픈플랫폼(V-World) 패키지상품 모형 개발 연구)

  • In order to expand the market of the domestic space information industry, which is currently saturated, overseas expansion is essential, but the prospects are limited. Therefore, an effective strategy of overseas expansion is needed. Given the current state of such spatial information industry, V-World is expected to play a very important role. In the world market for space information, in order to ensure the export competitiveness of the domestic space information industry, in the present study, research and development was carried out on the V-World-based packaged goods model as one possible method. First of all, to analyze the current situation and characteristics of the spatial information industry, to grasp V-World as a commodity and derive the relationship between foreign demand and V-World, the sales destinations and methods were defined. To formulate the basic strategy of the fusion-composite package export utilizing V-World on the basis of the basic concept of the product, the necessary components were designed. In response to this fusion-composite package product mix, the overseas promotion of spatial information-related companies it to be expected.

  • This study is to explore the advance plan of senior products industrial into China. For this purpose, we examine the current status of the senior products industrial in Korea and investigate the demand of senior products industrial in China. Based on the results of these analyses, we discussed the concrete plans to advance into China. At result, the senior products industrial markets needed to develop in China are the elderly tourism industry, the elderly medical equipment and pension. And Korean companies intending to advance into China market might should capture the change of social security system, the trait of senior products industrial, and the regional characteristics in China.

  • 방송통신융합의 핵심으로 자리잡은 IPTV는 통신서비스와 방송산업의 경계를 허무는 동시에 새로운 시장을 형성하고 있다. 세계최고의 초고속 인터넷 망을 보유하고 있는 우리나라는 방송통신 융합규제에 묶여 IPTV분야가 상당기간 답보상태에 있었다. 반면 해외시장은 2008년에 2,500만 가입자를 넘어설 정도로 커지고 있는데 국내 IPTV공급업자들의 해외시장 진출 전략에 대한 국내 연구가 부족한 것이 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 IPTV시장 답보상태에서도 IPTV의 필수 구성요소인 셋톱박스, CA/DRM, 미들웨어, 네트워크장비, 요금청구 플랫폼 등을 개발한 국내 IPTV공급업체들이 성공적으로 해외에 진출하기 위한 전략을 세우고 최적의 비즈니스를 펼칠 수 있도록 하는 요인을 발굴하여 글로벌전략 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 국내에 진출한 Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Tesco(home plus) 등 다국적화된 소매기업들을 통하여 주 2 휴일제 실시로 변화가 예상되는 그들의 점포운영방안을 실적을 분석해봄으로써 보다 효율적인 경영전략과 운영 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 국내 할인점의 포화기 진입단계에 들어선 시점에서 국내 진출 다국적 기업들은 국내 선두 기업과 비교하여 짧은 진출 역사에도 안정성과 수익성 측면, 활동성 부문에도 양호한 결과를 나타내고 있으며, 이들의 운영의 전략적 측면은 구매 부문의 EDLP와 운영부문에 EDLC가 선 순환되고 유통·물류정보시스템과 결합하면서 Low Cost Operation이 추진하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 다국적 소매기업들은 표준화와 현지화를 대립이 아닌 양립과 조화로 보면서 현지화 부문에서는 MD(VMD) 부문 개선과 고객서비스를 개선함으로써 국내 기업들의 강한 경쟁자로서 접근하고 있다고 판단된다. 일부 우려에 대한 다국적 기업의 실적 저조에 대한 판단은 그들의 경영전략과 현지화 단계에서의 차이를 감안하면 이른 판단으로 사려 되며, 이러한 다국적화 소매유통기업에 대한 운영방안에 대한 고찰은 다국적 소매기업 및 국내 소매업체들의 경쟁력 향상에도 기여할 것으로 본다.

  • Cultural contents industry is a kernel industry based on knowledge. This study is to suggest some complements by watching and analyzing cultural industry policy and status of especially animation America, England, France and Japan and that of Korea to aim at American market. I described financial resources, creation and technology, development of human resources, export method, improvement of legal system for the supplementary method of animation export strategy. This reports could be applicable as a information to plan industry policy or to develop detail program.

From being the latest Africa is understanding as 'Rising Sun & Post Brics' for Korea.   • 한국섬유산업은 위기에 직면하고 있으며, 해외진출이 증가하고 있다. 한국 섬유산업에 있어서 세 번째 교역군인 인도네시아는 한국의 직접투자액이 5위로 한국의 해외진출이 활발한 국가이다. 본 연구는 한국 섬유원단업체가 인도네시아로 진출하기 위한 발전 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 문헌연구와 전문가 회의를 통해 인도내시아 사정을 고려한 섬유업체의 SWOT 대표요인들을 도출하였다. 이들간 우선순위를 도출하기 위해 AHP 분석을 시행하여, SWOT 요인들의 최종가중치와 우선순위를 도출하였다.

Development of an Urban Freeway Exit-Intersection Control Strategy using Actuated Traffic Control (감응식 신호제어를 이용한 도시고속도로 진출부 교차로 제어전략 개발)

  • This paper aims to develop an integrated urban freeway exit-intersection actuated traffic signal control strategy based on which a real-time detection of queue at each of an exit-ramp and an arterial. To evaluate effects of the proposed actuated traffic signal control according to various traffic situations and geometric conditions, this paper analyzed the effects of the proposed traffic signal control strategy according to traffic situations such as the occasion of the arterial being saturated, the occasion of the exit-ramp being saturated, and the occasion of both the arterial and the exit-ramp being saturated. To reflect geometric conditions that influence the effects of the control strategy, this paper evaluated effects before and after applying the actuated traffic signal control strategy according to six cases for both above and under the downstream link length of 200m as proposed by COSMOS. The study results shown that when the link length above 200m, offered a greater effect of applying the actuated traffic control strategy than below 200m. Thus, the actuated traffic signal control through a real-time detection of queue is expected to offer a greater effect at longer downward link.

  • Since diplomatic relations with China in 1992, many Korean companies have entered into China and that expansion is currently continuing. But now, many of Korean enterprises tend to withdraw and return to the domestic, this is because that major factors are too much fast increasing in labor costs and the difficulty of local workforce management. In this study, it is researched that the type of human resource management of Korean firms entering into Heilongjiang Province, Harbin and the similarities and differences were investigated by comparing the form of personnel management of existing areas and Harbin area, and then this study was conducted the survey and interview of domestic companies operating in Harbin, to pursuit the efficient way to manage the workforce development and management strategies. The result of researches and workforce development strategies of entering firms are as follows; First, it is required to establish a human resource discovery system for entering companies in focusing on managerial work ability and on blue-collar which is separated by professional and technical experts and a simple blue-collar people. Second, it is required to entering companies that they have to grow up the promotion and exchange of the Department of Korean Studies in Harbin and have to build the industry and universities training programs to promote needed experts, and have to establish the expert pool systems to support the flexible labor supply.
