The schedule management in construction project have been performed independently by two method, WBS base management and CBS based management, However, the integrated management model is needed according to efficiency of construction project management and introduction of new EVMS system of KOREA government. For this purpose, interworking database system is designed through efficient modeling of WBS based management data and CBS based management data and relation establishment between entities in this paper. WBS based management DB consists of 4 entities and CBS based management DB consists of 3 entity and one of the 4 WBS DB entities is used to play interworking role between WBS and CBS, Also, attributes of all entities are well defined so that data consistency, integrity and newest are guaranteed. The designed interworking database model was realized using Nex-Pert Pro and the efficiency of data interworking was proved.

오랜 기간동안 진행되는 사회간접자본 건설의 진행 상황을 관측하는 것은 대규모 공사의 종합적인 관리를 위해 필수불가결한 요소이다. 동북아 지역의 중추 공항 기능을 담당할 영종도 국제공항의 공사진행 과정을 관측하기 위하여 인공위성 영상 자료가 활용되었다. 바다위에 건설되는 공항의 특성으로 인하여 방조제 건설과 매립공사가 수행되었다. 활주로, 유도로, 여객터미널과 복합교통센터 등이 건설되었으며, 공항의 건설로 산림이 훼손되고 양식장과 염전이 매립되는 것이 관측되었다. 이러한 공항공사의 진척상태를 분석하기 위해서 시계열 Landsat TM 영상을 사용하였으며, 타 위성영상에서는 공항의 공사현황이 어느정도 분석가능한지를 가늠하기 위해서 KOMPSAT EOC, IRS-1C PAN, RADARSAT SAR 영상이 활용되었다. 시계열 Landsat TM 영상에서는 공항 부지의 매립 진척 현황과 산림의 벌채 등을 잘 분석할 수 있었다. KOMPSAT EOC 과 IRS-1C PAN 영상은 높은 공간해상력으로 건설에 사용된 가건물과 같은 세부적인 시설물을 관측할 수 있었다. 15m PAN 영상을 제공하는 Landsat ETM은 IHS 합성 후 분석하였는데, 기존의 TM 영상에서 분류하지 못했던 방조제의 도로와 성토를 구분할 수 있었다. RADARSAT SAR 영상에서는 광학영상에서 볼 수 없었던 독특한 정부 를 얻을 수 있었다.

Construction projects have shown a dramatic increase in size and complexity during the recent years that precise management has been recognized as one of key factors leading the project to success. It has been investigated that management in construction sites is generally done based on the experience of site engineers. Such experience based decision making lacks reliability that could bring disastrous results such as delay and cost overruns. The purpose of this study is to suggest a process progress pattern analysis method that is expected to be used as an objective reference for site managers to aid the decision making done regarding process progress management.

Only small numbers of medium-sized manufacturers have adopted a production management system. They have difficulty maintaining production cost and progress management, because they have used the ways that win a contract, not mass production system like a big company. Also a small company has to change standard features of products whenever customers want, by means of non-standardization and small quantity production method. As a result, it has been very difficult for a small company to establish a proper production management system. So, this paper tried to make a study about increasing production management system, using QR codes in a small-sized manufacturer with the ways that win a contract, based on real application case.

This paper limited the participation of large corporations in the mass information market by revising the Software Industry Promotion Act in order to increase business opportunity, equality of opportunity, and capacity building for small and medium sized IT companies. However, it is a fact that the medium and small SW companies have insufficient business capacity and expose various problems such as quality degradation of public information business, inadequate risk management, and deterioration of schedule management. In order to solve this problem, this paper derived the factors of quality deterioration in the system integration project and proposed to carry out the project by using some activities of VISUALIZATION, rigorous test management and Agile Methodology as a solution. Applying these measures to healthcare IT projects developed by midsize / small-sized IT companies has improved communications, improved quantitative progress management and improved project visibility. In addition, it contributed to minimizing defect resolution time, improving the requirement coverage ratio, and shortening unnecessary meeting time.

EDI 체계가 정착되기 위해서는 EDI 메세지가 법적 구속력이 있는 상용 전자문서이므로 전자문서 전달에 관련된 사람이나 장비가 기존의 상거래에서 유지되는 안전성보다 더욱 철저하게 전자문서를 관리하여야 하며, 안전성 문제의 해결책이 없이는 EDI화의 진척은 한계에 부딪치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 EDI 통신에 관련된 분야 중에서 메세징 시스템 분야의 안전성을 위해 X. 435에서 정의하고 있는 안전성 서비스를 구현하기 위한 방안에 대해서 연구하였다.

작업환경관리에 있어서 유해물대책의 기본은 유해물을 한경중으로 발산시키지 않는 발산원에 대한 대책이다. 발산원을 포위(enclosure)하는 것은 원재료의 대체 (material substitution), 공법의 개량(process substitution)과 함께 발산원 대책으로서 우수한 방법이다. 이전에는 유해성이 적다고 여겨지는 원재료로 대체하는 일이 성행던 시기가 있었으나, 유해성이 적다고 믿었던 물질도 연구가 진척되면서 새로운 유해성이 발견되기도 하고, 또 직접적으로 인체에 섭취된 경우에 독성은 적더라도 대기중의 오존층을 파괴하는 성질을 알게 되었다든가 하는 등으로 최근에는 원재료의 대체가 대단히 어려워졌다. 그리고 공법의 개량은 기술적인 제약에 실행할수 있는 경우가 한정된다. 이에 비하여 발산원의 포위는 기술적으로도 용이하고 응용범위가 넓은 방법이라고 할수 있다. 발산원을 포위하는데는 밀폐구조의 설비가 이용된다. 이번 호에서는 포위하는 구체적인 방법을 실예와 함께 소개한다.

The domestic construction companies have implemented a various of management methodology and tools for time management. However, the work completion rate versus work plan have a big difference with the planned work completion rate previously despite of implementing the time management methodology and tools. The research searches the problems that the previous time management process and tools focusing on the management factors that can be controlled. Also, It suggest the improvement direction for these limits.
